Took my 2023 Nissan Rogue SL here after it had been hit by someone on a blind corner who failed to stop at a four way stop going 50 mph. My car came out of the shop looking just like it did the day I purchased it from Nissan! Excellent job with repairs and paint matching! The customer service here was phenomenal! Mark had informed me weekly as to what stage the repairs were in! I feel like your vehicles are more than just a vehicle and are a member of your family, you re definitely in good hands here! 10/10! :) Will recommend this shop to all my friends and family!

Went to Mackins to get my 4 Runner fixed after a fender bender. Stephen was assigned to me and did a fantastic job. I got updates regularly. I couldn t be more pleased with my 4Runner- my car was returned and it s good as new. I had to go another shop for estimate prior and felt they were underhanded. Tried to talk me into accepting a check and going to anywhere of my choosing after I accepted their check (Crash Champions). Stephen was great- so was the receptionist. I d definitely recommend them to anybody who needs auto body work. My car was even cleaned on the inside. I just couldn t be more pleased.

I have come back to this shopMultiple time with my cars over the years because I know they offer quality work and they don t get cheap parts to fix my cars. This time they did work on my dodge Durango and did an excellent job as always. I was so impressed with the paint job, quality of work and excellent communication. Everyone at this location is also extremely down to earth and friendly.

Worked here in detail for three months. The techs here are true craftsmen. Seeing the cars come in severely wrecked and leave brand new was awesome. Hats off to Chris, Doug, Dale, Casey and Manuel for there pure professionalism. David, Danny and Mike were good coworkers. Thanks to Steve, Mark and Kelly for all the lessons unfolded about the auto repair industry. And, thanks to Brandon for taking a chance on this old man. Sorry I couldn't make it to the summer as I thought I would.

If you care about your vehicle, I wouldn t bring it here. I don t have a brand new vehicle, but it s a 2019 Volvo I have kept in impeccable condition.I took a video to prove the condition and verified by the staff it had no damage outside the small repair it was there for.When I picked up the vehicle I had scratches on my vehicle that never had a single visible scratch before.To be fair they are small scratches and It looks like someone had something in their pocket, and rubbed against the side.That s not tho point though. It had no scratches, and now it does.When I pulled the video out and pointed out the scratches I got what I can only refer to as a tantrum. Then I believe his name was mark started becoming aggressive in what seemed to be an attempt to shut me down quickly. It felt like he had been in this situation many times in the past and knew the best method of winning the conflict, and silencing the customer.He went and got a towel and wax and begrudgingly started wiping the scratches. The problem is the scratches are damage to the clear coat. No matter how much wax he throws at it, it will only hide the damage. It s clear now it needs to be wet sanded and buffed.A reputable company would have asked to see the video, apologized, and scheduled an appointment to fix it. They didn t do that.I had just spent the last 2 weeks in a children s hospital, and got out the day before. I was broken. I told him this, and told him that I didn t have the energy to fight, and I left.That is how Mackins Gresham does business.

As a woman it's hard to find a body shop that aren't trying to scam you. This place was 100% decent, honest, and truly professional. They worked with my insurance, knew all the ins and outs of getting a rental car for me, and kept me informed by weekly phone calls. I loved them!

I worked with Mark and he did a great job at keeping me posted the whole time. Got my car back a day early and the car look like new. Paint matched perfectly. Very good consumer service they followed up each week to give updates. Sometimes parts don't come in as expected but that's not their fault. Did a great job fixing the car and returned it very clean. I would recommend them. Thank you for the awesome service and followup.

I took my car here after the driver's door and the driver side passenger door was damaged on an out of town trip.The staff was very friendly, they explained the process thoroughly, and kept me informed of the status of the repair. The work was done well, and they even cleaned my car. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them for auto damage repairs.

This body shop is not to be trusted. Horrible customer service. Said car should be done in two days. Ended up having our car for a month because they couldn t find a part. They would not give our car back until we threatened them with a lawyer. The part that was not available we found in one day of looking. Magically all of a sudden are car was done. They lied to us.

Clean, professional, did a great job. They were more friendly then the other place I first was quoted and the price was very fair. Also, their communication was impeccable. They called me several times to update me on the progress and got the job done early. They also cleaned the inside of my pickup. Hands down, this is the best auto body shop in the entire US! Loved the "old-fashioned" customer-first service and consideration. Mackin's definitely values their customers. Wow! I am so disappointed in the service that I received I was lied to about getting a new bumper and My indoor door handle was damaged. I was brushed with oh look at the tape on your armrest. I had to bring my car back because my left signal was giving me an error message. When the repair guy came to take my car into the garage to instal a bulb he tamperered with my bumper to attempt to push it on one side. He also told me that he couldn t find my old bumper, of course because it was on my car.They attempted to change my original estimate. They don t have integrity and I women should especially be care about taking their vehicle to Mackin Sons in Gresham on 181st. They will take advantage of you

The gentleman working here is professional, informative and knowledgeable. They took care of everything ( even calling the rental car place ) in a timely manner. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and the work looks amazing, you'd never know there was damage! They even cleaned my car inside and out and that was a nice surprise. Hands down one of the best car repair experiences I have had. I was rear ended and the back end needed replacing and needed painting. From the consistent communication on where in the process repair was, to the level of information given about what was needed to be fixed, parts order and delivery to car pick up date. Never had to guess what was going on. Steve was amazing in keeping me up to date and taking care of everything. No one is happy they have to take their car in but if you have to do it, bring it to Mackin s.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top-notch experience at Mackin's! Mackin's handled the rear-end collision repairs via a State Farm Insurance claim. Throughout the entire auto body repair process they set realistic expectations and kept me well informed on the progress. The final repairs to my vehicle were completed in a timely process and I am very happy with the results. My car was even cleaned inside/out and looks better than when I dropped it off originally. Made an appointment for estimate. Left all pertinent information including year/make/model. Show up for appt., on time, 4 days later. Estimator says they don't work on vehicles older than 20 years old, can't help me. Would have been nice to know that before I took time off of work and arrived for estimate. Guy tried to give some song and dance about how they can't find parts for older cars and it takes to long. It's a 2000 4runner, one of the most produced cars on the planet still on the road today that you can find parts for everywhere! Not buying it, if you don't want my business just say so up front. Please be considerate of peoples time. Too bad, came highly recommended by friends.

My van needed repairs due to a hit and run. I am so thankful my insurance works with Mackin s. My experience with them was great! They are hospitable and helpful and I never felt intimidated being at an auto body shop. They took good care of my van and I would definitely recommend this business.

Great communication, great staff! Was able to drop off my vehicle when shop was ready. Communication while work was being done was an extra bonus .. along with the detail cleaning done when picking up my vehicle!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mackin's Auto Body. Stephen was the mechanic that I worked with and he was wonderful. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided detailed information about the services and the cost, which was very reasonable. I felt comfortable and confident knowing that my car was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Mackin's Auto Body and will use them again in the future.
