I have nothing but great things to say about 3C as they have always offered great rates and workmanship. Their communication is superb and I can depend on my car being repaired in a timely manner.If you look at the negative comments from people below, you will notice they can never be satisfied.

Was referred by Dan to see Roy at 3 C Automotive. Needed to replace headlights on my truck. Cody did a wonderful job. For a 25 yr old truck it looks like new.

I was having a really rough day then to top it off some car concerns. I had a local shop point me into 3C's direction for some front end suspension issues. I have to say it was by far the friendliest place I have ever taken my vehicle. I will be returning here for all my car needs. Very efficient and understanding of my situation I felt like they truly cared and were completely honest about the repairs needed. This place became the sunshine of my day and for that I am grateful. Highly Recommend

Trust the process! Roy is super upfront and honest about whatever is plaguing your vehicle and has the skills to make it go away! Prices are incredibly fair and everyone is friendly and helpful. And when I picked up my car, there was a super cute little St. Patty's gift bag with some candy in it! Such a sweet touch on an already good experience. I can already tell I won't be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else!

3 WEEKS. HAVEN T TOUCHED MY CAR. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY MIKE FROM TRANSMEDIC WHO IS AMAZING, AND DID A GREAT JOB FOR MY VEHICLE. SO I TRUSTED HIS WORD. BUT THESE GUYS CAN T EVEN COMMUNICATE WITH ME, FIRST IT WAS TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 26th, THEN TUESDAY OCTOBER 3RD. I CALLED ON FRIDAY 6TH TO GET AN UPDATE. I HAD TO CALL!!! THEY DIDN T EVEN BOTHER TO KEEP ME UPDATED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK ON IT.GUESS WHAT. IT S FRIDAY 13TH. STILL NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE OUNCE OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE DON T TOCUH MY CAR, OR TRY TO CHARGE ME. YOU VE BEEN NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE WITH ME. I WILL HAVE SOMEONE PICK IT UP, AS NOW I AM LEAVING THE COUNTRY AND HAD EXPECTATIONS I WOULD HAVE ALREADY HAD MY CAR BACK BY NOW :) THANKS!!!!

I ve entrusted Roy with the care of our cars a year after he opened up shop (2004) and he has never steered us the wrong way (yep. I meant to do that). He s good at explaining car issues AND he s very good at his job! I totally recommend Roy as your next mechanic!

I gave 3C 5 stars and if there is anything more than that I'll give them.My Gma referred me there after I had visited two places within Gresham and had unfriendly and unprofessional experience.I have been to 3C a few times and I must say that Roy is very knowledgeable about his work.They are friendly and are always open to book an instant appointment without unnecessary delays.As an international student I see that it is absolutely a diverse place and they care for their clients.Over the Holidays they sent me a card with a discounted price for my next visit.I'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU VISIT 3C AUTOMOBILE

Roy and his team are amazing! They are professional, thoughtful, and extremely skilled. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. They are customer focused and the integrity of the entire team is evident. I don't even live in Gresham, but it's worth driving there to have the best automotive repair service!

I was happy to get an honest inspection on my steering rack.They put it on the lift and showed me the problem.Good communication and price.

Great customized work on my 20 year old Honda Civic. Roy and his shop determined an oil leak and replaced some key parts and seals and the timing belt in my engine. They completed the repairs soon enough and that prevented major problems and concerns about my old car. I greatly appreciate their skill and support.

This was my first time at this shop and so far I'm very impressed. I love that it's a family run shop and everyone seemed really friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I have a 12-year old car that I will definitely be bringing back in for repairs.

Had called them in advance for pricing on a truck inspection. They explained it very well, went in to get it done, they were very thorough. They looked at some issues i specifically brought up, and did the rest of the truck. They sent me a text with what is wrong and what needs repaired. They even sat with me and explained the issues and answered any questions i had. Very friendly and would reccomend them to my family. Very much worth the inspection cost to relieve my stress, and they were honest and upfront and even gave me tips on how to fix the minor things and prevent more wear and tear.

Nice guy, clean shop. $230 for diagnostics with no results when it turned out to be a defective NEW master cylinder. Roy gets 5 stars for being the honest guy he is and refunded my $230.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, BrakesServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I took my sons truck to Roy three times. He was suppose to rebuild the top half of the truck $2500.The first time he charged me for parts he did not replace. When I asked about he said it was a mistake and paid me back...but the truck was running horrible and leaking trans fluid so we took it back. He said it was a seal he forgot to replace and charged me $500. He said he replaced the battery...but he didnt...called him on it and he said must have been a mistake...gave the money for the battery back.Got it back again #2 runs horribly, miss firing and won't go over 50 and smoking...it is an 8 cylinder that never smoked before. Work is supposed to be under warranty...but he doesn't stand behind his work.He had the truck the third time for 2 months. Got it back ...smoke still and miss fires, runs horrible.Frustrated. Don't go to Roy

Too small and overwhelmed with operations and customer communications to fully trust them and go back. Too many other independent shops to try if not a dealer.

I love this place. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Roy is an honest, caring mechanic that will tell it to you straight and wont do any work that isn't necessary. This is a great, family run business
