Overall excellent work. This company did everything to make sure my truck was in great shape. Extremely fast and professional. They kept me informed/updated on the status of my vehicle. The body work on my truck was impressive; yet they did such a nice job I m thinking about damaging the other side of my truck and taking it to them, just so it could look as good as the job they did . I want to say these people did an amazing job! I had my side mirror smashed and they got the part in quickly and had the job done within the day.Charity was so professional and kept me informed the whole time.I will go to them again if needed.I highly recommend them.Price was great too!Thank you for taking such good care of my car.

Carlos and Marlana at Gresham Collision were very helpful when I got rear-ended, they know the process of sorting things out with insurance companies very well and were able to answer all of my questions. They're a smaller shop, so they were able to get things done quickly and they handled things in a way that was both professional and personal. Overall a great (well, as good as getting rear-ended can be) and easy experience!

Not only does this body shop do an amazing job fixing your car, but they will also spend hours of extra time dealing with insurance companies and more on your behalf. Charity called with updates at least once a week and made time to communicate to insurance companies and other people for me. When I wanted to stop and look at my car to see some damage and half done repairs left behind from a previous body shop, Charity made time for me to stop by and made sure I was able to take pictures and get documentation of everything I needed. Overall this shop goes above and beyond with everything they do and if my car is ever needing fixed again I know where I m taking it.

This shop did very good work. They got us in pretty fast too. Charity, the office manager is friendly and professional. She communicated every step with me. They are great, we are very happy with my car and their service.

I am so pleased with my experience at Gresham Autobody Pros. They saved me hundreds of dollars in comparison to a dealership. Charity is the BEST....getting me in and out in no time. And she even went the extra mile to get me more information. I recommend this business for honest and efficient service

Working with Marlana and Carlos to get the back hatch of my SUV replaced after a garage door mishap was the sunny spot to this otherwise stressful ordeal. Marlana was so helpful, attentive, and communicative. Being a woman taking my car in to an auto body shop, I felt very supported and safe (no price gouging here!). Carlos did great work on the hatch and perfectly matched the paint to the rest of the body. I will be referring everyone I know to this team for any auto body repairs - I'm so grateful I found them.

Fantastic customer service. Charity is the best. She helped with all the necessities and more: other party's insurance (I was rear-ended, so it wasn't through my own insurance), navigating the backlog in receiving parts, rental car.I got my car on Monday and everything was perfect.

Great experience!!Charity is Awesome, from first contact to job done. She is very personable and takes care of every detail with the insurance companies.Right before pick up she even took my car to a mechanic to check out my dash lights!Also a HUGE shoutout to Omar(I hope I have the right name)for getting the TONS of tree sap off my car that was driving me crazy!Thank you Gresham Autobody Pros!

Entire staff here wonderful. They pride themselves on transparency and quality work and it proved true throughout my entire process. I have a new Jeep Gladiator that needed some body work and it looks as good as new! The work was done right. Staff is very professional and they really care about giving you the best service. One suggestion, communication needs to be improved, keeping customers informed and responding to calls in a timely manner needs some work, other than that, yes I would recommend them.

Needed a rear bumper and a door hinge changed out on my truck. I had the parts and Omar and his crew installed them in a timely, professional manner. Honest pricing. Friendly, efficient service. It is our pleasure to write this commendation on the work done on our 2019 Buick Encore by Charity and her staff. Charity was especially adept at chasing down tough to find car parts. She was just great at finding a new driver s side door. The overall results were, to a fine detail level, not different from new. Body panel repair was beautifully done, and the paint is a perfect match. Altogether a fine job including Steve repairing a radio speaker with a corroded connection in the door at no extra charge.Thanks to all, especially Charity for her expert liaison work with our insurance company on our collision claim. These guys are so great! They took my car in right away when every other place was months out for even an appt. They were communicative the whole way through and did an EXCELLENT job on my Chevy Volt. I would highly recommend these guys.

Amazing! My car should have been deemed totaled but Gresham Collision made it as good as new. They were honest and took pride in their work. The front desk advocated for me and kept me up-to-date. This place is amazing! I was in an accident and my bumper was completely messed up on the back of my van. I dropped it off and not even 2 hours later I was called by Charity with my initial quote that she was sending to me and the insurance company. She took the time to follow up with the adjuster on my behalf. She went above and beyond to make sure they received everything they needed and she made sure to copy me in on everything she sent them via email. Her above and beyond service, and the quality of work Omar and Carlos did on my van was amazing! My van was ready earlier than expected. I dropped my rental van off at the shop and she made sure the rental agency picked it up from there too. The service I received here took so much pressure off of me and they made everything EASY for me!! Their price was great too!!! Check them out!!!

