The folks at Gresham Subaru are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was pleased with their timely, thorough attention. I arrived and their staff wasted no time in servicing my car. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. More than one staff member had a pleasant word or two with me. I left feeling welcome and that my car had been in great hands. They also provided a video of the service repair man working on my car in real time. Thank you to Drew, and all the staff at Gresham Subaru! I recently had some maintenance work done for my Outback at Gresham Subaru. They offer express service not requiring an appointment. I was greeted immediately and the service was performed very timely. I also received text and video updates during the work. I find the staff consistently helpful, informative and with excellent customer skills. I have been getting all my service done here since purchasing my 2018 Outback at this location. The pricing is competitive and fair.I highly recommend this team and thanks to Drew and Joseph for their service.

Drew and the whole service team at Gresham Subaru were amazing! They are professional, efficient and they get the job done. Being able to schedule service on a weekend is definitely a great perk when working with the Gresham Subaru team! Grant was amazing, very polite and professional! After my checkup they quickly found the issues of my concerns and was able to have my vehicle repaired the same day! Would definitely be returning to them for future service.

It was a great experience from scheduling my appointment to the servicing of my vehicle. Drew offered me the flexibility as to when to bring my car in and my car's maintenance service was completed in a timely fashion. I appreciate Drew's efforts and I know if I ever have any issues with my Subaru Outback that care and quality work is readily available at Gresham Subaru. Thanks Drew.

I went to get a wheel alignment at Gresham Subaru.Check in was smooth and fast and my car was on the rack in a few minutes. Estimated work time was 11/2 hours so I took a seat in the lounge.45 minutes later I had paid and was out the door. Also, the service writer found a coupon that saved me 30% on the bill.Definitely a great experience plus a smooth handling car!

Gresham Subaru Service was great.starting with Stephanie greeting me when I first drove up all the way to the end when the service was completed. They produced a quick video with the mechanic ( sorry I didn t catch his name) going over all the main parts and showing everything was fine and in good condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the wait was relatively short. All in all, I was quite pleased. This was my first visit for a routine service and I plan to continue getting my Crosstrek serviced at Gresham Subaru.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Subaru Gresham! The first car salesman we worked with, Damien, was amazing. He was super kind, not pushy, really listened to what I wanted and totally down to earth. And of course when buying a new car you deal with a few different people. Ross was who we had the pleasure of dealing with and he was very exceptional, not only great at his job but also kind and understanding around my situation. I cannot recommend or praise Subaru Gresham enough! I thank them for making my first time buying a brand new car the most smooth process I ve ever done.

We had a fabulous experience of purchasing our vehicle! Kudos to our sales guy Damien who helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs. He was very professional, communicative and sincere (not your typical pushy sales person). We were hoping to get a vehicle that same day but the inventory was lacking. We appreciated the options that Damien presented to us and end up ordering our new vehicle. When our vehicle arrived earlier than the expected ETA, Damien was quick to notify us! We'd definitely recommend going to Gresham Subaru!

Robin in the parts department was super to work with! Very prompt and gave me options concerning my car.We decided to trade and worked with Matthew. He was also fantastic. I described what I needed and he did the legwork for us. The car he suggested was perfect!It was an overall great experience!

Gilbert is literally deBEST! We ve been in the market to purchase a Subaru Outback for about 7 months now but got nowhere with the dealerships we visited to test drive. Gilbert greeted us well before we even stepped foot into the dealership and we immediately felt taken care of and welcomed. He was hands on with showing us all of the features of the Subaru Outback during our test drive. We were so impressed with how well he got to know our needs in that single test drive that we purchased our Outback the next morning! Can t rave enough about the customer service, care and authenticity that the staff at Gresham Subaru embodies. Truly grateful we found our family dealership for many generations to come! Thank you for your exceptional service, care, kindness, laughs and ease with the purchase of our first of many Subaru vehicles! Excellent service with financing as well! Lance Schultz made our experience in purchasing a 2022 Subaru Outback extremely effortless. He gave us all the facts on the phone, we drove to Gresham, and everything he had told us was the same upon our arrival. We have purchased three Outbacks all from different dealerships and Gresham Subaru was by far our best experience. The entire staff was very professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Lance was awesome and we highly recommend him for your next purchase.

