Mason was an excellent salesman. Very patient. Answered A LOT of questions. Showed every vehicle I asked about without hesitation. And he helped get me an amazing deal on my 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum!Ian was also very efficient at finishing up our signing documents. Overall, excellent service!

Really nice staff that works here! Nick helped me, and really made sure I was well taken care of. I got a 2013 Challenger R/T. Interest and loan payments were negotiated to suit my needs. In the end the interest rate was even lower than I was expecting. Nick even gave me a lesson on driving manual, offered to drive it home for me, or even come save me if I got stuck (new stick shift driver). Overall, I had a really good experience with these guys here at Gresham Toyota!

This is my 3rd purchase of a new car, I will say this has been my best experience yet. I got to work wit Autumn for this process. Her main concern was that I loved the car I was purchasing. Their was no trying to push me to purchase anything other then what I wanted. It was a long process but as anyone knows when purchasing a new car this is normal.

I was very pleased with my buying experience at Gresham Toyota thanks to a super helpful sales lady. Lexi! She actually came in on her day off to show me their inventory of Rav 4 s. I got a great trade in on my Honda. I got all the features I was looking for in my new vehicle. Plus a great loan rate. I couldn t be happier with my new SUV.

I had a wonderful stay at Gresham Toyota. I told the staff I am in a hussy to go to work and she managed the whole job in less than 45 minutes in which it usually takes 1 - 2 hours. The technician recommendations are important and timely. This time, my experience was wonderful. Thank you Allie for your hospitality

I had the best experience working with Gresham Toyota. I cannot say enough good things about Chris Moyer, my salesman. He found the truck I was looking for though it was still a week out. He provided excellent customer service and kept me up to date on the location of the truck. He made the whole buying experience fun and seamless! He even bought us tacos ! I am very happy with my experience and stoked with my new 2023 Tacoma! Will definitely refer people to Gresham Toyota!!! Thank you Chris Moyer!

To Gresham ToyotaI don't usually give reviews but this time I thought I would. I wanted to take the time to say working with Tristian was great! I really liked how she was upfront about the cost, her friendliness, care, and professionalism. She made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. She even called me right after my leaving to ask that I promptly return as the mechanic had concern something may have been overlooked during the servicing of my vehicle. The mechanic (his name was Travis? Trent? Tyler? I forget his name but it started with a T.) was also very good and professional. He quickly checked out the concern and as it turned out things were fine. I really appreciated them having concern for me and my vehicle's safety. I hope Toyota takes notice of these two and realizes how valued they are. You have two good people working for you.Sincerely,Otto

I bought 2023 Toyota highlander yesterday. Actually,I went to browse through, i did not plan to buy this soon. But was very impressed with the price deal and interest rate offered by Nick.Also very pleased with such a great service provided. The staff who assisted me was very professional and helpful, and provided me the optimum service.Jennifer was also very sweet and helpful.I highly recommend others to consider going to this dealership.

Went down on Sunday to look at a truck and Shig came to help us, he made sure we were accommodating with water or any other drink available. Shig was a wonderful sales associate, he helped us get the car I really wanted on the lot on Monday. I would buy a car from him again or send people his way for a car.

Dan was helpful, courteous and kind. He was responsive to my phone calls while my truck was in the shop for 4 days. He provided me with updates and all the information I requested. He was very easy to work with and was professional and knowledgeable

Autumn was amazing at Toyota Gresham, this was my first time buying a car and I was so scared and nervous and full of anxiety. Autumn walked me through the whole process making it so comfortable. She even found my dreams car at the payments I can afford. I will go back as long as she's still there and I plan to send all my friends and family to her because she was so amazing and made the process so comfortable.

Great experience at the Gresham Toyota Dealership! Went in with an older model and was able to trade in for a fair price and get a more ECO friendly hybrid to commute to work. Process was simple and sales team informed me of the plan and features that come with the plan as well as other option I can purchase. Really enjoyed it and was out of there quickly!

Was talking to whoever runs the chat line and a salesperson about 2 vans, after driving 2 hours to actually see them in person the information I got on both the vans were completely different, I even clarified the information on the vans before we even took the drive to make a decision on them. Very disappointed in the communication and the lack of actually checking your inventory and giving possible customers wrong information about vehicles they are interested.

I went into Gresham Toyota looking for a new vehicle a few days ago, and it was the easiest buying process I've ever encountered. Tanya greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She was so friendly and personable. She helped me pick out my truck and explained everything to me, even offered me a snack and some water when I mentioned I hadn't eaten yet. I felt very welcome, and that's not something you get everyday walking into a dealership. Financing was a breeze as well, Brian made the financing process fun, quick, and easy. Such a great guy. I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle purchase.

After our favorite sales guy Dan Roemmich left, we were put in the hand of Casey in the search for our new Sequoia TRD Pro, and we couldnt be happier with the transition. After spending a year and a half in a wait list.. Casey called us with the opportunity we had been waiting for on this elusive vehicle. His communication, honesty and persistence with ensuring we get what we wanted was top notch. We were extremely happy with Casey and will continue coming back in the future and referring friends and family to go see Casey because of the service he provided. Thank you again Casey!

First new car buying experience and overall a good one. Kseniia was absolutely wonderful to work with, and took her time making sure we found the truck that fit our needs.The sales manager did a great job meeting us on certain price points which sealed it for me.We have also been taking our Camry to Gresham's service department for the last year plus and have nothing but praise for the work done.

I had a 10 am appointment for my Toyota Care. They got me finally checked in at 10:20. After sitting in line for 20 minutes. Then they told me it's going to be 2.5 hours wait. They can give me a ride home within 10 miles of the service center. I went home. Called them at 1 pm. The service advisor was at lunch. Will give me a call back later. He did called me at 1:30. Finally got my vehicle back.

I came in for my 20K checkup and Michael was fantastic. He had great communication and didn t oversell my wait time. He gave a clear rundown of the multipoint inspection and what to lookout for in the future. I couldn t ask for more.

Joshua was very courteous and had my vehicle service at the time he told me. He had it in and out. I had experience with Toyota when my Toyota tacoma had a tire rotation, and it took two and a half hours. It is ridiculous. I told that young man that I will be waiting in the waiting room. After 2 1/2 hours, I went and check on me vehicle. He said, I had call you. He did not, there is no miscall or text. I am very happy with Joshua, the way you should treat customers.

I have purchased a few cars in my life & have never had such a great experience! Lexi made me feel so comfortable & I could tell right away she wanted me to be happy with whatever car I went home with no matter the price. She gave me the same great service when I looked at an older used model & a newer more high end model. She helped me decide what fits better in my life & I couldn t be happier with my choice. From the jump I was treated fairly & respectfully which is not always the case for ladies when it comes to cars. I spoke with 3 people in total who all showed me care & respect. From sales, management & financing its 5 stars for me.

This time I had to do an alignment on my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly very nice atmosphere!The waiting room area is very clean. There are always hot coffee and fresh chocolate cookies. Here is what else made the very good impression on me everyone knows me by a name saying "Alex welcome back is there's anything that we can help you with ? " And if I have any questions that I need help with besides the services department I just go and find Shig salesman who helped me with the purchase he has done an awesome job by the way!overall, everyone in this location is doing an awesome job!

Great place! prices are way too high unfortunately , sales mgr. was short with me and unable too come to an agreement for a trade in for a new rig, The wiggle room was there. Will be back for more great service from their staff however! 1 star for pricing of the vehicles and a short tempered and unhelpful floor Mgr. :/
