Have had a few vehicles repaired at Valle's from smaller fixes to an almost totaled truck. Every repair is great, Scott, owner, is ALWAYS fair on pricing. Not out to rob you or your insurance. Amazing repairs, always at reasonable price. No need to ever go anywhere else.

Scott and Charles are top-notch craftsmen, Scott, the owner, actually works in the shop, not just rides the desk, and my 1st Gen. Tacoma has a "better than original" paint job after a "deer vs truck" accident caused a great deal of damage. I took my van to Scott Valle after a friend recommended him. I'm super pleased with his work, it is top notch! Working with him was easy, and my van bumper looks as good as new.

So grateful a friend recommended this shop to me! Took my car to Valle's shop after an accident and found the owner, Scott, to be super helpful, honest, and very professional. He was honest with me regarding the costs to repair my car... and with my car being an older vehicle with high miles, he also helped me figure out what the estimate was for the minimum work that could be done to make my car safe to drive. Thanks Valle!!! Grateful folks like you are around the neighborhood

They are fantastic. First quality work, and my husband's a perfectionist! They worked with us a lot on price and with our insurance company. Scott made it affordable so we could get the entire car fixed up like new!!Very flexible to my needs, professional and kind.

Great place to do business with that was recommended by my dad. My front bumper got hit, and they fixed it fast. Very nice people who made the process easy. They also fixed my headlights that had been foggy ever since I got my car years back. Lights look brand new and are bright now. Will be doing business with them in the future if I ever need work done on my car. Great place that I will definitely recommend. Very happy :) A+++

Man this is a tough one, Scott was very friendly and did the work at what seemed reasonable. Apparently, my old truck was not worth the time because when I got it back the hood and valence were not in place so I could drive it to the glass shop. Then all my trim was lost and they could not install the window seal ... so back to the body shop and they installed what seals they could find, the valence and the hood ... which required a trip back to the glass shop, where they apparently bent the hood lip .. so back to the body shop to get that looked at, the door trim installed that was forgotten and have the door set better since there is a gap over 1/2" greater than the other side ... Scott got upset when he thought i was accusing him of bending the hood ... and just walked away without at least fixing the door he messed up. So while the fix he did (replaced a door/window pillar) was done well, the other "clean up" work was not done and he became rude when he thought I accused him of doing something I never did and would not repair something HE did not finish right. Because of this he lost me as a return customer, need to get the same truck painted ... was very happy with the work done at Roe Motors body shop on another project.

Valle's Auto Body is AMAZING. We researched places and asked around before choosing a shop and I'm so thankful we ended up at Valle's. Not only is it family owned and operated which we like, but their team is truly awesome with great customer service. And they are fast! They really helped us out and we are so happy with the job they did. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it.

Scott at Valle Auto is the best to work with. Handled everything promptly and dealt with my insurance company directly. Went over and above repairing my vehicle. Easy to work with and friendly. I recommend Valle Auto for your repairs. I will always use Valle.

Had my tail light and a small but deep dent replaced and you can still feel the curve of the dent on the edge and whoever replaced my light scratched up my bottom bumper pretty good and tried to paint over it to cover it up. Luckily I noticed and instead of paying 500 I paid 350. Also my reverse light didn t work. Stupid little extra stuff that I shouldn t have to worry about. Will not be going back

Last summer I hit a rather large piece of tire that was lying in the middle of the freeway, near Salem. Took out my left front bumper and fog lights. Scott and his team repaired the bumber, painted, and replaced the lights for under $500.00. Flawless work. Took only a few days. Will recommend Scott to everyone.

We've been in twice for 2 cars.Scott the owner is one of the nicest and most honest body shop owners we've ever met from boston to seattle and inbetween he is one of the best shops in the country. Oh did i mention the work done was A+!As long as i live in the area i'd never go anywhere else.

Valle Auto Body is definitely a place I will always take my vehicles. The owner is very friendly and gets right to work when its needed and he knows what he's doing.

I called in to try and reach Scott the woman that answered the phone was very short, hateful and discontented. If you don't like your job and can't deal with people in a respectful manner maybe you shouldn't be answering the phone? Would not recommend any one go here, if you're like that on the phone I can't imagine your customer service would be any better.

What started out to be a nice experience turned into a badd experience with Scott catching attitude , in front of my friend, who witnessed the attitude, Over a windshield that needed to be replaced due to poor installation, we had to tape down the rubber, went up immediately to see Scott, said yes it needed replacement, then 3 weeks later I finally called and ask why a part for my truck was paid 2 weeks earlier, but not replaced, and what was up with the windshield, finally got it replaced, but they failed to remove the tape, left on to long, now comes the attitude, then to top it of, there was a rock chip in the windshield they just replaced, used windshield, thanks to the polite staff, but bad attitude from Scott

Friend of mine went there to get handle the handle fixed on his car when they called said it was ready not only would the door not work the window wouldnt go down and they chipped the liner where they got in to fix handle but owner very rude to my friend.And when he went back to see what he was going to do about it he said get out of here or I will call the police its 5 and I'm closing.my friend is a very sweet gentle man that has had a resturant for 7 years and very love.I think the owner needs a attitude adjustment he is really stuck on stupid.The friend paid cash but believe me it wont end here he will go to small claims obviously he needs more then his door fixed now.My friend is oriental .so this jerk must be judgmental
