There is only one thing I ask when going to a service shop - be honest and do good work. Unfortunately this location damaged my vehicle when replacing the cabin air filter (which I never requested to be done) and never told me they broke the cover. I discovered it was broken when I removed my glove box to verify they actually replaced my filter!Yes, Ford has a very poor design that has weak plastic clips- but you broke the clips, didn't tell me about it, and left the broken clips in my glove box!The cover needs to be on correctly for the filter to work correctly.I would have been completely okay with the entire situation if you had #1 shown me the "dirty" filter and asked ME if it was okay to replace it and #2 told me you accidently broke the clips - it was reparable with two screws... an easy repair. Don't just leave the broken clips in my glove box and put it back together and expect me to find it in six months from now.

I just went to Jiffy Lube at the Gresham location. I asked for an oil change. I had a 25$ coupon for an oil change and asked that they honor that coupon. they sent me to the waiting area and drove my car into the bay. I was not told how much the oil change would cost even after I gave my information at the desk. The tech came back and asked if I wanted to change my oil filter or cabin filter and quoted 32$ for the cabin filter which I opted to do and 14$ for a new transition cap. when all was said and done I was handed a bill for $175! for an oil change after my $25 coupon. l looked at my receipt and saw they had charged me $47 for the cabin filter and $112 for my oil change. I was shocked and feel misled. I told the tech this and was told by him that we had discussed prices 3x and I should not be shocked by the price. I will never use Jiffy Lube again and feel that that I was tricked. don't learn your lesson the hard way like me- avoid this business.

My wife went the Gresham location with a $25 off coupon and was charged $175.55 . We were shocked! $112.99 just for the oil change. They doubled the cost of the cabin filter resale value said it was $30 then charged $47. They argued and said my wife was wrong and that they told her "What'll want us to do?". No up front costs on the oil change were mentioned. Dumb of us to use this service. I use a lube service out of efficiency to cost ratio. This is not that. This is ridiculous, a rip-off and they treated my wife with disdain. If I could, I would remove the single star I gave.

Today will be the last time I visit this location.First, the positives: my wait time was reasonable, they suggested I change my engine and cabin air filters and showed me how dirty they were. Now, the negatives: the waiting room is in a deplorable state. I don't think it's been cleaned this century. I understand I'm getting my oil changed. I'm not expecting the Waldorf Astoria lobby, but it was really gross. After I got home I noticed how dirty the exterior of my car was. There were greasy finger prints all up and down the hood and the top and sides of both fenders. There were also streaks of grease on both the driver's side and passenger doors, including the door handles.I mentioned air filters earlier. I declined to have this service done because it's an easy job I generally take care of myself. When I opened the glove box to change the cabin filter, I noticed the left interior side clamp was not put back into place (I found it on my dash), the catch wire on the right side was not reattached, and a screw that holds the filter cover in place was not reinstalled (I found it on the floor mat). Fortunately, I was able to make these corrections myself.Given the lack of respect to my vehicle's exterior and lack of attention to detail inside, it certainly makes me question the quality of service on the other parts of my vehicle.I hope that management will tighten things up and future customers will not have such an unpleasant experience.

I applaud their service. The workers seemed nice enough for the 15 min. I was there. The oil change is supposed to be $54.99 for the basic synthetic blend. But because I have a European car the basic oil change was quoted to me at $178. Special oil or something. I didn't quite believe that so I went to Valvoline and they told me because the year my car was manufactured they could do the basic oil change for me $74.99 more than I could afford too but because I felt like Jiffy Lube lied to me I decided to go ahead and have Valvoline do it and I bought windshield wipers because I feel like they were honest. I feel like Jiffy Lube lied to me because I asked was there anyway that we could just a synthetic blend and they were very adamant in saying no. Now either Jiffy Lube didn't do their research,or were trying to rip me off, or Valvoline lied and had to have my business, but something doesn't seem right. If Valvoline lied my engine will tell me. Funny thing the last oil change this car had from a previous owner was from Valvoline.

