I had a transfer case rebuilt by these guys and the turnaround time was less than 2 days. Got it installed with no issues and was out wheeling the same day. Lots of new hardware and everything came back so fresh and so clean! I almost rebuilt it myself but for the price I paid. $1143.88 + $48 shipping there it was a deal. The rebuild kit itself is $600, so the extra is worth the headache I avoided. The build is a little cheaper if you dont choose the aftermarket bracket. Thank you for the great work!

The customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my order and my emails were returned within the hour. The gentleman I was in communication with was always very friendly and professional. The issue was resolved far above my expectations. They are very fair and reasonable. Their pricing is comparable with other sites. It's very refreshing to find a company that still values their customers. I look forward to doing business with them again.

It's been a non-stop nightmare. Initially they shipped the wrong front springs. Wheeler's required me to pay for return shipping even though it was their error. I sent in all their required documentation for a return and was promised a refund. 3 months later (today) I get a UPS notification that my items are delivered to a house I already moved from. I called to ask why they shipped the order and they had no record. I already purchased from another vendor. Such a frustrating experience. Still no refund. The guy I talk to never transfers me to the person managing returns and lies to me about getting a refund. Would not recommend.

Horrible company with extremely rude staff! Spend your money elsewhere. Waited over 4 months for an $40 order of small hardware that I never ended up receiving. There were some technical difficulties with usps that led to the package being stuck at a facility in California. After about 25 phone calls to customer service at wheelers over the course of 4 months getting the same excuse about their returns lady being out of the office and that I would get a call back later that day I came to the realization that I m never going to receive this order. I m a very chill and understanding person and have been very friendly in my interactions with the worker at this company because I understand that accidents happen. But my last phone call with a guy by the name of Matt in customer service sent me over the edge. If I owned a company I would be embarrassed if I had an employee this rude answering the phone. Finally had to cancel my order. How hard would it have been to just resend me out a new package instead of playing this back and forth game? What a joke

I talked to Matt before my order and even talked to him after I placed my order. He was helpful and seemed liked he knew what he was doing.. My order (eibach lift kit) arrived today and looks great.Don't believe everything you read in the reviews. Matt was friendly and got my order right. Thanks so much and I'll be ordering from you again.5/29/22 update. My 2021 toyota tacoma has been fantastic with my new eibach pro kit. It rides firmer than stock, but is great on and off road. Fantastic lift kit

Horrible customer service. Was sent wrong parts. Had parts missing. Called multiple times and was told if I ordered the parts again they would send the correct parts this time with a return shipping label for the wrong parts. No return label sent when I placed another order. No missing parts included with order. Called again was told the shipping manager would decide what to do. What the heck is going on over here? Vehicles been taken apart for a week now waiting on the missing shock bushings.

I spent thousands of dollars here and they refused to send out a single u bolt to replace one that came with the threads mangled. They suggested I go to a hardware store because they don't sell them individually. I couldn't find the correct size or rating at the hardware store, so I ended up finding an individually sold u bolt with nuts (same one that came in the kit I got) ON THEIR WEBSITE... and just bit the bullet and bought it. Not too impressed. Don't think I'll shop here again.I originally emailed twice then called them on the phone, because the emails got no response.The suspension package I bought is performing well, so they get some stars for that.

This was hands down some of the worst service I ever received. The sales associates do not know their product very well. When I first ordered I was assured multiple times that all hardware would be included. Took a day off work to have everything installed, you guessed it no hardware. I called the company and was told that was their fault, but they still had me pay an extra $90 to get the hardware. After putting the front struts on I found that they had set the spring to the wrong size lift. I called to talk to a manager and Steven was incredibly rude. He wouldn't let me talk and before hearing the whole story he said it was not their fault and that nothing would be done. I will NEVER deal with this company again. One star is too much.

I wanted to give a shout out to Wheelers for standing behind their sales and products. I recently purchased a rear suspension kit for my 2019 Tacoma. When I ordered the kit, I explained to the sales person that I had added a Decked Storage System as well as a camper shell to the back of the truck and that I was trying to decide between the standard All Pro leaf springs or the expedition leaf springs. The sales person said that I should be fine if I went with the standard leaf springs and that they should support the weight. After receiving and installing them, it turned out that they were not strong enough to support the additional weight, much less the added weight that would be present when I was loaded for camping. I contacted them about my problem, and they offered to replace the standard Springs with a set of Expedition springs and all I needed to pay was the cost of shipping. They offered to let me keep the set of standard springs so that I could resell them on my own and recoup my costs. I feel like this was more than fair, and I am very grateful to them for working with me to take care of this issue.

I have bought parts from this company and thought since this is a small company that they would take care of you. And lately i had some parts that needed to be warranted and brought it up to them, and they replied saying that they are waiting for a RA number. Its been a month and a half now. I called Bilstein warranty dept and they said that it only takes 5 minutes for them to get it.to give you so you can start the process. I have been sending them emails regarding this and they just ignore you or if you get lucky you will get an excuse reply. We work hard for that money to buy parts and the last thing we need is a company that will ignore your right for warranty. In my opinion the worst customer service. One can only wonder if their group of company will do you the same. I suggest getting parts somwhere that has good customer service.

