i go to 2 days in a row and they closed early im just trying to pick up a part i paid for online im hoping one of these days thell stay open to there correct hours and ill get my part

Had Napa brands but not the Motorcraft Brand I was looking for for OEM brake fluid. Decent store, lots of staff. Has most the items I've needed when visiting. Fairly clean and organized.

I bought some window tint a few days ago. Mid transaction I saw the "20% off, if you buy 99 cent Napa bag."I Did the math in my head, and asked if I could "Still do the deal?"The cashier said we could, though the card had gone through already. Even though she was super busy, she refunded my items, and redid the transaction.Great customer service Also, my total went from $32 and change, to $27. The tint turned out great too! Thanks

Ordered parts. They will be in Saturday at 4pm. I show up at 4pm Saturday. Parts are not here. Should be here Monday at 9am. I show up Monday at 2pm. Sorry, Parts are not here. We will have to reorder. Canceled my order. Completely wasted 3 days of my time and 2 trips driving there. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

My time in this place is always fine; although this is the second time I had heard an employee talking gross, bad words in Spanish, I was there with my daughter and we both know Spanish language and my daughter was just upset to hear that. Looks like he was bullying other guys in the back of the store. He doesn't look Latino but an Asian guy.

Had to get my wipers replaced on my Hyundai Santa Fe (2010). Derek was my go to guy. Knowledgeable, and very helpful. Couldn't ask for better service.

This store is destined to close. Usually not enough staff to assist at the counter. I was in the other day and they had 10 people ready to help but stock on the shelf was very low. Didn't have anything I needed.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. However, I bought a "new" bank 1 sensor 2 for my 2004 Ford Escape. It was no good. In the meantime I spent $60 on two trip permits plus $240 taking it into a shop, only to discover that it was a bad part. I will not be going back, ever. The 1 star is for the nice staff, whose fault it was not.

The same gal helps me each time I have been here. She never misses a beat all the while engaging in great conversation. Always pleased by the complete thoroughness of knowledge. Always have appreciated NAPA parts over most other auto parts. Thanks for your help!!

The employees seemed very upbeat, and very engrossed in whatever it was they were working on. So much so that I didn't want to distract them from helping all the other.... oh wait I was the only customer in the store.

I found out Napa carried Amsoil which is cool because not to many places do. The first time I called to check stock they answered and asked me to hold. I held for 11 minutes before deciding to try later. Called again a few hours later, they answered and once again on hold for 9 minutes before I gave up. I called the next day right at open and spoke to a gentlemen and he said he could not make orders on the weekend and to call Monday. So I called first thing Monday and placed an order for my oil. They said they would call me when it comes in. Three days later I call and sat on hold but only five minutes to find out it came in the day before. I went to the store to purchase it and they also said there is a ten dollar shipping charge for ordering from their warehouse, Surprise! Very unpleasant experience start to finish.

This place is a joke, at least the girl behind the parts counter I spoke to was a joke. I had to point out the parts I needed using the Napa website on my phone. She kept trying to sell me the most expensive part they had until I pointed out the part on their site listed in stock... her response, "oh yeah, ok. Well, there's a 50/50 chance it will be back there, I'd have to go look." Then just stands there staring at me. Just rude disinterested as if I was interrupting her. Napa usually way better than this. I'll never go to this store again.

Stopped in to buy a few things.. When female cashier was ringing up my sale I asked if they had mimilitary discount.. I also tried to give her my phone number to add to my account. She said no to military discount and the register didn't ask for phone number and I would have to go to website to get discount.. Anyway as you can tell, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at the store at 255 NE Hogan Dr, Gresham.

Needed an alternator for my dodge truck. Stopped at this napa on my way home. When I got there only two counter people working and 6 people waiting to get parts. Took me 25 minutes to get help. Put the new alternator on only to find out that it was no good. It was overcharging my battery. When I called to let them know I would need it replaced I sat on hold for just over 10 minutes. I was told that it would take 3 days to get here and that the one I have would have to be tested. Don't have the new part yet but I may let everyone know how it turns out.Not a great experience so far.

They gave me 2 different kinds of oil for my oil change. Full synthetic, and one that's just regular oil.. I noticed when I got home, so, drove back and the dude wanted to ask me for 10 cents more to get the oil I already paid for. What a joke. Not going here unless I'm incentivised.
