Was helping my daughter buy 4 tires for her Subaru after being told by another tire company that she had a blown sidewall. The quote they gave us was better so we gave them the work. They called us about an hour before we were expecting and it turned out to be a nail in the tread. They fixed it for free and sent us on our way. I can only think the other place was incompetent or trying to take advantage of my daughter's inexperience and lied to her. Les Schwab has again earned my business as long as I need tires. Never a bad experience here.

I feel like my last name is Schwab when I go there. I have been going to Les Schwab since moving to Portland in 2006. I have purchased at least 8 complete sets of tires from them over the years for all of my vehicles. In every case, I have been completely taken care of not just during the sale but in all the times between where I needed help, whether it be rotate, brakes, alignment, air fills, etc. Les Schwab has been there for my family and me as though we were their family. Thank you for everything over the years.

Went to Les Schwab for a nail in my tire. Enrique helped me out and got the nail out. He was very quick and professional and had a smile the entire time. Good customer service is difficult to come by these days and Enrique certainly set the bar. Great Job Enrique! You Rock!!

I will not go back to this location.I went in for alignment summer of 22. Summer of 23 I went in for a regular tire rotation, had my alignment checked for free, as they offer it. I was told everything was good. Just went in recently for another rotation and was told my front tires are shot (they should have 40k miles of life left). When I asked at this Gresham Les Schwab how things changed so quickly they told me my alignment was bad and there are many potholes. I've had this car and lived in the same area for over 10 years. Something doesn't add up.

Patrick and Melissa helped me when I was there a number of years ago. Their help went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable putting on snow chains (that I had bought at another Les Schwab) on my vehicle. They had a tire that you could practice on and helped me until I felt comfortable. I was so grateful, especially as I had two young children and they were patient with them "helping" too. I just recently found my note with their names that I wrote down intending to give them a great review. I don't know if they are still there, but if they are, thank you so much - it really meant a lot to me!

The staff are really nice appared to the other locations I have been to. They listen to my concerns and fixed my car so its running smoothly with a new alignment and front tires. This is the only location that I will go to from now on.

Went in to get a tire fixed. I found a nail or bolt in it. Was told it would be about an hour. After it was over an hour, I went to the desk, realized it was now their closing time. I was told it would be another 45 min to an hour wait. If they were booked, just say that . Don t try and keep me there by telling me lies. I took my keys back and then was told sarcastically to have a nice night.. Have always been treated well here. I guess that s a thing of the past :( Still need my tire fixed

I grew up having my grandfather go to les schwab for most regular vehicle needs for the family vehicles and as an adult they've always been good and honest with their work and very prompt. If you're an Oregonian I'd choose them for all your tire needs

I went to les Schwab because I wanted a name I could trust I know they are one of the more expensive tire companies to use but I figured you get what you pay for so I didn t mind paying the extra for a peace of mind I got the top of the line 80k mile tires had them go through my car completely and do an alignment so everything would be perfect since getting the tires i have taken it to get rotated as advised by them i have a scion Xb it doesn t have enough power to burn off tires unfortunately I got a screw in my side of my tire this evening no big deal I went to les Schwab so I thought on the tires i bought i have drove 20k miles they are good for 80k miles why was I charged 86.79 for a new tire and credited 68.20 why was 20k miles more expensive for me than 60k miles for them it s not about the money it s about being fair and i feel it was not fair and I feel taken advantage of i paid 154.99 for each tire but they credited 68.20 for 60k miles but charged me 86.79 for 20k miles of use it clearly doesn t add up I just wish it could have been more explained to me when I spent the money on the tires in the first place I was under the impression I only pay for what I used on the tire I love the tires themselves they are wonderful tires was gonna get a set installed on my other car and my pick up before this weekend but i will no longer do business with les Schwab

This has been our go-to for tires and brakes for 20+ years. Friendly people who do excellent work and clearly take pride is what they do. Because we trust them so much, we drive in from our home on the coast to have tire and brake work done here.

