Someone tried to steal my daughter s Kia Soil and did quite a bit of damage. Not only was it a quick turnaround it was reasonably priced. If you are looking for an Honest, Reasonable and Knowledgeable mechanic shop I highly recommend Auto Firm. It s not your typical repair shop. Clean and well maintained inside and out.Image is everything!!!

I appreciated the honesty and expertise of our mechanic Marco. The problem was bigger than we thought but he explained everything and showed us the old parts. I feel more comfortable driving my truck knowing that it was repaired right.

Auto Firm NW did an incredible job making a Lexus GS350 that I purchased drive and look incredible! I had purchased the car about eight months ago and the former owner had paid more attention to the stance of the car than the usability. I liked the car and it was a decent value still but it wasn t great to drive in the best conditions. If the road was wet, it was not just scary but, dangerous. I had tried several shops to get it sorted but no one wanted to take on the project. Scott and his team not only took on the project but provided guidance that was instrumental to a fantastic outcome. He took what I asked for and made it better. The car drives amazing in any weather conditions now and it looks incredible! If you are reading this and wondering if you should consider Auto Firm for your car repairs I would absolutely recommend it. Great service, great outcome, and a great price!

I have nothing but good things to say about these mechanics and the staff as a whole.We bought a lemon and they have helped us from the very beginning. We have had so many issues with the car that they have gotten to know us on a first name basis. They were honest from the start about the car but we didn t listen and have been paying for it since. All I can say it that I would recommend Auto Firm NW for your mechanical needs. Plus it doesn t hurt to know your vehicle is safe behind the electrical fence.Thanks Auto Firm NW

Excellent service, good people, no complaints! My car s engine had been misfiring since shortly after we bought it; it s now running better than I knew it could. Will be back, but hopefully not for quite some time!

So this was my first experience with the business. I called the shop, described my issue, and they had great customer service. A local competitor did not have great service, and i actually cancelled my appointment to get service here. Im glad i trusted my instinct!It turned out the parts i needed were a symptom of a larger problem. The mechanic ( Steve?) described the the issue and took time to show me the damaged parts. Sometimes i get so caught up in my job , i forget how important maintenance is. Thanks again for explaining the safety hazards!The team had amazing turn around time, also got me tires, changed my oil, and had very fair pricing!! My 07' handles like a new machine I will be continuing business and recommending! Thank you so much !

So happy with the level of professionalism AND price. They actually built a work around for our broken fuse box, in our '88 Volvo. Now it purrs like a kitten, and passed DEQ in one try.I will definitely be back, anytime one of our other very old cars gives up the ghost.Thank you!

I have had work done on all my vehicles here. Everything from my 68 Chrysler to my RV to my 16 Honda.I have sent countless friends and family here and they take care of them as if they were their family also.Please know that you will have the problems fixed and not be taken advantage of in that process. Scott and his team are EXEMPLARY. I won't take my Mazda3 anywhere else. Not only do they do very high quality work, they stand by their work and make sure their customers have everything they need. I have worked with many repair shops in the area over the last 10 years, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest! Big thanks to the entire team. This shop is my only recommendation for auto repair in the Portland/Gresham area.

my car wasn t starting and i let it sit in my carport for almost eight months before calling around some auto shops. i chose auto firm bc they were pretty close to my house. they diagnosed and fixed it for super reasonable price. despite being slammed busy they got my car taken care of in what i thought was a reasonable time frame, too. beyond happy to have found a shop i trust for any future issues. thanks y all!

