My truck had white paint all over it from over spray. I took it to Epic to have a full detail done plus over spray remove. Unfortunately they were not able to remove all the paint from my truck but they sure did make it shine. I appreciate the effort that went into it. before and after pictures added

I brought my corvette to the guys and after a few weeks the windows that Emiliano and Larry tinted came out great.It's perfect and will recommend epic all day long. Crystal returned calls promptly and got me in and out without a glitch. Good job guys.

What a great experience they know what they re doing! When it comes to a black car with tons of scratches there aren t too many detailers that can make it look as good as they do. Very fair prices and fast turnaround I highly recommend this detail shop.

I was referred to Epic Auto Detailing from my friends at Gresham Ford, and they did not disappoint. I first had them detail my F150 prior to selling it, which they did an amazing job on. What was really great was that I had a dog that went with me everywhere in the truck, which you would have never known after they got through with it. I then had them tint my new F250. They were very knowledgeable about the law and helped to guide me to the solution that best met my needs. They were very professional and respectful. After asking around for recommendations, I decided to go with Epic Auto to get my windows tinted. I m so glad that I did! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the final product. They got me in extremely fast and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone considering getting any window tinting or detailing work done.

Detail was definitely lacking! My car was still pretty clean as it s only 4 years old, yet missed so many things! There were still some leaves stuck under hood by windshield wipers (even got the engine bay cleaned, so you would think they d see it), green grass/mold stain missed on only one side of the rear by back window, still dirty at trunk area and a lot of streaks on windows. Also missed some dirt/stain on leather. Brought to their attention and wanted me to bring it back after they ve already been with my car for 6.5 hours. I don t have that much time to bring it back again!

Amazing experience. The service was welcoming and fast. I got a 5 year ceramic coating + window tints on my 22 Civic. So happy with how it turned out, the pricing was reasonable as well. I brought my car in and it was pretty dirty & had some minor scratches from drive thru car washes and it showed up a lot on my black paint. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked around them with no problems. When I picked it up today it looked straight out of the dealership, (but it s even better now with protected paint & darker tints) Will be returning again!Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

