By far the WORST shop I've ever put ANY vehicle in! Our car was there 3weeks and still they didn't get it right. They lied over and over about parts coming from elsewhere, the prices never even closely matched to any prices listed on any other site where they sale parts. The guy AL is clueless on what's going on with ANYTHING. We were met with attitude when we questioned all these things. He even hung up on my wife. We are struggling to make ends meet right now and they know this, but they still tried to manipulate us and the kind soul who reached out to us selflessly to do everything in her power to make our lives more comfortable. This kind soul was the one he was ripping off and they knew it. Please reconsider bringing your vehicle here. If they would do a family and a big hearted lady like that think what they could do in other situations. " God don't like ugly!" As they would say from my neck of the woods... And best believe he don't like ugly (heart)

Called about my ac blowing hot and they had me come right in for a free inspection. From the time I got there till the problem was fixed was no more then a hour. We were offered cold beverages and a decent conversation while we waited. Small shop with that small town hospitality vibe. I would highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs.

I have had nothing g but great experiences with this company. Most recently I had a bumper problem and couldn't open my back door on my van. Well normally one should go to a body shop. But I trust the guys at Lomelies and they fixed the bumper and flushed the oil for me at a reasonable price for all. I just want to say they really work for their customers and have pride in their work! Something that is severely lacking in the world today!Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Eli is freaking amazingly awesome! Such a sweet guy! Cracked my radiator, was struggling to find a shop open the day before the 4th of July, and they were open and he told me to get my car there and he would have it done that day! He stayed 2hrs after they closed to make sure my car was done and I had it back! Best service ever! I will definitely be going back to him for anything I need! Thank you soooo much Eli! Took my car in for a cracked radiator. Upon inspection, he was asking when the last time we changed/checked other fluids. He pulled the transmission stick and clearly it was full and had no issues. He was super focused on transmission, even after checking and confirming that the hose and clamps were good. The next day after getting the car back, suspiciously, my transmission fluid was pouring out and my car was slippin gears. I costed into a parking lot and immediately called them, wondering why I now have transmission problems. They towed me back to the shop, and tried to tell me it was a faulty clamp?!! (Even after confirming they were good). Now, my car has the added issue of rough jerks, when slowing down to a complete stop. Never had this issue before turning it in.

I was having problems with my air conditioning not working, and because I used the charge kit from a auto parts store that had a leak sealer all the repair shops were quoting me between 250 and 600$ just to evacuate(drain) the system. I even had a shop ask me to sign a waiver. And the earliest i could get in was the end of july.after confirming with the owner multiple times they could do it, I set up my appointment for Saturday(4 days later), Eli and Gabe were awesome, and answered all my dumb questions because I like to learn stuff on what and why my ac was doing what it was doing. Now it blows colder then it ever has in 6 years. Thanks Eli and Gabe you guys rock. I'm a happy,satisfied customer. I will be returning.Service: Air conditioning

My husband and I were driving past the Multnomah Falls when the check engine light came on.We visited a store to grab refreshments. We met some nice folks, and they suggested a mechanic who was friendly and honest. So we called the next day, and the mechanic said, "Come on over."He got the serpentine belt on, and all was good with the world. He took it for a test drive, and the check engine light came on, throwing another code, which the mechanic informed us it was the camshaft positioning. So we decided it would be best to have it fixed. Otherwise, the vehicle would be dead on the road. Thanks to the mechanics, the car is running top-notch. They were honest and went above and beyond. Although that was not the end of it, the mechanics reached out to check on how the car was driving, which was very nice considering we were out of towners.

My dad payed them the money to fix a family car which the owner of the cars had was beat in and killed.It was gifted to us, they kept is for a extended time without fixing it, my wife finally drives it, and it loses all of the coolant, after it says on the receipt they did all the work. They towed it and I appreciated, so we waited 2 more weeks, went and picked it up, and my wife drove to work the next day, coolant all over the engine and broke down.I have never had this bad of an experience with a mechanic in my life

I was referred by a coworker of mine who had his car fixed there before. After looking at all the reviews I decided to go with them. My radiator had problem and it was cracked and was not holding the coolant; I had to add coolant twice a day. I called yesterday and Carlos,the shop owner, such a nice guy, gave me appointment for today morning, the first appointment. Immediately they realized what was wrong with it. They estimated me 350 and Carlos even gave me the ride back home. So nice and friendly and went really above and beyond. They got my car fixed within few hours. Carlos even brought my car to my place. Really nice customer service. They make you feel amazed, happy, stress free, and welcome. I did not feel I was lied or over-charged like many other places. I highly recommend them and I will always speak highly of them. I am happy and I owe this happiness to Carlos and his wonderful team. Thanks again.Service: Engine repair

I went to Lomeli's on Division and am completely satisfied I did. I needed my radiator flushed. Had a clay-like build up, mixed of rust and what I suspected was metal shavings. I called around for a quote and everywhere else quoted me $50 more than Carlos, the owner of Lomeli's. Over the phone, he was thorough, thoughtful, interactive and helpful. He offered for me to come in the next day for a free examination to make sure what was going on in the radiator wasnt a result of quick stop, leak sealer. Carlos and his technician, Chris I think, were great at explaining what they were seeing and potential issues that could arise. They fit me in the same day for the radiator flush. They got me a ride home, called throughout the day with comprehensive updates and warnings of potential problems. I was quoted $149 for the flush, after all the necessary parts were replaced I paid $208, which was the same price i was quoted for only a flush at a different shop. Very friendly customer service, wonderful communication, great pricing and a job done right. I'd recommend this business to everyone and I will be returning if a new problem arises in my old tank of a jeep.Last comment I have, they made me feel welcome in their shop. I've gone to a couple places for different issues and I feel I get dismissed and ignored because I'm a woman. I did not have that same unsettling experience here. Once again, great business ethics, inclusions and work.Thank you Carlos and Chris!

