In response to this response: "I want to reply by saying I have no record of this person ever having had a vehicle in my shop. I would happily talk to them about there issue and try to resolve why they they feel like they need to leave this review."I took my Acura here a couple of years ago after the water pump went out. The owners son told me they had the tools and expertise for the job, however, when I got my car back it was idling very rough. I took it back and they said they would try again. I then get a call saying that the car will not idle, they have no idea why, and that it could be my transmission and recommend buying a new car. With that info, I took it to Butler Acura and was told by the lead service mechanic that not only did they not put on my timing belt correctly, but they put J.B. weld on a bolt that they replaced to keep it in place. The lead mechanic stated that it would be hazardous to drive with the work they did to it. Very unnerving considering this is my family vehicle. I asked for my money back and was denied. It took me filing court paperwork to receive a refund. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

We thought these guys were going to save us when our car broke down out of town. In actuality, they rushed a diagnostic which was either incorrect or they made a mistake with the repair. We stayed at a hotel in the area until morning thinking they would help us out, they did not. They did not offer anything to help, but they did take a few to look at it. They essentially suggested we drive easy on it all the way back to Bandon. We understand car shops cannot predict everything, but another mechanic told us it's the same cylinder they supposedly had fixed for us and now we have to pay for the same thing again. First brought my older vehicle to the shop in '20 for an oil change and was very impressed with the owners Shawn and Rick. These guys are genuine gear heads that run a clean outfit. I've had many repairs done and have been nothing but satisfied with the quality of work. I trust their expertise and knowledge to keep me safely on the road. I took my truck here a few times. The owner and his dad are very polite which is why I kept coming back. I took my truck to get my serpentine belts replaced after taking it home I noticed everytime I started the truck it made a screeching noise. I took it back in for them to fix it because I suspected the belt was put on loosely. Instead of tightening it they quoted me a few hundred dollars to fix a pulley. I took it to big foot auto in cave junction for a second opinion and they told me it was definitely a loose belt and charged me 20 to tighten it and I never had the screechy noise again. I m writing this review about a month later. I don t know if they didn t take me serious because I was a women or what it may have been but thought I d share my experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was just passing through town and started having car troubles. I called about 15 different places in town, explaining my situation, and they were all booked for months out. When I called Streamline and explained my plight, they agreed to see me right away. Fortunately, it was an easy fix, and they got me back on the road in a couple hours. Streamline totally saved my day! Very friendly service, honest work and fair pricing.

Just want to thank Streamline for saving our vacation. We had our AC compressor go out over Grants Pass. It was very hot out and it was day one of our 2 week road trip. Other shops in town wouldn t even look at our car. Streamline graciously took us in although they were about to close. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and found us a hotel and drove us there. They worked on our car first thing even though they were very busy and got us back on the road by noon! Really messed up my mother in law. She has gone to them several times and he took advantage of her because she s older. I am very sad. She spent over a thousand dollars with him and he continued to take. I m very sad for her looking for a new mechanic for her. So sad people do this. Don t do it!!!! Please find someone else.

$1200 to redo my braking system, come to find out they didn't do anything to my front brakes, just the back ones. My ebrake worked when I brought it in and didn't work after since they didn't adjust the brake shoes. I drive a manual so ebrakes are kinda important for parking. He said it was just the cable which is a $20 part retail, I don't understand why the wasn't also replaced. I don't recommend these guys.

Allow me to tell you a story. My family and I were heading back home to Washington, from California, because we went to my mom's funeral. We were having car trouble, all the lights on our dashboard were turning on. After a white knuckle drive through the mountains, we made it to Grant's Pass. Went to Walmart, they checked the alternator, and it was bad, as I had suspected. This was Thursday night. Nowhere was open that late for repairs. The next morning I called around and everywhere was very busy and couldn't fit us in until Monday. One place recommended calling Streamline. The guys at Streamline are the absolute best! They were able to get us in, replace the alternator at a VERY reasonable price, and got us on our way home in no time flat. I cannot thank them enough. They are men above men. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. They are our heros!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Rich and the other guys are great! I went in to get a starter on my 2007 Honda Accord replaced and at the end of it being fixed, they found out my car needed a boot replaced because, it had cracks and my car wasn t running properly. They did everything possible to fix it temporarily because, they probably couldn t get the part in until Monday but, it didn t work. So rich called around and found a part. They went above and beyond. Never felt like they took advantage of me and over priced me. I would definitely recommend this place to get your car fixed. Especially, if you are a female looking to get your car fixed.

Some of the worst mig welding i have ever seen. It leaks under the vehicle witch can result in rust. It looks like he handed an 8 year old a mig torch and said "here buddy go for it". It looks like the wire feed was all the way up with temp all the way down and no sheilding gas. Would not recommend or return.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

We broke down at 8pm. Stranded out of town. We had our car towed there first thing in the morning and they jumped right on it. And fixed it same day for a very reasonable price. Turns out owner likes to just Google how to do things or send it to the next shop so as to not be their problem. Only 1 former employee seemed to have passion and actually care about the quality of the service to assure the job gets done correctly. Wouldnt recommend. Also, owner was not very friendly. Really needs to work on customer service.