Wheeler s is an inept company. I had an absolutely terrible purchasing experience from Wheeler s. Ordered a set of assembled Bilstein 6112shocks and springs for my Tundra in November. The website showed the products in stock, I got an email a week or so later saying they were back ordered and should be in in about a month. No big deal at the time as I was waiting on wheels as well from another company. I was strung along for five months until early April with promised delivery dates passing by consistently.I finally got a call saying the shocks had arrived in early April and that they would be assembled and sent to me within a week. Shocker, two weeks came and went without an update. I emailed and was told they did not have the top hats in stock to assemble the shocks. I again was told they would be in soon, another week past and emailed again and was told there was no ETA. Needless to say at this point I had had enough. I called and cancelled my order and purchased from Shocks Surplus and the shocks were sent within 24 hours of purchase.Run far far away, do not trust anything these people say. They are inept and have no idea how to properly run a company

Very disappointed with how I was treated. Reached out via phone PRIOR to submitting my order for new leaf springs for my Tacoma to verify everything was in stock and ready to ship, only to be told everything was ready to go. Placed my order 6/22/21, was told assembly of the add a leaf would take 7-10 days and then would be shipped my way. Reached out 7/8/21 to get an update, come to find out it was out of stock and on back order until 8/4/21. I reached out PRIOR to prevent this from happening, yet sadly it still did ..

Best company I ve done business with off-road parts wise for my trucks. Customer service is next to none. Questions answered very fast. Super knowledgeable. Friendly. And very understanding. They will have my Buisness until the company closes. Passing them on to everyone. Super satisfied with my purchases. When they don t have the parts on time. You can cancel order and they fulfill your request same day. Very satisfied with this company. You can t go wrong with them.

I ve never left a review before but I feel this is needed after the poor service I ve received.... twice. Two times now I have ordered parts that clearly say in stock . Only after you order it do you get an email from their customer service saying due to blah blah blah we are back ordered . I have waited an average of 2.5 months to receive my order both times. After asking them why they still have their items labeled in stock , they said it s because they can t figure out how to fix the system. The way they are scamming their customers seems pretty dishonest to me and I will absolutely recommend any other company to friends and family from now on.

Wheelers offroad used to be great. My last purchase I got a wrong part shipped and I've been trying to get it resolved for a couple months now and there is a huge lack of communication. I would like to actually receive the correct part that I purchased but I dont think that is going to happen. I will be avoiding the trail-gear family of companies because I have had similar issues with allpro offroad. The customer service and communication just isn't there with any of these companies. A little bit of communication goes a long way.

Even tho 1 star is to many for this company... I placed an order mid April and apparently the stuff wasn t in stock so After deciding not to wait I emailed and cancelled the order April 27th, within that hour I got an email back from Travis saying he had cancelled it. Figured I was done with this company but then I got a charge on my credit card for $700 on May 5th and a shipping confirmation so I called and emailed them trying to figure out what happened and they said it s fine they d send me a return shipping and they d refund my credit card, Didn't get an email with return shipping so I called again and this time explained I d call my credit card directly to report it and Travis got totally rude stating it was somehow my fault. So I called my credit card and they right away put me thru to the fraud Dept After I explained that I had cancelled this order then was charged 8 days later and sent a shipping confirmation and yet it hadn t left their warehouse yet but they insisted on sending it then me returning it and then they would refund the money... After contacting my credit card and filing the complaint I got a call from Travis saying they intercepted the package and would refund the money ASAP.. why couldn t you have done that without the 2 days of phone calls and emails!!! shop elsewhere these guys are shady AF!

Absurd order processing time! I ordered a few small in stock parts that I needed to fix my truck, even paid extra for 3-day shipping. Exactly a month later, I just got an email that they finally shipped (still haven t arrived). I called another shop to order the same parts and they arrived in less than a week. I will never order from here again.

Ordered a couple last minute parts before our annual desert trip. Luckily Travis in customer service/sales was able to pull my package off the truck last minute to correct a shipping address error I had made! So grateful for these guys and gals help. Looking forward to sprucing up the 4x4 before our trip for the holiday

Placed an order on 8/19. It's now 10/7 and I still don't have everything. Constantly had to contact Wheelers to find out what's going on. First they didn't have parts that showed in stock so I went with a different brand. Weeks later I contact them again and it's clear they forgot to ship my parts. Parts finally arrive 9/29 and I'm missing a complete front coil/strut assembly and they still haven't got that out to me. First and last order for me.

These guys are awesome!!! I probably changed my order twice and they all ways helped me out. Super awesome staff and full of knowledge.I can t say enough about my experience with them. Just perfect, every company should operate like wheelers off road!