Started experiencing some car troubles on my morning drive and luckily Lomeli's was right around the corner. They replaced my alternator for much cheaper than I was expecting to pay. The best part was, they were able to get me in immediately and were done by the afternoon. I am very appreciative of their help and their timeliness with repairs. I can see why they have such great reviews. Thank you so much!!

Excellent group of mechanics and great shop! They re knowledgeable, very thorough, and just great at what they do. Also, if you have any concerns they will take time to explain everything to you, which I appreciate. I ve been taking in my 09 Forester for a couple of times and each time I ve been very happy with their work . From minor repairs to a blown turbo they have done great/quality work for a reasonable price! Elliot goes above and beyond to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. I would highly recommend coming to Gresham Radiator if you re looking for a local mechanic! Keep up the great work !!!

Car had to go back to the shop because the repairs weren't done right. What's the point of having time wasted for multiple shop visits? Had to spend more money on a rental second time. Wouldn't recommend.

Don t go here $702 for new radiator and labor Get in truck and start driving it started makingNoises so I pulled over there was no radiator fluid in it. I filled it up my self and now it s making all kinds of noises it never made any noises before I now have to take it to a good mechanic that I trust for more money to fix what they did they are out to ruin your vehicle for more money I will never ever ever take anything here ever again and this was my first experience here my mistake for trusting a small business that Takes advantage of people Don t go here unless you want to have your vehicle ruined by these non-professionals this morning I checked the truck it was making this terrible noise so I popped the hood and they put the wrong top radiator hose on there so it was hitting the fan as it was turning and has Warhol almost all the way through and to think I was going to bring three or four other vehicles there bad idea to use a small company like them

took my truck in for wheel bearings n brakes and they didn't do the wheel bearings but made me pay for them. check your stuff over before you take it home from them now i gotta get them to fix it for free.

Don t bring your car here. They scammed me 600$. My car broke down the next week. I brought the car to DJM and they proved the only work they did was swapping my VW gas cap for a cheap one. The only reason I didn t take these thief s to court is because I was 19 and had no money. They took advantage of me theyll take advantage of you all the cars they sell they have mechanic liens on the title.Service: Engine repair

The guys at this shop were great to work with. They got me in quickly and were very knowledgeable on the various aspects of my 90k mile service for my 2013 F150. They were also very communicative about the service and the cost as they worked through everything, which was great. I'll definitely be bringing my cars here from now on!

My truck radiator started leaking 2 days before friends were arriving from Montana to go Salmon fishing. Called 5 shops before Lomeli s said they would fix it in time to save the trip, and they did! Reasonable price, quality work and superior service!!

I have a 2000 Cadillac eldorado that needed some work and I brought it to the lomelis and he took care of me it was excellent the service was excellent the prices were excellent and he fixed what we couldn't figure out and had a hard time figuring out but he knew and so that helped us tremendously and in fact I'm bringing my car back tomorrow for an oil change and a special oil treatment because they're honest and and reasonable and just a great bunch of guys. Excellent service. Fast and friendly. Stay good with this place and the garage door is always open for you. Glad to do business with them. Just did some more business with lomeli's again, clearly they have not changed still excellent service excellent work great job very satisfied. I highly recommend them to anybody experiencing car trouble.

This reviewer is long overdue! Gresham Radiator did an excellent job while working on my Lexus LS430!They completed a radiator replacement, serpentine belt, tire rotation and oil change for a very reasonable price. I've been extremely pleased with the workmanship, honesty and affordability of my visit. I would recommend their services to my friends, family and those needing a solid repair shop.Thank you Gresham Radiator!

Curt and Chris are amazing. They are upfront and honest, and provide fast service. I just took my daughter's car in to get her radiator replaced and since she bought a lemon we will be back again for them to fix other issues. They have a customer for life and I only wish I would of found them sooner. I highly recommend them!

I brought my 2000 BMW 323i In to the shop, and they did a great job replacing and finding the leaks for my vehicle, and the much needed transmission flush now makes my car run great! I definitely recommend coming here for vehicle repairs, they got everything done and ordered parts in a good timeline too. I spent a pretty penny, but I know it would ve been a lot more expensive going anywhere else for someone to work on my BMW. Thank you guys! Will definitely come back if I need to, but let s hope not...

These guys are great! I came in last minute looking for a new radiator and to have a few other issues looked at. These guys immediately brought my truck in, listened to what symptoms I'd been experiencing and had me out of there with a new radiator and a few other repairs in record time! It is rare to find a shop like this that does what they say, on the time line that give and for the price they quote.

I was on my way to house/ animal sit when my car just STOPPED in the middle of the street. A good samaritan helped me to get it off the street and AAA towed it home for me. Next morning AAA again (on the same ticket no less) to Lomeli's shop in Gresham. I'm so thrilled with this shop!!! They replaced my radiator, hose and thermostat in record time! Two days earlier than expected!I'm on the road again! .The service provided was professional and friendly and super kind. They taught me some things about my car too! I'm forever in their debt! (I did pay my bill of course). They offer a multitude of other services and could even fix my broken headlight. I highly recommend Lomeli's!