Got the oil changed. The experience was good. Lil spendy like everything.Update: needed another oil chance, this time I had a $25 coupon. Service was good as well. This is an update on my oil change at Jiffy lube. I didn't have to wait too long for service however this time around was $73 and that's expensive for me. Anyway they did a good job on the oil I guess everything seems fine. It did try to sell me on a transmission but I had that done last time I was there had to go look on his computer to see. All in all the experience was great

Quick and to the point. I prefer to not chitchat the entire time during my oil change and thats one of the main reasons I have stuck with this location. They ask the necessary questions, are polite and friendly, but don't sit and talk to me the whole time. Great service and happy with the price. Especially after using the $20 off coupon from their website.Service: Oil change

Came in on a Monday afternoon. They were 6 cars deep but my wait was not very long. They ushered me into bay 3 and got going right away. They allowed me to wait in the vehicle which was nice. The techs were very friendly and helpful. Since my car is unique they didnt have the oil filter on hand but they made a call and it got delivered in minutes (I am not even kidding. Oreilly Auto Parts got there in minutes with the correct filter). Even with that I still got done before I anticipated. I used a coupon from their website and saved over $20. Overall it was a great experience. I left there with no worries that they did a great job. Thank you Gresham Jiffy Lube team! I appreciate your hard work and friendliness.Service: Oil change

I have used Jiffy lube for years. To say U was disappointed with my last visit would be an understatement. I knew I needed new wiper blades and my check warning light was on. First these guys try up selling me for an oil change that would have cost me way over $100+. I finally got him down to just under $60. Midway through he walks out to me with my air filter saying it needed to be replaced. Totally missed the fact my check engine light was on or the worn out wiper blades. My days of going to Jiffy Lube are over. There are many other oil change places for a lot less and more reputable than Jiffy Lube will ever be.

I ve waited nearly 2 hours for a basic oil change; when I arrived I was behind 1 vehicle. I was then directed to move to a different bay & have now watched 3 other vehicles come & go with oil changes as I wait for this bay (that I was directed to go to) sits with a truck getting its brakes changed. I expressed my frustration with the staff who essentially said we ll get to you when we get to you . No remediations were offered, not even a half-hearted apology.I know they re short staffed but I ve been here now going on 2.5 hours & just pulled into the bay to start my oil change.Service: Oil change

Expensive! I've spent a fraction of the amount at Valvoline. I normally do my own oil changes but in recent years I just don't have time or space. Coming here made me feel like walking with a limp.

I was extremely happy with the way the staff handled this replacement. All of them dealt with me in some way and they had great communication together. I thanked them profusely! It took only 30 minutes and they had to send for the battery at parts store.Excellent performance!!Service: Battery

Dishonest or incompetent.I ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for over five years now. Haven t had an issue until now. When I went in back last June, one of the service techs offered a free tire rotation. It had been about 15k since my last rotation, so I thought why not? While I was in the waiting room, the same guy comes out with a brake measuring tool claiming that the brakes were at the last readable thickness. Soon, my brakes would be nearly metal on metal. I passed on the brake replacement since I only get my my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I went in to Les Schwab for a third party s opinion and they said I had 6mm on the front brakes and 5mm on the rear brakes, so they had plenty of life. I can t see why they would turn down an opportunity to service my vehicle since they weren t too busy at the time I went.I will be taking my service elsewhere from now. If this issue gets resolved and the service tech either stops lying or learns how to measure brake thicknesses, I may go back.

They performed their signature service oil change, and during the examination, they identified that my power steering belt and air conditioner belt were very worn and in need of replacing which I was very grateful for and arrange to have it done the very next dayService: Oil changeService: Oil change

It s always daunting to go in for car checks especially when your a young female. My previous experiences (other places) have been them always trying to sell me something. My husband never receives that treatment when he goes in. Happy to say that was not the case today! Got my free pre-check before travel and off I went:) thank you for the great experience

Very good experience. Thorough and very friendly. I appreciated the depth of explanation for suggested services/ repairs. Found that i had a tail light out, a bad radiator cap, rock chip in windshield, and a couple maintenance items that needed attention. Each thing was shown to me directly for approval. Agreed to specific services and was on my way. Took about 45 minutes. Understand that the team is very thorough and truly concerned about vehicle safety. No high pressure sales. A little expensive but worth it in the long run to have a safe vehicle. Easy roadside access. 3 full service bays. Will definitely return.

I have always found the service here to be so good. Everyone is courteous and professional in the way they care for me and my car. I love that I can see the same screen they do for tallying costs and assessing which things my car needs done now and which can wait. They are never pushy and always help me understand my options. GREAT teamwork.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I have 2019 Chevy equinox. Never had any problems with it. I been going to jiffy lube for good 10 yrs or more with different cars. This time they changed oil and did rotation with tires and few hrs later my car started to make noises and shake badly. Next day I went back to them, they try to. Charge $40 for alignment. I asked them to out back how it was before. They did. I m driving again and engine light went on and car still shakes. I don t know what they did over there but I am very dissatisfied and very upset that they charged $165 and ruined my car. Now I ll have to take it to different shop to see what s going on with it and hopefully won t involve any lawyer into thisServices: Tires, Oil change

