The dealership has aggressive pricing and don't markup the money factor. They are okay with selling to WA state without any issues on paperwork.Unfortunately my after sales experience was terrible. Not sure where the cars sit on the lot but the Jeep Wrangler with $71K MSRP sat in a lot and was filled with pine cones. You know what accessory came free with the vehicle? Spiders. Tons of them. The car is infested with spiders. It's unbelievable.To make things worse, I competed the survey immediately upon receiving and gave it a 10. Suddenly, all my calls started to get ignored because everyone at the dealership got busy. Don't bother emailing the general manager or sales manager. They love sending automated emails to you when you're buying the car but have no idea how to respond or get back to the customer.If you're getting a good deal, go for it. But make sure the car is detailed including engine bay and under carriage. Don't compete the survey until you're satisfied with the car. Otherwise you'll make best friends with spiders while the dealership enjoys their bonus.When finally the SA had time to pick up my calls, I was asked to drive back 2.5 hours so they could clean it. When I told them that's not possible and I'll go to detailing here, I was offered $220 check. The check has been in transit for a month now.Oh and I had to change the cabin air filter... on a brand new car. Go figure.

It was a great pleasure doing business in this dealership. The staff was amazing. I can't complain about how the process went. Kenny was the best at letting us know any details of the car. And most importantly Paul the floor manager was the most trustworthy and treatable manager I ever met in a dealership. He was always on the look to help us find and guide us through finance since the numbers are always the hardest part. But Paul was just amazing!Also something to note is that as a floor manager he has a great relationship with his sale representatives!

My partner and I went in with the intention of looking and test driving, maybe even financing if we liked the vehicle we had been eyeballing for a long while now. Simon was the gentleman who helped us and he did a fantastic job when it came to being transparent, patient, and overall just communicative in terms of being able to work a deal out with us. In the end, we went home with the vehicle we wanted after all! He didn t pull us around for hours like we ve had other salesman do, which was great. He definitely deserves a raise!

Went to Gresham Jeep just to look walked away with a brand new Jeep! Travon was so wonderful to work with. No pressure like most dealerships kind and courteous and made sure I felt like I was his only client during that time and catered to our needs. Super friendly staff .Jr was so helpful with assisting us to get to know our car better. Highly recommend this place .these guys will take care of you and your needs.

I had the oil changed on my 2022 Ram 2500 here 11/19/23. The oil change was fine and I was in and out fairly quick. My problem is I now have a significant clunking in the rear of my truck that wasn t there before. I ve called twice and talked to a nice woman who forwards me to service where I ve left 2 messages and I responded to an automated text. No one has responded to my messages or text in 10 days. My truck has 9000 miles on it and shouldn t sound like it does now. I m scheduling service at a different dealership and will send Gresham Dodge Ram the Bill!

This has been the greatest dealership I ever been to. I don't have anything to complain about. Very transparent with all the paperwork. It was just an amazing experience overall. Kenny as our sales representative was very helpful throughout the process and more importantly helped feel comfortable.

I went into the Dodge dealership to look at a specific vehicle. I did not have much time since I ran over on my lunch. I had called the sales associate and he had the vehicle ready for a test drive. He stated that I could complete a form and leave my insurance card so that I could take the vehicle back to work with me. I headed back over after work. The whole process was easy, the vehicle was cleaned, gassed up, and the paperwork was processed easily. I want to recognize the salesman Simon Reta. His ability do to his job properly, efficiently and with care was remarkable. Simon has a great personality and is easy work with.

This was my first time having the service department give my vehicle a check-up, and I am thoroughly pleased. What was to be done was clearly explained ahead of time and the results discussed with me afterward. The staff (especially Oliver) were welcoming, friendly and courteous.

I submitted a credit application on 12/30/23 to see how much it would be to purchase a used truck. Told my sales consultant that it was filled out and was assured she would get back to me. From the afternoon of 12/30/23 and all day Sunday 12/31/23 i kept checking in to see what the numbers would be. Kept getting texts back saying they're working on it and would let me know shortly. Monday 1/1/24 i get a text from my sales person that the truck i had put a credit app on sold the night before and if i wanted to get numbers on a new one. Needless to say i was frustrated and upset that the truck i had inquired and submitted a credit application on was never looked at. I have tried multiple times to contact my Salesperson Aleksandra with her telling me she would have a manager call me. on 1/2/24 Paul, who is a sales manager, listened to what happened and assured me he would call me back. He didn't. Didn't here anything from anyone 1/3/24. I called again on 1/4/24 asking to speak with a manager. I was put on hold and Dante picked up. I again explained everything he assured me that either he or general manager would call me back. He did not call me back nor did a general manager. I did get a call back from Ali in finance and again i explained that what happened, that i wanted my credit fixed as at this point it had been run 7 times. 7 times for a truck that they didn't even give me information on. Ali assured me he would call me back or have the manager call me back. Nothing heard from them the rest of the day, the next day or the whole weekend. I called again this morning 1/8/24 to ask for the general manager and was told that he is not in for another hour. Maybe this will get someone attention and contact me. Thank you.

Jim in the service department was an absolute dream to work with. His prompt responses and honesty were a delight. When there was a small issue missed after original service, he fixed the issue immediately. 5 stars for Jim in service/repair.The only gripe I have with Gresham Dodge is their duplicitous sales techniques. When we purchased our vehicle, our sales rep sold us on a full bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, which, turns out wasn t what was promised, but instead a very particular warranty that is only valid for certain engine issues. I can still hear our sales closer lauding the bumper to bumper benefit Looking back at the paper work, there is a line in our sales contract that absolves Gresham Dodge for any promises made by sales staff.THEY PUT A CLAUSE IN TO NULLIFY ANY PROMISES THEIR SALES TEAM MAKES, ALLOWING THEM TO LIE FREELY ABOUT WHAT THEY RE ACTUALLY SELLING YOU!So shady. So, buyer beware. Unless you re dealing with Jim in service. He s great.

