I have been going to this shop for years. Their work is fast and reliable. They have gone out of their way many times to fit me in their schedule. There is NEVER any surprise fees or charges, the communication is top-tier. They have always treated me with respect and I am met with a smiling face (Dakota). Dan, Jeremy, and Donna- thank you for everything over the years. I rented my first u-haul from Donna when I was 19. (Thank God she told me about the adapter I needed, lol) I highly recommend this business!

Went to them when I first got my runner 5 years back they were great back then. However these last 2 years they have been sheisty to say the least. They refused to listen to the issues I was experiencing nor did they even check what I told them my suspicion was. They did not take me seriously and assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. Last year I went to them back to back 6 different times for the same exact issue and it was still not resolved thousands of dollars later. They charged me for each visit to do the exact same thing multiple times including unneccessary spendy work with the occasional valid work. After the 6th attempt I went to another mechanic shop who had informed me Southern Oregon Tire is known for ripping women off specifically. They listened to my concerns and actually cared to resolve my issue. Found some things southern oregon tire did incorrectly as well and have a strong suspicion they intently did this to keep me coming back. My fault for continuing to trust them though. Had Southern Oregon tire just listened to me and checked what I told them I thought it was, my issue would have been resolved without the 5 extra visits as it was at my new mechanics shop. If you are a single woman and don't have a man to take with you, I highly advise to steer clear.

By far the best place in Southern Oregon to buy tires....Dan works hard in order to make sure each and every customer is satisfied...not to mention the fact that Southern Oregon tire tries extremely hard to get you the lowest price for tires in the Valley

The aftermarket rims on my 2002 f350 would vibrate at highway speeds and were not the recommended hub centric rims that ford uses. I brought in some stock ford rims and they mounted my existing tires on them. I am very happy with the work they did. The ride is much smoother and I feel safer with my camper on the truck while pulling a horse trailer.

I found this gem of place when I needed to have my brakes replaced. They quoted me a great reasonable price and replaced my front rotors and told me that my rear rotors were fine. Very honest, great rates and had my car done super fast! Highly recommend!

High-quality work, great prices, and wonderful service. Every time my truck has an issue, I take it here, and they go above and beyond. Their attention to detail and high standard of work quality is always appreciated. The only mechanics in Southern Oregon I trust my truck with!

Amazing service! After getting waited over 300 for two trailer tires at another local "chain" I called and they got me the tires for over 200 less. Next day got the tires on and away we went! Thank you so much!

I bought Bilstein 5100 shocks for my Tacoma they set front struts to 2 in in the front leveled truck nice allined well drives straight no more turn on my stearing wheel from last poor alignment I highly recommend southern Oregon tire and 4x4

Very quick and efficient. Every time I've brought it in they have fixed it in like an hour or two which is crazy. Also I basically accused them of screwing with my truck (I've had shops mess with me pretty bad) when it was actually just my battery giving out and they were still nice to me which I appreciated.Only downside is I had to call back a few times to ask if they could do a transfer case for my pickup and never ended up with a reply, but it is an older truck and probably hard to locate that part.

Absolutely fabulous! I had visited 3 other tire service centers, with what seemed like good service, but left with mismatched or bad tires. They were friendly, informative and had me out in less than 1 hour! I will definitely return!

These guys are awesome. I've used them several times now, and they always can get me what I need, in a timely fashion, without costing me an arm and a leg. Just this morning I had a blowout on my way home from dropping the kiddo at school. Limped over to the shop, I was in and out in 20 minutes, and I only paid $30 total for a used tire change out. Incredible! always recommended

Top notch personal, only wish I would of found out about them before I got rob at Les Schwab..but a person who been buying tires from a company for 50 + years can't complain about the past...They we're the best in 70&80s

4 stars literally means "liked it". But they got me in on no notice and got my tires swapped, and I've literally never had a bad tech there. So that's lovable. Thanks guys!

Had a nail in my rental car tire and these guys handled it fast and affordably. Wish my local tire shop was as good as these guys. Thanks for getting me back on the road

Even with power outages and below freezing weather these guys get the job done.I can trust my Jeep will be worked on by someone who knows what they are doing and that I'm not getting ripped off with dealer-high markups.Because of Dan's quality work and fair pricing I don't even ask for a quote on some projects. If I need it they will get it done and I won't be given a heart attack when I pick up the Jeep afterwards; I can't say that about many places these days.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Dan and his crew for years and can say five stars does not serve them justice a 10 star rating would be more like it. I have and will continue to highly reccomend them.

Dan and Jeremy are THE GUYS to go to for all your tire and off-roading needs. I've got several sets of tires from these guys and referred many people to them and they don't disappoint. They also have some of the best prices in town! If you're looking to get a great price on tires without all the BS the other guys use to inflate their prices, I'd definitely recommend a visit to Southern Oregon Tire!

Needing tires, brakes and rotors as well as being new to the area I wasn't too sure where to go until someone recommended Southern Oregon Tire & 4x4. When I called Madeline answered the phone and was not only really delightful, but very knowledgeable. She gave different recommendations regarding the tires performance, prices and was an over-all joy to work with. So much so, that she gained my business. The job was done on time and I couldn't be happier with my decision to do business there.

Great service. Helped diagnose my problem and get me on my way in less time than they estimated and for a few bucks cheaper too. I thought I just needed a tire balanced but it ended up being a bad bearing. Rather than balancing the tire and charging me for that, they realized it wasn't a problem with tire before doing work that didn't need to be done. I would come here again.

I live in New Mexico and still do business with them because they are the best at what they do in car repair and tire business. I order tires and parts through them and have them dropped shipped from them without any problems associated with long distance inter-state. Trust and dependability are very important assets this business has along with the knowledge, skill level, and service; all of these foregoing are of the highest level and is exactly why I do business with them from New Mexico.

Dan and Matt helped us. Wow is all I can say. These guys were truly a blessing. My friend just got back from iraq and instead of taking advantage of the money he had From deployment. He gave us about $300 in services, for 1/4 of that. I was amazed at fast Matt worked. And can't say enough of good things about Dan. He is the man. Super chillAnd just an absolutely great guy. And honestly. I will tell everyone!!!!!!!!!They

I was amazed. My Volvo dealer deserted me, and I had the air conditioning in the XC90 cutting out. Looking around Grant's Pass for a place that would not rip me off for having a Volvo did not look good. Southern Oregon Tire not only did the work when I needed the repair, but got the parts much more quickly than dealers have in the past. This shop will help you maintain all aspects of your vehicle.