OMG!! I cannot say enough about Todd and the team at Auto Firm NW!! From the moment I called them about my 20 87 RV they have been a dream to work with!! Not the easiest vehicle to work on but they went above and beyond with my rig, keeping me updated, explaining their work and coming up with some brilliant fixes. Their workmanship was amazing and their customer service exemplary!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

David are very nice and friendly.However, the parts being used are low quality. Both front and rear brake rotors and pads had been replaced for my ram 1500 on Feb 2022 to fix the brake pulsation issue.After around 1 year, started feeling pulsation again. And then Gresham Auto Repair replaced REAR rotors, pad and calipers (the parts for rotors and pads been warrantied, only labor and calipers being charged this time). However, I still felt vibration even after driving for more than 1 month, really frustrated. So I replaced FRONT rotors and pads by myself and the issue finally got fixed.I checked the replaced front rotors and pads by myself, noticed the front rotors already warped and pads been worn more than 70% after 9000+ miles mild driving without towing anything.Service: Brakes

I used Gresham Auto twice in one week for different needs.I'm always pleased with their level of service and customer care. They diagnosed and fixed my car in the same day. My engine is running much smoother now.I asked for assistance in finding a hood prop replacement part. They got me the info on the same day. It was an inexpensive part and the labor costs were reasonable. Part was ordered and my car repaired within 1 week of initial conversation.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto body & trim replacement

Being new to the area picking a good shop can be a gamble. Checked out many places and reviews. Went with my gut to chose this shop and glad I did. Called to get an appointment to drop off my truck for a bad wheel bearing replacements. The wait time wasn't bad just a few days. They we able to confirm the issue and had a quote the same day for repair parts / labor. Once it was apart I ended up needing a new axle shaft since one of the destroyed bearings damaged it. The pricing for the part was spot on. Communication was clear, called me to let me know what was up along the way and it was ready the day they said it was going to be. Overall very professional get the job done right the first time place. More than happy to go back with any other issues down the road.Service: General repairs & maintenance

There was an attempt to persuade me not to file a claim due to representative demand that my rates would go up and I would be docked points. I paid the bill in total. As leaving I noticed that my tank was fully empty without being told. I dropped it off with just under a quarter tank, which would be around $40.00 of gas. I immediately called my agent to finish filing my claim and found that what your representative said was totally false. That Farmers has also sent a check for payment to you. I did end up getting reimbursed along with payment for loss of time from my Van. I am left with a bad taste for the entire establishment of all four of the businesses that it provides. I wouldn t trust anything about the property.

After using auto firm exclusively for a number of years now on my vehicle s I would never go any place else. Honesty, integrity and over all great work is what keeps me coming back and telling everyone to use them. Scott is a top notch guy with a great crew, Don t make the mistake and take your vehicle to some one else call Scott at auto firm.

Marco did a great job and took care of my issue in a very timely and efficient manner. They changed the valve cover gasket on my 2004 Toyota RAV4 for a much more reasonable price than I was quoted at another shop that came highly recommended. They did so in just a few days as opposed to 7-10 days quoted by the other shop. I would recommend them highly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is friendly, honest, and reasonable! I was concerned about my car and so I called this place and they said to bring it over, no problem! They completed all the services my car needed quickly and didn't try to sell me anything it didn't (like many other shops). They took the time to explain that my car was worth the repairs and had a very low pressure selling approach. 3rd time I've used Auto firm nw and I'm more than happy with the service every time. Only issue I've ran into is that they are sometimes so busy there is a bit of a wait for getting in but that's a good thing to me. Used them when my old truck was having issues stalling out while driving they fixed that issue easiely, also did my brake repair, my current truck had headers installed incorrectly by the previous owner so I had them reinstall them and fixed my engine codes it was causing, also get my regular oil service done here aswell.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair, Oil change

I brought my 92 Honda in for a new clutch kit. They kept me informed with clear communication and amazing friendly service. I left feeling completely satisfied and comfortable with the work they put into it. My daughter has gone here multiple times and has raved to me about how good they did and how fair they treated her. I had to get my starter replaced and after hearing how great they are from my daughter, I decided to give them a shot. Their customer service was top of the line. They replaced it for me super quick and, an added bonus was they replaced it for cheaper than what they quoted me. I highly recommend this place for all of your mechanical needs. Great job!!!

Scott provided exceptional service! His team did an amazing job tearing out an engine gone bad and putting a brand new one in! He made sure to communicate everything that needed to be done and clarified any questions! His team is trustworthy, reliable, and professional! They provide nothing but the best service out there!
