They seem to run a tight ship for a having a bunch kids that look no older than 23. That's meant as a compliment. Very friendly, quick, and competent. Clean place and stylishly dressed employees. Keep up the good work boys.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING******* prices are good, there techs are FABULOUS and very knowledgable, do yourself and your rig a favor, don't take them anywhere else, they really care. And they laugh at my bad jokes

Wonderful team that goes above and beyond! When they replaced the windshield wipers, they took the time to scrape the pine sap off the windshield and told me how to get the rest of the sap off my car (peanut oil!). Thanks guys!

All the guys here are nice, knowledgeable and friendly, I've been coming here for many years and have yet to have anything other than a great experience. On my most recent visit they went above and beyond by rectifying the problem with a water leak to the front passenger floor when it rains, all I did was mention it, and they saw to it. Couldn't ask for any better service. I'm a customer for life.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. Staff was very friendly and professional. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are all up to date with your vehicle maintenance. By far one of the best shop I ve been to and I will continue coming. I appreciate the whole team going out of their way for me. Thank you Kenneth!! You are the best!

The guys are fun. I'm terrible with names but one knows how to reset the oil light on every vehicle I bring in (work vehicles). Always a quick visit. Thanks guys.

At my request Cody the Manager went out of his way to come out to my motorcoach parked away from the drive thru & check my oil in my big Rig motorcoach. I always use Valvoline whenever I get my oil changed in WA...but was traveling thru Grants Pass from WA & just needed a quick look at my oil level. Cody gave it a thumbs up & also advised me that my coolant reservoir cap needed tightening. I can always expect top notch service whenever I need it at Valvoline.

The staff is friendly and the service is quick, but they didn't do what I asked for. I requested a full service and they just changed the oil and filter and sent me on my way. I will be more specific next time, for sure. I'll chalk it up to my poor communication this time.

I used to work at one of these. I expect the same service as the one I use to work at. The people are friendly, but the service was not the same. I had to ask for things to be done like checking tire pressure. I also asked to replace my oil drain plug because well, I use to work at one of these. They did not replace my drain plug.

This is the only place I will get my oil changed.Today I went in to have my break light replaced and the cost was much lower than any place I've been in the past.The group of men they have there are in a word, AWESOME!Keep up the outstanding customer service Team - V

The attitude of the team members here is really terrific. After feeling a little unsure of the work performed by a different lube place I pulled in here to Valvoline and they still did a quick check and top-off of fluids - at no charge! The team members assisting me only requested that I consider coming to Valvoline for my next oil change. I definitely will. Thank you Grants Pass Valvoline!* Edit 07/2023: Since the first review we have used Valvoline for all of our vehicles oil changes, check-ups and occasionally the transmission service. This location continues to provide top-notch service with speed and a friendly smile.*Edit 02/20/2024. Just had our vehicle's oil changed and fluids checked, topped off and ready to go...in like 8 minutes! We were headed home after a long road trip and the oil light came on. We stopped in and they checked out everything. Gave us a free top off. They were absolutely amazing. Didn t try to up charge services we didn t need. They were super knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much!

This place has the best service in the area. High quality service, friendly and very helpful. The wait is never long and if it is they will move you over to the next bay. They always offer water and greet you with a smile. All work is explained as they go and never pressure you to do more than you need. I always feel respected by each and every service person here. These guys ROCK! I know there are cheaper places, but I will not be going there. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is fast, efficient and thorough. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am a super loyal customer.

These guys changed my oil and lubed the front end of my Tahoe yesterday.. great experience. If you want to find a new place to have your oil changed and your vehicle serviced I recommend these guys.. knowledge in Their jobs and great customer service.. I recommend them to anyone.. thanks guys..

Went on a Saturday a week ago, And nice enough group of young guys, very quick, was in and out in 10min, however I think they were distracted a little bit, as they didn t tighten the oil filter on my wife s car all the way, next morning I went outside and noticed a little pool of oil under her car, popped the hood and could instantly see the oil was coming from the filter, reached down (luckily it s easy to access on her car) and was able to turn by hand approximately 4 complete rotations, until I would consider it hand tight Service: Oil change

This place gets 10 stars from me. I took my wife's car in when our normal place was busy and they were spectacular. I brought my truck in today and it was even better than before. These guys are courteous, professional, fast, and the prices aren't half bad either. I highly recommend them. Chase was great to work with both times as well.

I searched the area for best oil change service and Valvoline came up, and now I can see why, very friendly and helpful and professional, these people rock.This is where you want to get your oil changed.Excellent 5 star service.Service: Oil change

Quick service, super friendly employees, good prices ! We were just passing through the town traveling with our rv hooked and desperately needed a transmission flush and oil change they were super accommodating and had us in and out in less than 30 mins. The staff all seem to work really great as a team.

No pressure approach, if they see a problem they let you know, if not they just perform the oil change.It's a refreshing change from the other oil change places in town.