Gresham Collision Repair did an outstanding job of repairing the rear bumper on my late model Grand Cherokee. They staged the job and ordered parts beforehand so that my car was complete the day after I dropped it off! The paint job was really outstanding. The best part was that their bid was about 30% less than I found elsewhere, and they stuck to the price after completing the repair. I hope I don't need collision repair in the future, but if I ever do I'll be back to see Scott and Darcy!

Excellent shop. My car was completed when they said it would be. The estimate was right on. The quality of work was great you would never know there was a dent on my car.Scott and Darcy were easy to work with they contact insurance company regarding payment.And best of all they stand by their work with life time warranty.Thank you for a great experience!

Called at 10 am on a tuesday, there was no "estimator" even on site to bring my truck by. Was told to wait til 11 when the estimattor/adjustors would apparently be there. (It would seem 10 am is deemed too early to accept customers.)Received no call after 11 am like the receptionist advised. Called back at 1 :30 (Almost 4 hours later) and the "estimator" told me that they would order parts approved from my claim, but not accept the truck and that I would have to pay for those parts upfront as well, not at pickup. I was also advised I would need two appointments by this estimator, and that whoever answered the phone earlier mis spoke about policies/customer care. Yet for some reason they are deemed able to answer the phone and continue dealing with more customers.All receptionists should get the same memo, anyone who deals with the same products in that business should be on the same page. And if they aren't, they flat out don't deal with customers. There's no reason to come here when they yank customers around with misinformation and pick and choose which customers they accept, when and how.The estimator here ought to wear a ski mask with the amount of work they do that isn't authorized, leaving customers like me to pay the overages out of pocket.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

This body shop is amazing. I have a 2018 Toyota Camry that is blue streak color. They matched the color perfectly and buffed it to a mirror shine. The guys were very polite and professional. They helped me with my deductible and worked with my insurance and they walked me through everything because it was my first claim. I highly recommend themService: Body & Trim

This place is awesome! Im so glad I decided to go with them for my collision repair. The estimate I got was really good compared to a couple other places I checked in Gresham. Repairs Only took about a week and the repairs came out great! they cleaned the inside of my car and took it to the car wash as well which was an awesome bonus i wasn't expecting! and one of the employees took extra time to clean my head light that wasn't in need of repair so that it matched the new headlight that WAS replaced which i thought was really nice! Great customer service. Every body should go here for repairs.

Decided to have my back bumper repaired here after getting rear-ended. They were able to give me an estimate 5 minutes after walking in at a reasonable price. The fixed up the damage nicely and even fixed up another scratch on the other side of the bumper that was totally unrelated. I really appreciate the service. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. They even washed my car for me. I would go here again

Gresham Collision CenterThe Husband and wife owners of this body shop are quality people and very honest. Darcy Olsen runs the office and Scott Olsen manages the shop. They have now repaired 2 newer Corvettes for me 1 through State Farm and one through myself. Both corvettes looked like new when I picked them up. The work was done right and as fast as the parts could be delivered to the body shop. Scott & Darcy kept in constant contact with me every step of the way. The price was very good, and the paint matching was perfect. Scott can fix everything from show cars to work trucks and do it right. This shop has earned a top rating.Mike K

I went there for an estimate but the scrape on my paint was really basic and Lamar fixed it on the spot. Like it never happened. Charity, the woman in the office, is great, and Lamar would not accept payment for his time. Good atmosphere and good people, please support this business!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Hit a deer & did some front end damage to my car. Scott worked with me so that the insurance company wouldn t total it. Great communication, fair price, vehicle finished when they said it would be. Most importantly-my 2008 Acura looks like a new car! Very happy with the body work and I highly recommend Gresham Collision.

I took my car to two auto body shops for estimates on a minor door problem. One came in at $1400, the other at $1700. They wanted to replace the door, paint, etc., etc., and they said it would need the car for 1 or 2 weeks. I then took the car to Scott at Gresham Collision Center. I told him I just wanted the door fixed so it would not leak in the rain. He fixed it perfectly in about an hour, for $52. These folks are skilled, honest, and super reasonable. I highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body repair.

I took my Ford F150 to several shops for estimates, finally I settled on Gresham Collision, Scott, the owner, gave me a fast and fair estimate. What impressed me was his knowledge and how he explained the repair process to me. The staff finished the repair on my truck a day early, and the repair was betterr than when it was probably new. I have since taken my daughters car to Scott and his crew and they did it again. If there were a 10 rating, I would give it to Gresham Collision, and I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Thanks to Scott and all the folks at Gresham Collision!