First visit to this business. Called for appointment and was able to keep schedule when arriving. Thought to try exterior wash and quick wax before trying any detailing. The wash was throughly performed and the Challenger looked great. The only hiccup was the tire wash. They use an aggressive wheel cleaner. The concentration may have been to strong and it removed the paint off of my wheel lugs that were black to match the rims. I think American Tire sold me some cheap lugs and the paint did not like the aggressive chemicals Epic used. My only concern is that Epic did not mention the product s strength and did not mention the potential to remove color from painted lug nuts. Oh well live and learn. I have a four star because I m sure the tire shop went cheap on the lug nuts. But still Epic must have seen these colored lug nuts before as you see them everywhere. Be well and do good out there. Took my truck in to get the windows tinted. The job turned out awsome. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented, I found them to be very professional. I have a 1997 Tacoma that I ve owned for 17 years, and I have taken pretty good care of it the entire time I ve owned it. 4 years ago I had an issue in a very busy time of my life, and didn t have the time or money to put into it, so for 4 full years, it sat outside behind the shop. Bushes grew around it, through the engine bay, the outside was covered in moss, and the inside had covered in mold. I pressure washed it and hand washed it, and could not get all of the moss off of the paint. I was convinced it would never look the same. I took it into Epic Auto Detailing for an estimate and to schedule an appointment. I was given a price, and was told it they could start on it the very next morning. I had a brief conversation in the morning when I dropped it off with Jacob, the gentleman who was going to be working on my truck. I explained the situation, my concerns, and my biggest priorities. He listened and said they would give me updates throughout the day as necessary. Couple hours later, he texted me photos and assured me that he was able to get all the moss off (after some serious elbow grease) and restore the paint. Later in the afternoon, he called me and mentioned that my window tint was beginning to disintegrate as they were cleaning the inside of the windows (I was aware of the window tinting being in rough shape prior) and recommended and offered to remove it for $20 bucks per window, as well as quoted me to have it retinted another day. I agreed and before we hung up, he told me it would be ready by 5:30. I arrived promptly at 5:30 very eager and excited to see how it came out. They invited me into the shop and walked me through everything they did. To say I was impressed would be a massive understatement. Aside from the oxidation on the hood and the top of the canopy, Jacob and the guy helping him had my truck looking better than when I bought it in 2006. The engine bay may have been the most impressive part, but the entire process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I had an estimate and an appointment for the next morning within minutes (thank you Jamielynn), the man who was to do the work spoke with me when I came in to drop it off to talk to me personally about the process and my expectations, they communicated when it was necessary and updated me on progress as they knew I was worried the paint might be damaged, and they finished it all in one day. My favorite part was the obvious pride they had in their work as they were walking me around my truck and showing me how it came out. I will absolutely be back with my truck to have the windows tinted, and for all of my future detailing. Thank you Jacob for bringing my Tacoma back to life with your hard work, attentional to detail and your professionalism. Very disappointed with this shop! I don t appreciate being lied to! I I requested a tint match for my driver and passenger window. The shop tech. had told me my rear windows are 20% and they will install 20% for the front. I specifically mentioned to double check so they match and they said they will. After they installed the tint I noticed that it was a lot darker than the rear, and after coming back to the shop, I told them to double check again with the reader, and the front tint came in around 16% and the rear 26%. As I was following their judgment and guidance I asked them to correct the mistake by installing 25% tint which would ve been the closest match, but they didn t have 25% in stock. They told me they could install 35% tint and to drive around with it for a couple days and to let them know if I was dissatisfied they would remove it and refund me. Right after the install I told the owner it was too light but I followed their direction and instruction. After a couple days, I told him that I did not want the 35% and was requesting 25%. They said they still did not have it, but we ll get a shipment in and will schedule my appointment. When I called the day before the appointment to follow up with them, they told me they d have to charge me for removing and installing the tint. I did not want to go that route, so I requested them to remove the 35% and provide a refund as I was promised by the owner. The Manager then said they never said that to me, yet that is exactly what the owner told me. I even told the manger to pull the video and audio records which will prove that that s what they told me, and they did not care and were not willing to resolve this. I followed the shops judgment and their instruction, and yet I m the one at fault apparently. This is not a shop I would recommend after my experience!

Epic definitely surpassed my expectations. Black Tesla paint is bad enough right off the truck but add in two years of driving and paint overspray from a construction site and it is downright terrible.Came in to have them look at it in the afternoon and had an appointment two days later.I was skeptical if my car could look decent without a paint correction, but Epic got it done, and I didn t have to break my bank account.If you have a black car, you can definitely take it to Epic with confidence.

Have had a TERRIBLE experience so far. I brought my car in for the full interior detail. I booked this about two weeks ago, staff was easy enough to speak with. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle, I am not satisficed with the cleaning provided, the girl checking me out offered to "touch it up" right then and there but I explained it didn't need a touch up it needed to be fully gone over. I said I would bring it back the next morning. This morning I dropped off the vehicle and explained my frustration and told them I would honestly prefer my money back at this point considering my lack of confidence in them to do this correctly. The front desk girl at this point was very quick to snap back and say they do not offer refunds. The attitude completely changed. The guy who had completed the detail walked out with me and i went over my concerns with him. He apologized and said they would touch it up. I left the vehicle and received a call about an hour and half later saying it was ready to be picked up. I come back and the car is STILL lacking having the "details" cleaned up. All it looks like they did was go over a few of the areas I had pointed out. This time another guy looked over the car with me and heard my concerns much better and said he would have it taken care of. The fact I've wasted my time to come back once again I could have cleaned it up myself and had an equivalent clean job myself. See my photos of a few area AFTER the detail. There is still grim, dirt, some areas clearly were not even touched. I hope they will try to make this right but as of now I DO NOT recommend to anyone looking for quality or service.Services: Steam cleaning, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

The staff at Epic Auto Detailing was very friendly and easy to work with and their work was exceptional. They did PPF and a Ceramic Coating on a brand new Tesla for us and the car looked better when they were done than it did when the dealer gave it to us.