Do not recommend. Drove 1.5 hours. They sold from underneath us. Offered a tank of gas for our troubles. Said our attorney says we don't have to hold unless we have money down. Their GM was supposed to call 1.5 hours before and did not resulting in someone showing up and processing paperwork knowing we were en route. Absolutely do not recommend. Don't waste your time due to management incompetence. Salesman was great. Out of his control.

Robbie really went above and beyond to get us the truck we really wanted. We actually bought a vehicle from him a little less than two years ago when he worked at another dealership. We enjoyed working with him so much that we followed him to this new dealership for our new vehicle. He makes the experience painless, and I definitely recommend going to him personally for all your car buying needs.

I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews from other customers dealing with this dealership. Among the numerous complaints I have regarding their unprofessional behavior, we specifically asked that no more than two hard credit inquiries were performed. We ended up with a total of 9! To make matters worse they felt no responsibility to address our concern and even minimized it by telling us what a great job they did getting us financed.This place is full of shady characters that can t be trusted. If someone continually tells you that they have your back and take care of their customers, it s not you they are trying to convince, it s themselves. Stay away from this bunch. Disgusting business behaviors.

Have had my Ram 2500 for a couple months now and have already had multiple recalls that have needed to be fixed. Keith in the service department has been great so far, and told me to reach out whenever I need anything. I mistakenly made an appointment a day before leaving town and needed my truck done by noon the next day, and they delivered!

We took our daughter and son in law in to get a new, reliable vehicle before their baby is born. Being first time car buyers they had a lot of fears, JR made it so easy for them to get comfortable and made their first time car buying experience great! Went to Gresham because they had the exact Grand Cherokee I wanted for the best price around. My salesman JR made sure that my family and I were taken care of throughout the process. Ask for him if you want a positive buying experience. He s a good dude with good heart. When signing, it was nice talking baseball with Luke. Buying cars can be rough but with a great team and great prices, Gresham made it worth it.

This is a review for the sales side. Service side has been decent from my past experiences. The amount of bait and switch going on here is unreal. Was sent offers in the mail, supposedly sent to a select amount of customers, blah blah blah. Was given an attractive trade in value, when in reality, the trade value offered is 5-6k less when I wanted to do it. In addition, the pricing online apparently isn t accurate either. I used THEIR payment tool with THEIR prices provided, and then I m told the prices are incorrect when I want to purchase the vehicle. Between the trade in value, and the quoted price there was a $12k + difference. The folks there seem to be pleasant and responsive, but this is such a shady way to operate. People already don t trust dealerships, and this just perpetuates the stereotype. Please do better.

If its your first time getting a vehicle, DON T GO HERE. They gonna make you think you re getting a nice deal when you re not. Got my used car for a price that now doing my research is even more that what I could ve got it brand new (even if the car has a lot of scratchers that I didn t pay attention to because everything was so rushed), after I got my car a sensor came on and they kept it for another week, long story short I had to take it to Honda dealership and paid $250 for a piece replacement. I feel so sad that I lost my money. Should ve done a research and trust my instinct.Their service department sucks too.

I ran into a bit of issues with the service and financing departments I couldn t get through to either department for over 3 weeks for appointment scheduling and some paperwork I needed it became a bit frustrating so I reached out to the salesmen Kenneth B. who sold me the Jeep and he helped me get all the paperwork and help I needed, if it wasn t for Kenny going out of his way to get me taken care of I m not sure it would ve been taken care of at all. 5 stars for Kenny s customer service.

If i can give 0 star i would.I come in for a first oil change and the service advisor recommend fuel filters change while they do they oil change. They want $460 for the filters and the Mopar parts alone only cost about $160 i went ahead and use their service anyway. After getting the truck back from the dealer, on the way home the truck smell like diesel. I pop the hood and found that the cap for the front filter was stripped by over torque and diesel sprayed all over the hood. Not only that, the oil they said they changed look like 10k mile old oil. Long story short please stay away.

The only dealership with a used Ram 3500 at a fair price. Jim Mahin was wonderful to work with; responsive, knowledgeable during the test drive, continually checking in while I was waiting to sit with the finance manager. He treated me like I was his #1 priority all morning.Finance manager Luke Caldwell was excellent, even getting me better financing than I had walked in with. It gave me the ability to purchase an extended warranty without raising my payment!2nd vehicle my family has purchased here and will definitely consider them when making future purchases.

While I got the vehicle I wanted and my sales guy was great, I doubt I will give them my business again. Gresham Dodge was great until you drive off the lot. Then they don t want to have anything to do with you. I had some follow up questions about 2 weeks after purchase and one inquiry required prompt attention. My first call back to Dodge went unanswered after leaving a voicemail message asking for a return call. 3 days later I called again, this time getting an employee who seemingly came across dismissive and that my issue would be handled (basically insinuating to stop calling or that there was no need to call). A week later with still no resolution, I called a third time and got a different employee who gave me a similar response like the second however he did tell me management would call me back that day to help. Guess what didn t come? While I ended up having to do the work on my end (I should not have), the lack of care post purchase will not bring my business back.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I went there. Just the low rating on here would have kept me away. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I agree with one of the other reviewers, Paul Johnson is a liar. I expressed my concerns to the general manager in an e-mail. He sent it down to the sales manager. I guess he was too busy to be bothered to handle it himself. The whole process took almost seven hours. Way too long. It was almost a two hour wait just for the finance person. I guess I have to blame myself for some of it. I should have just got up and walked away. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. I may have to drive an extra 15 miles or so for service but hopefully I can get better service somewhere else.
