Took my 2002 Avalanche truck in for engine failure, knew I needed a new one, great quote, replaced, returned for more lights that came on afterwards, Master Tech did a fantastic service to get them all fixed. DEQ explained whoever my shop is, did an excellent job meeting their standards with the computer replacement. Master Tech was relentless to get it right for the prices quoted. Service and parts are warranted for 1-year. I love it.

I brought my vehicle in for a concern and received an informative evaluation of my vehicles current needs. Not only did they hustle to get it done that day, all of the staff were friendly and dedicated. The manager takes care of the customers as well as the employees. Pricing is competitive and fair. Service is friendly, comprehensive, transparent, and respectful! I'd recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for your services!

Honest, reliable, great service, easy access scheduling, reasonably priced and always ask if I need a ride. I cannot say enough good things. I take both my car and my daughters car to them and they take great care with both cars.

First time going to this place for my vehicle's needs. I went in there due to engine trouble. I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Darren, Bobby, and Mike, they are truly fantastic. Not only did they fix the problem, the communication, the quality as well as the timeliness of repair, and appreciation for their costumers they display is truly outstanding. Not only will I be continuing to use their services for any future needs, I highly recommend this place as well.

I contacted Master Tech Automotive hoping to support a local business rather than taking it to a dealership having in mind that most dealerships will be costly. I reached out with full transparency that I had a rodent chew up wires in my car and I ve had a mechanic look at my car. I explained that they spliced the wires that were chewed but there was much more damage that he can t see with a naked eye and with his experience, the entire electrical harness may need to be replaced. I called Master Tech advising them to please look for rodent damage because I have a claim with my insurance that will cover these expenses. They did a full diagnostic giving me random things like license plate light is out and determined that my car did have a rodent activity but my car had mechanical issues that were not rodent related . Their plan was to have me pay out of pocket for these mechanical issues before getting to the root cause. This caused my insurance to deny my claim and prolong the process of reopening my claim. I obviously had to take my car elsewhere and made the decision to take it to the dealership. Within one day, the dealership responded back to me after inspection that there were 4 causes due to rodent damage. This all happened a couple months ago and Master Tech reached back out to me last week over text and I responded I was not interested in working with them and explained my experience in the most professional way because I was put in a situation where I had to pay more out of pocket for this diagnostic while prolonging my process of getting car fixed. They decided to leave me on read without responding or apologizing This is why I decided to share my experience with Master Tech Automotive and do not recommend you to come here when you are in need.

Master Tech did the brakes on my BMW, they also checked over the full car, and advised with photos what else is recommended. They did a great job and also were able to show me the older brakes. I highly recommend them for any maintenance or repairs!

I brought my 94 Camry in earlier today and when I made the call to make the appointment a few days ago. They're very friendly and got me in at the earliest time on my day off. And when I dropped my car off. They were very friendly and had my car out within a couple hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

5 stars. I couldn't afford to get the work needed, but the team was very helpful in letting me know what needed to be done, and give me estimates so I could take care of the work as I went. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and a great place to go to get your car worked on. Great pricing, and the ride home was extremely helpful. Thank you master tech auto.

My husband and I just moved here from California and made the trip with our 2004 Cadillac Escalade. Needless to say the trip took its toll on it so when our wheel bearing needed to be replaced, we took a chance on Master Tech. We were incredibly impressed by the customer service and how quickly we were quoted and the work was done. So it was a no brainer when the opposite side wheel bearing needed to be replaced, we made an appointment. I wasn't even home yet (and I live 5 minutes away) I was quoted. Master Tech exceeded all expectations and will forever have our business.

Mechanical issues are always a frustration but MasterTech did a great job helping me through them. I really appreciate their diagnostic and approval process which allows you to see pictures and descriptions of the diagnostics and work they've done. I was impressed with their discretion to halt any approved work when it was clear that it wasn't going to solve the problem to keep costs down as well as keeping me in the loop and explaining the issues they were finding. Ultimately I opted out of a major repair and had my car towed home (4 hours away) for the sake of time, but when consulting 2 different local shops in my area with the diagnostics MasterTech had provided, both came to the same conclusion as what the issue was and the same recommended solutions. Without getting formal estimates from the other shops, MasterTech's prices were very competitive if not slightly better than what the others were loosely estimating.

MasterTech is so different than other mechanics! They give you updates with photos via text about what should be repaired or needing any kind of attention in the future. Also, their warranty is longer than most plus the FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is just as good as AAA without the fee. I d recommend MasterTech to anyone. Getting an appointment is easy to do

They have a great system of photo documenting what they find during their inspection, and allowing you to access it online. Makes for simple 'menu' style of what should/could be repaired or replaced. They also work very quickly.

Next day appointment. Estimate was quick then able to respond by text. Repairs seem to be done professionally!! Truck is running good and I now have a headlight. Texted when ready quick with payment and to answer questions. My second time there so far I m very happy. Thank you.

Their team was quick to get my Jeep in and inspect it. They did a thorough job and detailed everything on the portal link sent to me.However, the cost of diagnosing it ($200.47) was higher than the majority of shops I looked into (after the fact). They also stated things were wrong with it that were not found to be wrong with it after taking it to another shop (work there was completed and verified the pulley tensioner was not faulty). This saved me hundreds of dollars. I also found the cost of repair for the actual problems to be much higher than any other shop I looked at also. That being said I am sure the shop does high quality work and hopefully pays their mechanics well.I unfortunately could not afford the cost of repairs at the establishment and had to pay to have it towed elsewhere.

Brought my Escape in for a diagnostic on my transmission. They wanted almost $12,000 to fix a $3000 car. On top of that, I took the quote to other auto shops and they couldn't believe how much they were charging! Never will come here again.

Took about 2 hours for a pre purchase inspection. Airbag codes generated but disappointed that they provided no additional information on what was wrong. Decent service without an appointment.

As a young woman who knows nothing about cars and gets anxiety when thinking about taking her car in when needed, I ve felt so at ease here!! Super nice and helpful staff. They put your car first not their wallets. Fast and easy service, even when needing things done last minute. Will be using them for the future!

I recently just moved here from California and after making that move with my 2004 escalade that, before the drive needed some work done. So when the wheel bearing thingy wore out, I was so nervous about having to find a new mechanic. Mike at master tech automotive was AMAZING! He was extremely understanding and accomidating. I will definitely be taking my truck ther for future repairs.

I have now done business here twice because my first experience was so positive. They saved me thousands of dollars that the Mazda dealership was going to charge me. Mastertech found the REAL source of what was going on with my car -- something the dealership missed, and it was half the cost to fix at Mastertech. The initial inspection was fast, they were quick to get parts delivered, and the repair took only a day. Scheduling was easy, they are excellent at communicating updates about the repair process, do great work, and the staff is friendly and explained things in terms I could understand. THESE ARE MY FOREVER REPAIR PEOPLE!! More stars if I could give.

We've used them HAPPILY in the past so it was a no brainer to go back. They were fast, and figured out I needed a new battery. They offered one at comparable prices to other "automotive stores," and even knocked off a few backs when I went in to pick up my truck.