BUY ELSEWHERE! Worst customer service in the industry! Arthur Ashley sold me the wrong parts, the wrong parts were installed on my truck and unsafe to drive! Josh Glidewell (supervisor) refused to correct my issue and blamed the issue on me, said it was my fault! They turned a one day job into a two week ordeal. These guys are a joke and I reported them to the BBB

Came through Grands Pass and swung by Wheeler s Off-Road. I ended up buying shocks and coils for my 02 Tacoma. Steve and Travis were a wealth of knowledge. It was great having their expertise and even experience from owning the same model truck from years past. I came in wanting one setup after doing some research on the forums and they were able to walk me through the pros and cons of what I wanted and steered me to the correct setup. They gave me the confidence in the setup I will be putting in the near future and future plans for my vehicle. Their pricing was also quite competitive and I felt like I got big box retailer pricing with small business service. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Wish I lived closer to frequent more often.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would have. Customer support is terrible. I ordered a set of bilstein 5100 shocks, they arrived in damaged packaging and one shock was bent. I was told that they would send me a new set but that they would only cover standard shipping, being in South Carolina this would at least a week and a half. If I wanted over night shipping I would have to pay for it and if I wanted a refund I would have to pay to ship them back and wait until their arrival for the money to be refunded.

BEWARE!! Wheelers has been bought by a larger company and they are completely disorganized. They have a warehouse in California and the customer service office in Oregon. The people in the office have no idea what goes on in the warehouse. After being lied to multiple times by customer service on the phone about them not having parts in stock to parts coming in the next day and stuff shipping out it took 4 weeks for them just to ship my order. The manager himself even admitted to me he had no idea what was going on in their own warehouse. Spend your money at a company that actually cares about its customers. Not some big company that only cares about its bottom line.

Travis and Matt were prompt and friendly when answering my calls about different lifts and specs. They even helped me select an OME (Old Man Emu) for my 1st gen Tacoma that will work specifically for my truck. When I called to check on shipping they were able to get it moving faster than I expected and called me back within an hour with updated tracking. These guys rock!

Word of caution to people buying from this place. Be absolutely, 100% sure you won't have to return anything. I bought their 3L AAL and decided I wanted to get Dakars. Some things came up financially so I just wanted to do the return for now. I completely take blame and knew their policies. However I just want to remind people that this company DOES NOT offer free shipping, and when they tell you they are giving you a shipping discount, its in fact a discount on the price of the product. So here is what happened to me:3L AAL - $159With Shipping "discount" to my door: $192Cost to return back: $37Total cost from me: $229total refund back to me: $127Why the $127? Because they claimed to have only discounted the actual item when they told me they were discounting shipping originally. I should have gotten at least $159 back. Plus, even if this was the case that would mean it costs them $60 bucks to ship but somehow it only cost me $37 to ship back to them insured? These guys are shady and will never be getting my business again. I ended up losing $102. Could have easily sold this on here locally and eaten a lot less.I'm not going to bad mouth anyone as this is all partly my fault. However, be SURE you won't have to return anything unless you want to eat about half of the cost which makes it not worth it. Plus, you can get free shipping from other places like Headstrong so not sure why you'd bother with these guys anyways for larger items.Unfortunately companies like these will learn the hard way when enough customers complain and realize they can get stuff from Amazon or HS with free shipping and in some cases offer much cheaper, fair returns.

Ordered a set of wheels and lugs based on pricing and reviews.received an order acknowledgement receipt with the amount stated in the shopping cart, received tracking and received product quickly... Then I get the actual bill that included shipping and "handling" charges of $115. making the overall purchase more expensive than many other retailers. There was no disclosure that the additional fees would be added. I understand a shipping charge but $115 is way over the shipping ground of 4 wheels and way over what others charge for shipping wheels. Buyers should call for shipping and "handling" charges prior to ordering. Other than that the shipping charges and the ignoring of my complaint on the shipping charge, the product was fine and delivered quickly.

Travis was awesome! Made sure I got the correct parts I needed.Unlike Toytec. I ordered a complete OME lift kit for a 97 Tacoma from Toytec and they sent 98 rear springs and then said it was my fault after I called to verify. Said I would have to purchase the correct ones and could send the wrong ones back with a restocking fee. Big mistake on my part!ORDER FROM WHEELER'S WITH CONFIDENCE WITH YOUNG MEN LIKE TRAVIS WORKING FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!

I just ordered up some parts for my Tacoma, and I'll say I must have been a pain in the ass to deal with over emails. I kept emailing back and forth and getting very quick knowledgable responses, after a couple days of emailing I pulled the trigger. Now it's just a waiting game to receive everything and then the fun of installing and wheeling. I will do business with Wheelers again no doubt.

Ordered two Old Man Emu struts for my Tacoma. One came in an older version box and the part inside had some rust. Definitely sold me an old shelved product. Obviously the packer there did not care. The only reason they earn two stars is because they came quick (Fresno to SoCal) and no sales tax. Buy direct from the manufacturer guys...