I took my Mercedes 300 in to Epic after a disastrous drive through car wash~the damage from the wash was BAD. Epic brought it back to new, (it was a new car, but the car wash had some cleaning agent that was horrible). It looks so great!!! 10 out 10 I d recommend them to any and all!!!! Dropped my car off for a detail and when I got it back the windows did not work. Prior to dropping it off the windows worked perfectly. When I called about the situation they were rude and did not accept any responsibility. I just paid $290 to get my car cleaned and I got it back with all four windows no longer working. I regret bringing my car to epic auto detailing.

Amazing service - you won't be disappointed!I've taken my 4runner through some pretty wild trails and after the detail, the paint looks better than when I bought it 4+ years ago!Great communication throughout the process, and even gave me a consult over the phone when I had questions about the window tinting!Never made me feel like I couldn't ask questions and very accommodating!10/10 would recommend.Great business, great service, great results!

Have to say, extremely disappointed in Epic Auto Detailing's QC and customer service. I brought my brand new 2022 GR86 in to have full front PPF package installed and while the first 3 photos look great, getting into the details was where I was left upset and extremely disappointed.Let's start with the 4th and 5th photos. Upon getting ready to leave and pay I noticed something had scuffed my paint on the bumper above the bend (4th photo). I brought it to their attention and they immediately went to work on fixing it. After about 20 mins, you can tell in the 5th photo, they were unable to fix it. The detailer I spoke to told me he could help "hide" it better, but this is a brand new car! You can still tell it's there! I've had worse paint scuffs and even damage down through the paint restored with no blemishes whatsoever by other companies before. I talked to another gentleman there that "wasn't defending the company" but tried to rationalize with me that maybe a shopping cart could have hit it, but there is no paint transfer, and for it to happen on the incline and no damage below makes me doubtful of this. The detailer asked me if I was happy with how it turned out(picture #5) and I told him "No, this is a brand new car!" And he left it at that, he was afraid to buff it anymore.As for the PPF itself, there are photos included showing numerous contaminants underneath the PPF. They told me these were paint chips, but you can tell by the bubbling and the raised feel of the PPF that these were sitting above the paint, not recessed into the paint as a rock chip would be. I noticed 3 on the front bumper. Also, if you look around the Toyota logo, you can see where there's some slight bubbling due to the PPF not being applied properly.Finally, we get to the car wash, because they washed the car after the PPF was completed. As you can tell by the photos, there are numerous instances where you can tell the wasn't dried properly. I have streaks on the headlights, the door mirrors, hood, front bumper, and definitely on the windshield. I'll be honest, I'm not a professional auto detailer or anything, but I guarantee you when I hand wash my car, this is never the case.Overall, a very disappointing experience with Epic Auto Detailing. They didn't give me a discount for any of these issues or imperfections. For the amount I paid, I expected a LOT more professionalism and attention to detail, especially on a brand new car. I have an appointment for 2 weeks to go back for a free car wash that was included with my purchase, but I'm doubting if I'll even do that considering the condition of my current car wash. They get 2 stars for completing the service within the stated time frame.Update- downgraded to 1 star review since it's been 3 months and no response from Epic Auto to make thing right. They just responded to this review stating they "tried to make it right" but that is a flat out lie. I have no emails, texts, or attempts of communication of any kind. There was no effort on their end at all.I have also had the work reviewed by multiple body shops and they all agreed, they would never have let the car go out in the condition it was whan I received it.

All I can say is Wow! In all honesty, my car was an absolute mess due to neglect and just plain laziness :-) They came to my house and picked it up and when Johnny returned it, it was amazing! It looks like it did 6 years ago when I purchased it. Interior and Exterior looks fantastic! All the brake dust is gone from the wheels, I even had moss growing around the windows and it's gone now. It looks and smells wonderful. I highly recommend!Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting
