After checking reviews for a few local mechanics, I decided to take my truck to Midas for brake work. I'm hard on brakes, between towing a camper and driving around town, and I could tell it was due.Scheduling online was easy, although I never received a call to confirm my appointment. I called the store to confirm, and they quickly took care of it. They still didn't have me on the books when I took the truck in, but they were very helpful and had no trouble fitting it into their schedule.They found wood debris caught in the front brakes - probably from my many camping trips and wild places the truck really shouldn't visit. They cleaned it out and only had to replace the rear brakes. They had it done early - only a couple of hours after I dropped it off. The project was pricey, but about what I expected. Nothing is cheap, these days.All this being said, they were courteous, helpful, and quick. I will definitely go back when the front brakes need work.

Been going to this Midas for just over a year now because I trust them. As a woman who has a high mileage vehicle, I will try different automotive repair and maintenance places until I find the one that just feels right, which comes down to a few factors. This Midas won't try to sell me on anything I don't need, I feel valued, my questions get answered, they're great at communication, and the atmosphere has always been respectful and friendly. I recommend this place.

New Management and its awesome Great environment. Come In and see the difference. We have a great deal on oil changes, brakes, and a huge selection of tires. We also do a lot more to make sure your car is in tip top shape. Free Inspections. The Manager is super great as well. His name is Craig come see him he will make sure you are treated well.

I called to check to make sure coupon on website would work for my car, it did. Craig quoted me a price for oil change and got me in there for service in 15 min, that's how close I live to them. When finished with service he realized that my car took more oil but since he quoted me less he stood by that price. Very nice service, they are in the process of fixing up the shop but still seats and bench outside. He said would be 30-45 min and he was spot on! Definitely recommend the store and will be going back for future oil changes and probably tires when do. Thanks again for such great service Denise

I went in on a Friday morning and I got right in no wait. I had them do an oil change, change my serpentine belt and check my tires plus they did an inspection to make sure everything else was in good working order. Took about 2 hours which was fine cuz I had just gotten off work and needed to eat. They called me with estimate first before doing any work and when I had decided on what services I was going to do they then called once completed! Great communication and customer service

Craig was a huge help! I've been going to midas since I got my driver's license for my oil change and this last trip was the most efficient and quickest trip I've had since then. Craig was very helpful in giving me the right information I needed on my car and was a friendly face to wall in to.

Kiefer and the crew did awesome on my exhaust. Had a horrible rattle coming from the exhaust. They picked me up and quick too. I thought I might have to wait a long time and they took care of me right away! Totally recommend. Thanks!

Midas got my brakes taken care of quickly! Lex was very helpful, he drove to another store to get the parts I needed, and Craig checks in with me from time to time to make sure everything is still running smoothly. Great customer service!

These guys are fair and honest. They won t try to upsell you on things you don t need. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. I have no plans to do it anywhere else including the dealerships for my vehicles.They are certified to do routine maintenance and keep your vehicle under warranty. They will also beat the price of the dealership. Highly recommended

Spent a week or two shopping for tires for my 2019 Challenger. Finally found something that fit my budget at Midas. They had me in and out in under 90 minutes. Very quick, very professional. The manager, Craig, was very communicative and helpful throughout. Couldn't be happier.

Came in after snapping a rusted stud for my rear O2 sensor on a 4Runner I was selling. Craig and Keifer were able to get it in first the next morning (I called about 10 minutes before closing the day before) and had it finished in an hour. Great customer service and friendly staff, would recommend.

Went to get an alignment and had a coupon from their website and wouldn't accept it for NO reason. I still agreed to an alignment and when they hooked it up, he told me it was fine when it wasn't my car still pulls to the right. Told me it was probably the tires, so I went to where I bought them they looked at it and told me it wasn't the tires but the alignment so I payed full price for them to do absolutely NOTHING

I came into Midas on a Monday morning at 8am, they completed a full inspection within an hour. Although the issue I was in for was not in the tire assembly, they checked it anyways. And I am really grateful they did! They noticed both rear calipers were leaking and also noticed that the brake pads were new. They suggested I return the vehicle to the company that completed the brake system. Very cool of them to do that! I did return to the other business and calipers were under warranty as Midas had thought. My original issue was repaired the same day. And my calipers were replaced all because of Midas in Gresham. Thank you!!! I really appreciated the speed of service and the care and attention they took. They also showed me the issues in-person which was a huge plus!

I ve been coming to this store for a few years and was very unhappy with the previous management. I gave it another chance today and am very pleased I did. Craig and Keith are great and know how to treat a customer. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Gresham Midas is my favorite shop to go to. Kiefer has hooked me at this location. His knowledge and respect has been unmatched compared to other car shops I have been to. I always receive good service.

I was in a panic mode after the homeless people cut on my catalystic converters sensors and cut wires and hoses underneath my VW Passat. Craig at Midas in Gresham was very helpful and courteous, Knowing I had to have my car to get to and from work. I will be a return customer for sure. Efficiency courteous and kindness goes a long way.. thank you Craig

Tried to up sell me brakes for almost 1300$ and 2 front wheels for 2 to 3 grand (which i did not originally ask for) and a battery (which i also did not ask for). Then tried to upsell me a credit card multiple times for all 3 issues (which i already had appointments for) even when i said no multiple times in person and on the phone Then threatened me with DEQ because i said no multiple times to the credit card they were trying so hard to upsell me and at this point the service so i would just owe them vs just paying it off. Ended up going to my other appointment which got all my problems done at literally a quarter of the cost midas asked for and thats with labor and parts.

I had a battery problem with a les Schwab Battery. they said the battery was good yjr ptoblem was the alternator.Midas took the time to look into it and found the Les Schwab batter had a loose connect with a terminal. I then asked about and oil change and they did that in 30 min.I decided to buy a replacement batter from them the next day when I had them fix a coolant leak.From now one I plan to come back and have them work on my vehicle. I was very impressed.

Everyone working here is super nice and helpful. However the prices are a scam. I came in needing breaks and wheel bearing and they quoted me over 3k. Asked how much for just the wheel bearing , quoted me at $1,100. The price of a brand new wheel bearing ranges around $80-120$. So that tells me they re charging $1,000 for labor. I called up my mechanic justino at fix for less auto in Gresham Oregon and he offered to do it for $240!!