Had a flat overnight. I showed up at 8:00am. I was out of there with the flat fixed (razor blade had done it) by 8:15am. I am not saying that you will always get this great service, but I surely did. These guys hussle!

I m giving 3 stars for the incredible service I received in July from Jordan but I recently came in to have my tires and alignment looked at and just get a full inspection and I was being helped by a short Latino guy who acted like he didn t know what I was talking about and talking down to me and just overall being rude and treating me like some dumb female.I got frustrated and just told him to forget it . I m really disappointed because I had such good service when I got my tires replaced and to just experience such a vast difference in customer service sucked. I was having a hard day as it was and already have had enough issues with my car and then having someone treat me like that just wasn t great.

Very friendly, very efficient, and will fix a leaky tire for free. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. At least the one in Gresham. Plus they have fresh popcorn

As always! Reliable, fast, pleasant; will assist with air in tires, flats, really appreciate this. Buying tires from a dealership, you lose all that and they charge through the nose.

My wife has been here twice to get tires brakes and rotors and each time they argue with her about what we need and we always leave getting nothing done. Today we had an appointment at 8 am she went in for tires brakes rotors and an alignment. They said we don't need brakes rotors or tires. So they put it back together and test drove it then my wife says we'll can I just get an alignment and they said we'll we don't know when we can get you back into the bay so you will have to wait an additional few hours or make a new appointment. When it was there idea to test drive it to see if they thought we needed anything we have made and went to two appointments for this same issue and nothing is ever fixed on the car. I am highly disappointed horrible customer service. Needs to be an audit done at this location. I need this fixed asap thanks

Was the easiest set of tires ever. I pucked out what I wanted online set up my appointment. Day abd time of appointment gave them my keys and in less than an hour all was said and done ! Love the awesone service there.

I called in advance to make an appointment for a ride share car inspection. Was told to just come early, right at opening to get a first come first served appt. I asked if I needed to bring anything other than the car, they said nope. I got there and was told I wouldn t be seen for a few hours. No big deal, I figured so much. Asked if I could know what the inspection consisted of, they told me a list of thing I should have brought with me to the inspection. But luckily I could buy them all on site. Considering I have all these things at my house, and I would loose my spot in line to go get these things, seems like quite a racket

A big THANK YOU to all the kind staff here at Les Schwab Gresham! I had a flat while driving and called to see if they could squeeze me in a hour before they close. They took my car in and filled air in my flat tire in no time. I was so relieved! You guys are the best!

This is my go to place for tires and care.They are always so nice, quick and efficient.Brought my car in this afternoon and was out within an hour.Rotate and checked for a possible leak in one of my tires. They found a screw patched it and sent me on my way.No money spent and my mind is at ease.Thank you so much for all the hard work yall do!

Called over the they told me I can come for service I got there the employees very rudeTelling me it will take 2 hours for an Uber inspectionAlso saying that I have to stay if they have to stay very rude wayComplaining about not being able to attempt their plansIn a polite way they could just say it s too late so o didn t have to drive 20 mins and leave with their rude attitude

Pressured into tires that scare meI feel unsafe, the car sways and drifts and traction in rain is only slightly better than new fallen snow. I'm angry your guy made me feel like these were ok, I'm mad I spent money on these and I'll never go to this Les Schwab again. This is not my regular center and only choose it for the inspection they could provide.

I had to change my review. These guys have patched 3 different tires for absolutely nothing. The staff are usually very friendly, although there's a couple older gentlemen who kept giving me weird looks. They get the job done and are usually quick depending on when you get there.

Awesome staff! We re able to patch up my tire very quickly and for free!! Can t beat that no where. Very friendly and helpful staff, refreshments can be found inside with free popcorn and coffee

During the blizzard this employeewent above and beyond to fill my tires. He was pushed by the wind and smacked in the face of rain and ice, was an incredible trooper and I thank him to all his integrity when he could of just walked away like I saw a couple of others do prior to this day
