I had a wonderful experience with David Grey and Dylan Clemens who sold me my new to me 2021 Toyota Highlander. They made sure the process was smooth and that my partner and I understood everything. They even set me up with a local company to fix a small chip in the windshield, free of charge. They were both very personable, and very nice to talk to/do business with. For my first ever dealership experience, this was a very good one. I m glad I chose to go to Grants Pass Toyota after searching the valley high and low for the vehicle I needed. If I ever need another vehicle, I know where to go again!

Carley and Zach are the best team at Toyota in grants pass. Carley was able to help us before we even walked in the door. The process was easy and Zach made it understandable and listened. Great job!!!

I highly recommend coming here to anyone who's looking for a vehicle! The salesmen were all amazing. Armando and Justin helped me immensely! Without them I wouldn't have gotten my first car today!!!

Absolute noobs working here. Purchased the service plan and while rotating tires they cross threaded the lugs on my wife s car. Had to come back and waste a day at the service dept while they replace the lugs and studs. Came back for the next service and the very next day had to go back because they didn t fasten the skid plate correctly and it was literally coming off the car! Having to wait who knows how long this time for them to order the screws to correctly secure the skid plate to the car. In all fairness, they are kind and courteous, I think they need to have more oversight and accountability for what their employees are or rather aren t doing.

Carly Walker was very helpful. She took me on 3 test drives and was not pushing on a sale. BUT I bought a car with her help. A Toyota Venza.with all the bells and whistles. I recommend her very Highly.

David and Mike are absolutely fabulous! They made it a very pleasant experience. They were patient and answered all my questions even when I asked him for about the seventh time.They were very sincere and the best customer service I've ever experienced and this is probably my seventh or eighth car in my lifetime and these guys are fabulous. I highly recommend them and hopefully you share this with everybody you know.

We loved the fact that they were up front and forward about the price of the truck we were interested in purchasing. They were very fare with the trade in value of our other truck. Diego Nilsen was very polite and respectful towards us. He didn't try to hound us or upsale us at all and we were very pleased with all of the experience we had. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

Chris is a really good guy first of all. Checked in multiple times with me and made sure I was doing good even outside of the car deal. Helped me get the car I wanted and even stayed late the day of purchase. Would recommend.

We knew what we wanted before we came in today . Jaymen did a great job of making sure we were sure and then was very helpful setting up all the procedures to get us in the car and making sure we were comfortable while we waited. We went in to look for a vehicle today and we loved working with Chris Ingledue. He listened to what we wanted and we test drove a RAV4 and really liked it. We didn t feel pressured or rushed at all. Definitely see Chris if you go in!

Malfunction of electronic control message take to dealer to be inspected message received. Found that a rat had made a quick nest and chewed some wires. Of course not covered because it wasn't a mechanical failure, they got it right in and fixed in an hour and didn't cost but $210! They said before they even took it in that this happens more often than you'd think and they'd keep the cost down, which they did! Great service and folks, highly recommend! Side note: sprinkle black pepper around ro scare and actually kill rats, but not harmful to pets!

I cannot say enough good things about Nate Pagels at Grants Pass Toyota. Actually grants Pass Toyota in general, but Nate really stood out. He really cares about helping people and getting a solution for their problems. I want him to know That I truly appreciate his help. Oil change 20 dollars more than competition,price not posted anywhere. Seemed like the manager is not current on latest drain plugs. Said he never seen one like mine. found it in 10 seconds on Amazondisappointed and will not return