1. I was quoted 49 for regular oil change2. I was told about coupon of 15 dollars3. They had to ask me what is the tire air pressure needed for my tire4. The did the oil change5. It came to payment time and I was told 42.00 ?I questioned the bill amount6. The attendant said oh it is 57.00 for the service then minus the coupon7. I paid 60.00 and got my change back and it was wrong8. I asked about it and they didn't have the 2.02 they still owed me9. I had to wait a half an hour for one of the attendant to go get change so I could leave.THIS SUCKED DO NOT GO THERE

All team members were friendly and professional. Let know step by step what was going on. No high pressure sales pitch. Lady's I felt taken care of not taken. Will make this my place for oil changes as long as I own a car. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to tip them from my card that needs to change.A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HELPED ME:)

When we arrived there was only 1 car being serviced. We only needed an oil change and presented a $18.00 off coupon upon arrival. All employees except the team leader Jesse were wearing masks. Jesse is the person who speaks with the customers. We asked repeatedly, where is your mask? He never put it on. We sat in the car during the whole visit. Things seemed to be going fine, but then we could tell there was a problem and no one was attending our car. When we asked, we were told they were looking for the right socket to removed the oil filter. This took at least 10 minutes. Then they told us we should have a flush because the dip stick did not register any oil. Typically they would dip it again and show us. We declined. Our car is not losing oil and has routine oil changes. Then finally it was done. Jesse brought out the receipt (still no mask) and did not apply the coupon discount. He goes back in the building and now we are left sitting in our car for a long time. I finally got out of the car and said loudly, can someone please tell me what is going on? One of the guys went in and checked, came back and said Jesse was showing someone how to process a correction when a coupon is not applied. I understand there is a need for training, however, during the entire visit, there was no sense of urgency to complete our service, no apology for not applying the coupon and he never put on his mask that was apparently in his pocket.

I came here to do an oil change and get some price comparisons on services I needed (or what I thought I needed because of what I was told at another place). I was looking to get shocks/struts done and brakes/rotors for my van.The place I had originally went to for an inspection quoted me a price just under $2500 for full brake service and front and back shocks/struts. I was definitely shocked when I got that quote and could see spending that kinda money at this time so I left to see what other prices I could get from other places.I'm glad I stopped in to the Jiffy Lube by my house as I was most certainly able to get a more affordable car repair. Jose was the one helping me and after looking at my vehicle I was told that for right now I didn't actually need to get new rotors because they still looked good and that I could hold off on getting my front shocks/struts done till later on. I thanked him and told him I very much appreciated the honesty on what repairs I needed as I didn't want to spend that much on auto repairs at this time.Jose was also very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions I had. After they finished the oil change service they started right away on the brake job. Since it was going to be a while for them to finish up they were okay with me leaving to walk over to the grocery store to do my shopping instead of sitting around waiting. When I got back they were getting close to finishing up and Jose let me know that the shocks/struts for the rear of the vehicle would be in available in a day or two and let me know he would call when they were ready. My total for the brake job and the oil change was right about $460 and the shock/strut replacement is suppose to be about $380. When I compare these costs from Jiffy Lube ($840) to the estimate from the other place ($2500) I'm just glad I stopped in.It's not many times you get a person telling you that you don't need repairs right now. In my experience places are always telling you to just replace everything which leads to super expensive repair bills. As I said before Jose was honest about what I actually needed and the thing is that at some point I'm going to need the other parts repaired/replaced so they will most likely still get their money in the end. At least this way (being honest) they will more than likely get me to come back to them for different things in the future.Again thank you Jose for helping me not spend a ton of money right now on repairs that I either didn't need or didn't need right now.

Long wait time and put on the back burner.Went in for a standard oil change and they said it would be about a 30 minute wait with one car in front. Was almost a full hour until the car was in the bay and another 30 minutes sitting in the bay just waiting for them. I was first in line but they decided to work on the truck that came in 10 minutes after. Truck was almost done before they started to work on my car. Total time was about two hours. Technicians were courteous but I use to come to Jiffy Lube for their speed and professionalism, which is not what I witnessed today. I'm only writing this review because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. The same issue has happened to my father as well, he was first in the bay with many cars behind, other cars were worked on before his and all he needed was a top off. Other customers I have spoken to have expressed similar issues. I've given this shop too many opportunities so unfortunately I will be seeking out another Oil service location from this point.Service: Oil change

Terrible service! Absolutely horrendous: Tech's failed to add coolant to the radiator; neglected to add power steering fluid to the reservoir; did not add washer solvent to the windshield washer reservoir, and were curt when asked questions about service. This was the last time at the Gresham location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