Even though my new Outback wasn't purchased through Gresham Subaru, I found the entire staff, and especially the service department, to be more then helpful with the many questions that would pop up with our new vehicle. After scheduling the first service with Drew, I was a believer. He's taken exceptional care of both our new Subaru and me. And after sharing my service experience with my sister, she now drives from Camas Washington each time she needs any parts, or service performed on her new Subaru as well. It's nice to be dealing with a dealership we can trust.

Very pleased with Steve Jewell and Drew of Gresham Subaru Service Department, both provide excellent customer service and go over and beyond expectations. The video Drew sent me of my car being serviced was extremely reassuring and detailed. I highly recommend this dealership and service department, it s always an enjoyable experience.

Grant met me at my car when I drove up to the Service Department. He checked me in and advised me that one of the services I requested would not be needed. This saved me money and time and I greatly appreciate his honesty. My 2019 Outback only has 3400 miles, so only needed an oil change, tire rotation and Muti point inspection. I loved getting the video of the inspection in my e-mail. Grant was very professional and efficient and got me on my way in a short amount of time. Very positive experience.

We had a great experience with Gresham Subaru! There was no pressure to purchase, no swaying to a more expensive vehicle. Fabian was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. From sales to finance, all a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience working with Frank Silva. He made the repair process for my Outback effortless. Always provided open communication and updates throughout my visit. In todays society customer service has declined significantly everywhere. Not at Gresham Subaru. They are above the norm in customer service. Thanks to all at Gresham Subaru.

I took my Outback in for an oil change - they provided a video of their inspection and recommendations, which was helpful. I had an appointment for Express Service, but it took longer than I d expected, I was there for about an hour and ten minutes, but it does seem they did a good job, which I would prefer to them being speedy and less thorough - I just had another appointment to get to.

When I inquired about a car from Gresham Subaru I was contacted by Gilbert, in sales. I shared my preference for communicating over text, and my desire to get as much as possible squared away before I went to the dealership. Gilbert was accommodating and kind; provided straightforward information and answered many questions. I picked up my new car same day and was very pleased with the low pressure service.

Savanah was the most professional and gracious sales professional I have experienced. Made the experience fun for me and my daughter. As long as she is with Gresham Subaru I will be buying my cars from them. Additionally I felt very comfortable with the sales department when I was at the dealership. I have to give the experience a 10.

Savanah, Crystal and David took great care of me and made my buying experience fast simple and easy from start to finish and got me an even better deal than I was expecting on my new 2022 Outback and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a new Subaru this is the dealership to head to!!

Gresham Subaru is always an excellent experience. I have a 2017 Outback and the vast majority of maintenance has been performed by Gresham Subaru. My recent trip was for an oil change, 3 new windshield wipers and 4 new all-weather tires. I chose the mid-range Yokohama 85,000 mile tires. My total cost for all services was under $1,000. Yes, it's a chunk of change, but, in pricing tires at other service centers, I would have spent more than $1,000 for the tires alone. I drive an average of 1600 Mi per month, and got good wear out of my last set of Yokohama tires. The product and the price was right . When I left Gresham Subaru it felt like I was driving on butter! Love that new tire feeling!

This is a great team of people, our salesperson Tracy was terrific. Terrific. We got just what we wanted, and it fit our budget. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. Definitely recommend Subaru of Gresham

Great service experience. These guys diagnosed the problem, sent me a video diagnosis and quote via text. The job was done promptly and reasonably - as reasonable as car repairs go. The Subaru service folks are the best. This must be why I m on my 7th Subaru from Gresham Subaru.

I had looked on line for 2 weeks prior to purchasing a new auto. Torn between Subaru and another manufacturer. I knew there were not many new cars on the lot, as I had checked, the night before. I smaller pool, an easier decision. Tracey made us feel welcome, accepted our questions and answered them. We discussed options, pros and cons. It was a very relaxed, though, monumental event. I haven't bought a brand new vehicle in 30 years!Thank you, Dell Mendoza

Without a doubt the best service experience I ve ever had for any of my Subarus. This dealership extends the Subaru family experience. My 2021 Outback Onyx XT takes care of me, and Gresham Subaru takes care of it with attention to detail and safety. Highly recommended for any Subaru driver/owner. 5 stars!

We appreciate the excellent care in repairing our Forester with many miles. And ALL the fluids were checked and topped off. The car was also cleaned inside and out! It runs like a top. We were also given the use of a loner vehicle, a new Forester to try out. Much appreciated!
