Great recent visit for my first oil change. I was done in less than 30 minutes. My service advisor Madeleine gave me text updates and was able to get me in early. I will definitely being doing my services there!

Cheers to Gresham Subaru parts department. I want to call out Chris for the great customer service. I went in to pick up an OEM hitch and the bumper plate. Chris was friendly and helpful. He was surprised when I mentioned I wanted them to go. He said 1 in a 1000 customers do the install. I asked when the parts would be here expecting to have to wait. However, to my surprise they had every thing I needed. Except for installation Instructions ;-). I was able to find what I needed online with little effort.I was out the door with the parts. In less than 10 minutes. I am all about oem parts. Ok, you may save $$ going to U-Haul. But that thing I totally below the bumper. And, I know that it was designed for that car and safe.The install took 5 hours. So the cost to have the dealer install it is worth the price. As my wife gave me the look when she saw the entire rear bumper sitting on the floor. I have an awesome set of tools and enjoy turning wrenches.The hitch looks great and I look forward to dragging things around.

First oil change, the service department was busy first thing, 7 am appt, service technicians were limited, but was kept informed by the service manager several times about the progress, did a full service in a hr plus,Jake was professional, and courteous, and was a no charge for the first one

I purchased my Subaru Forester in 2002 from Gresham Subaru. I have had all maintenance, oil changes, etc. done by them over the past 22 years and have always had a great experience. They are truly the best!

I took my car in for it's first EVER oil change, no appointment required. All employee interactions were pleasant and professional, Josh took my car in right away and as busy as they are I was not waiting too long before I was back on the road. Thanks Josh @ subaru

The service here was mostly positive. Brought my car in for 90k mile tune up. Was given a ride home and picked up again when my car was ready. However the next day my battery was dead. And now it won t hold a charge. I had to work all week so wasn t able to take my car back to the dealership until the following weekend and had to jump my car every morning and sometimes after work. Service told me it was a battery manufacturer issue and I needed to call to get a claim number and also the battery is on back order. So now I m left jump starting my car one to two times a day until a replacement battery is available. I had zero battery problems before bringing my car in and now I can t go a day without having to jump it. No offer to give me a replacement or even a temporary. I just have to jump my car indefinitely until one is available or I break down and pay for a new battery out of pocket. Not thrilled at all. I don t even know how long this battery will last as is. I could be stranded at any time.Update: the service team did some digging and found me a battery after a few days and replaced it. Everyone was super courteous and professional. Despite some hiccups things were all good in the end. I ll likely be back for my next service.

My husband and I both felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The service reps we dealt with were not rude, but were in a hurry to be done with us. We had to push for them to go back and test out the brakes further to experience what we were experiencing. One of the reasons we were there was a repeat of an electrical issue that didn't get fixed the last time we brought it in. All of the service reps we dealt with were of a younger generation and could use some brush-up education on respectful conversing with older generations, and older women (whether we know what we're talking about or not). We are in our 70s but my husband was a mechanic by trade and in vehicle service management for 40 years for the USPS. This was not our experience in the past when we dealt with Frank; we miss him!

A little crowded in the beginning, even with an appointment, but they were good about navigating me through the process. Communicated well throughout, although they don t respond on the text thread they send. The text says to message if you have questions. No biggie tho, didn t hurt the service at all.

I needed some quick pre-travel service on my Forester. Jacob did a great job and accessed a coupon for me that I had left at home. Only good things to say about my maintenance and service visits to Gresham Subaru.

Landon at Subaru of Gresham s Service Department is awesome. Very knowledgeable about what he does. Very easy to work with. It s nice to know that they really take their time to explain things out in a manner that s easy to understand. I recommend this particular dealership to anyone that s purchasing a vehicle or, to have service done on their cars. Good team work!Service: Oil change

It was my first time using the service department so when I drove up to the open door for my appointment & pulled in behind a car I sat in my car for quite awhile not knowing if someone was going to come up to me in my car or if I was supposed to get out. Finally I just got out and of the 4 service advisors that were at their kiosks I just went up to one and asked what I was supposed to do & she pointed me to Matthew, the advisor I was supposed see. Other than that, everyone, including Matthew was very nice & the issue I was there for was taken care of quickly.

We had a great experience with Tristan and Gresham Subaru. They got us in for Service with no delay and quickly diagnose the issue with our vehicle. I was impressed that Tristan spent time working with me to look at all the options to deal with our issue would recommend highly.

We are very disappointed by the service we received at Gresham Subaru. Since moving to the east side of Portland we transferred our service to them; however, our latest experience has us looking elsewhere.Gresham Subaru did not honor their advertised special for a routine service and then did not communicate with my partner about needed parts and service while they sat in waiting room.Instead, they sent me texts stating the car needed additional service and then when my partner checked out they said everything was fine with the car.My partner communicated with their service department about the situation and was informed the service manger would contact them. A week later, we still have not heard from them!If this is how Gresham Subaru treats their customers getting routine service then it is clear it s time to find another Subaru dealership.

Had an appointment scheduled for the Subaru forester for an oil change just so I didn t have to wait a crazy long amount. Was informed it would take an hour and a half even with an appointment. Bit of a joke honestly won t be going back for sure.

Do yourself a favor and check prices on some of the parts your paying labor to have put in. Engine and cabin filters, if done yourself, are less than 5 minutes and about $20.Gresham Sunaru cost-$150. Spoke to the service manager Scott, he quoted between 250 and 700 for a 30k service and big surprise wife calls after arriving and an hour and a half to assess the vehicle, with a cost of over $1000!Do what you must to keep the warranty up but most likely, you'll pay way more at Gresham Subaru. When we ordered the car, they were one of the dealers that found a way to try and uocharge during the vehicle shortage of 2022, so we had to order from a different dealer much further from home. Be warned and make sure you do your research. Nobody should pay 80 bucks for a 2 minute filter change.

Ok service for the most part, went in for an oil change.. however I had a burnt out tail light told the service guy about it even asked about it when my car was finished he said they checked all the lights & they were fine um nope.. tail light still burned out. This is the second time this has happened me telling them a light is burned out & them not replacing it.

Gresham subaru were the most polite and thorough when it came to helping me. Answering any questions I had and searching for an answer if they didn't have one. Our WRX started having clutch issues while being driven called Subaru and Frank answered (Saturday). Without hesitation, said bring it in and I ve got a loaner for you. 5 days later, our car was repaired (Frank had called in between to let us know the repair scope). Frank checked us out and saved us money besides.Frank has been our service rep for many years and always gives us exceptional service and helps us with discounts if he can.Thank you Frank. The process for getting my car serviced was smooth and efficient. But, it seems like the service was way too expensive. When I originally asked about the estimated cost of the 30k service (which I realize is more comprehensive) I was told around $600. My 30k service was almost $1,000!! I don t know that all that was done was necessary and it seems like it was much more expensive than originally discussed. My car is in good shape and this seemed like overkill.

Our car was having some sort of electrical problem and wouldn t start. I called and spoke with Matthew, he got us a tow truck and had his team go fully through the car. Damien, the sales rep., was super helpful! Updated me on every step along the way. Took my car a few months to arrive do to assembly but Damien was there and great! Only thing I didn t really like was when my engine cap blew off after a brief check up. But called Damien and he handled it 100%!! I d definitely suggest checking them out!

I had a major engine repair done on my 2005 Outback. Gresham Subaru did a fabulous job, careful with the car and all the work done. Very happy with the end result. Scott-Ryan is a great service advisor and helped us through this process.
