There s a reason Andre has such high reviews. He does solid work, is extremely honest and accommodating. I had a brand new battery replaced by him and I do my research when it comes to places. I m 100% pleased with his work and I m a hard sell.

These guys are great, most trusted battery service shop in town. Andrey is very knowledge about electric cars even my specialized Lexus GS450 Hybrid. Saved me $$$ from going to the dealer. Great warranty service. Oh yeah and the shop can get busy at times so call ahead! thanks again I will be back.

Floored by how great of an experience and the difference in how my Prius C drive. Andre is transparent in his pricing and is up front in his communications. He gave me plenty of reasons to trust him and his service. Breath of fresh air working with him!

Andre has been so incredibly helpful. A year or so ago, I thought my hybrid battery was starting to fail but it turned out it was just a loose connection to the 12-volt. Andre tightened it up and everything was fine until I got a leak in my car, under the trunk area. This time the hybrid battery actually needed to be replaced. Andre knew exactly what the problem was, and even showed me where the leak was coming from so I can repair it myself. It saved me so much money compared to what the dealer had quoted. I only wish I had taken it straight to Andre to begin with!Service: Battery

I've worked in the automotive industry for the last 15 years. I have seen and heard many horror stories. Getting a car repaired outside of familiar territory is terrifying. I did tons of research and called around for a hybrid battery fix for days and the second I got on the phone with Andre I knew it felt right . I know nothing about hybrids. It's far beyond my scope of knowledge- Andre was kind, exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything to me in a way so I could understand exactly what was going on.I work Monday through Friday. I told Andre I was just going to take a week day off and come, as they are closed on the weekend... he set up a Saturday appointment for me so I wouldn't have to take a day off work. I will definitely be referring him to my commercial customers or anyone personally that may need any type of hybrid battery for an amazing price. He had me in and out within an hour.I thank you and your team for being on point.

It's not often that I can honestly say that a business saved me several thousand dollars. The difference in price between Hybrid Battery Exchange and what the dealer was asking was easily worth the 2-hour drive up from Eugene. And when the first battery ended up having an issue, they did everything they could to honor the warranty and make it right. An easy recommendation. (Oh, and friendly tip: write down your radio presets before replacing the battery.)

I found Andre on Craigslist and after talking with him I felt comfortable to bring my car in. The process took about 40 minutes, super fast! Also he took the time to really analyze how the battery packs were doing with his scan tool before he did the work. He really knows what he is doing and I would totally recommend anyone who needs to replace their hybrid battery pack.

Andrei was very knowledgeable about the issue with my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid. He even went further and helped me fixing an issue with the starter. I would definitely recommend Andrei and his crew to anyone that want to extend the life of their hybrid car at a very reasonable price. I hope I won't have to go back anytime soon, but I will definitely will be serving my battery here from now on.

Great experience! Andre drove to me and exchanged the battery quickly. He s very knowledgeable about cars and we had a good chat about hybrids. Would definetly recommend him to anyone who needs a new hybrid battery.

Used Andre for over 3+ years now and he s great never had a issue with a battery and he always goes out of his way to get extra stuff for your Prius and sometimes without asking. Such a passion for what he does! Wish I could give him Better than a 5 star rating

Brought in my 2007 prius on mlk day. Once I spoke to Andrey, I knew I had brought it to the right place. He is very knowledgeable of prius battery problems. Outstanding customer service and his work is fast and accurate. He plays no games.As a furloughed worker affected by the shutdown I need the prius to save me on gas to get to work as I am currently working with no pay. Got a discount from him which anything helps with my current Hardship. So appreciative for this.He offers Amazing service and attention to detail. He cleaned out my awfully clogged fan blower for hv battery all included with installation and offers a great warranty for a great price. I was back on the road the same day thanks to him. He even knew about a problem I usually have when temperature drops outside and dashboard console goes blank. Will definitely be going back for him to take care of that issue.Long story short, if you have any hybrid battery problems or needs-hybrid battery exchange is the place and Andrey is your guy. Thanks for everything and recommend to everyone in the Oregon or Washington area. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with taking my prius anywhere

Andre is the most knowledgeable and helpful individual I have encountered in the auto mechanic industry. He went above and beyond to correct somebody else s mistakes and was respectful, kind and understanding. I will not take my Prius to anybody else.

Andrey drove all the way to Auburn, Washington from Portland, Oregon to service my 2008 Prius! He went above and beyond what other local hybrid car techs AND Toyota dealer techs had done to my car. Andrey troubleshot my Prius to figure out what was causing the car to not function properly, and found the root cause! Just a word of advice from a person who has given tens of thousands of dollars to mechanics over the years, contact Andrey and allow him to work on your Prius before you have someone else replace your hybrid battery.

Brought in my malfunctioning battery. They rebuilt it, found and replaced the bad cells. Saved me at least a grand over buying another battery. Andre was a solid guy. They'll also pull and fix your battery if you're not feeling handy.

Had my battery in my generation two Prius die unexpectedly.They came out quickly, replaced the battery and explained the whole process. Would highly recommend getting a quote if you need one.

Couldn't find it at first lol but when I did haha they were super nice & helpful . He hooked up the system checking machine to be 100% it was the battery. Which I thought was really cool . It maybe took half an hour maybe 45 minutes for them to get the old one removed and the new one in . Highly recommend for any hybrid car . They were amazing!

I just want to share my experienced. This is a nice guy got my toyota camry hybrid battery fixed and he s really nice . I would recommend more people to this shop and get fix their hybrid battery it is worth it
