I had RPM Diesel inspect my 2001 Duramax recently, the truck is a bit of a basket case to say the least. I have owned the truck for over 10 years, driving it all that time with known issues. I have had shops attempt to repair these issues, and after paying a fair amount of money, the outcome was not satisfactory. After my previous experiences, I like to have inspections done prior to paying for a major service bill. I have full confidence in RPM completing the task of any project, with no concern paying for mis diagnosed issues.RPM will service just about anything, Jeep, Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, I wouldn't hesitate to bring an LS project in, I know they have done LS swap Jeeps.

Lost power pulling out 5th wheel driving through OR. Called RPM and they were able to diagnose and fix within an hour. Tree and staff were great. Showed us everything and explained everything. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly. Highly recommend.

Tree and Nate are absolutely the best!!!!My 5.9 Cummins was having fuel issues. Before it was finally fixed they definitely showed their integrity and came through on their promise to get it going again. The situation provided some surprises along the way. Through it all they treated me extremely well and I am 100% satisfied with every step of the process and am once again enjoying my pickup!!!!!! I would drive by every shop in the valley to get to RPM Diesel for any work I needed done!!!!

Usave put 6gal of gas in my cummins, sent it to rpm, claimed they drained and flushed it but after a week of hard starts, surging and stalling worried the lift pump or injection pump was out I drained it and dropped the tank. It now runs great again, they just topped the tank and charged over 500 dollars Tree claimed yo have even done a fuel analysis when I called, very shady place, ask around before you trust them with your truck.

I'm an out of towner and they got me in to fix my F-250 diesel right away. They were friendly and did a really good job of fixing my truck.

These guys are top notch. When they say they will do something in a certain amount of time, they get the job done and are true to their word. Two years after having some work done on my truck and they are communicating with my mechanic states away to assist with any issues. Great work, great mechanics and trustworthy. Couldn t ask for anything more. RPM is my go to shop for anything related to my 6.7 Ram. Thanks guys!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

My truck broke down on the first day of a road trip with my three kids and wife. They were able to fit us in, diagnose the issue and fix it the same day. RPM was recommended to us by another repair shop that specialized in RV suspension systems, Henderson Line Up. I was a little disappointing at first but after having RPM do a whole series of needed repair on our Vintage Discovery diesel pusher MH, I'm delighted that we found them. In a time when most if not all cars, trucks and RV's are completely computer controlled finding a shop that can diagnose and repair a 20 year old RV is like finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. The list of repairs we had them do is long and wasn't cheap. But if you own a Motor-home you better be prepared to spend some money if you can't do the work yourself. I'm a decent mechanic but know my limits. I spent my career as a Project Manager and Superintendent on large commercial construction projects and in that position you learn to separate those that know their craft from those that are faking it very quickly. This shop has a whole cast of terrific mechanics but the jewel in the crown at RPM is Tree Simonson the Shop Manager. His ability to trouble shoot electrical signal problems is as good as anyone I've run into in my 45 years in mechanical electrical controls.Not only did Tree and his gang, Ben and Matt, the two mechanics who affected our repairs perform the standard repairs but dove deep into some wiring issues, custom fabricated and adapting a new exhaust brake since the OEM part was no longer available anywhere. The braking on is terrific now. Good work isn't cheap but usually cheap work isn't good. I've learned it doesn't pay in the long run to have work done by cut rate or marginal tradesmen. So I can say with real enthusiasm, what every your problems are with whatever you vehicle, HD pickup, Motorhome, OTR tractor, earth movers, crawlers, stationaly power plants or HD diesel generators, if you have a machine that needs repairs go talk to Tree at RPM. I can tell you this these guys will be taking care of any future repairs I need on my Motorhome, period. And you can take that to the Bank!

They couldn't fix my truck and refused to warranty the parts they put in it! Blamed it on the truck lol,paid me back half the money I gave them and gave me back a broken truck,I took the truck in with a loose clutch pedal and they replaced the slave cylinder!three months later and four brake downs they said it was the truck and refused to fix it and said they had been jimmy rigging it every time instead of just putting a new part in it,my real mechanic didn't seem to have these complications!these guy laft at me on the phone because I was upset because the wouldn't fix it,I been here 42 years and this is bad business and I don't think these guys should be in grants Pass!maybe Portland would be a better fit!!!Service: Transmission

RPM Diesel has worked on our motorhome, and two diesel pickups. They are not cheap but they are very very good at what they do and the job is done right the first time. They are a busy shop but they got me and out quickly. Tree is very knowledgeable and knew what my problem was before I was finished telling him. He grabbed a flashlight and looked at the truck and said I had a coolant leak at the turbo. He gave me an estimate and when the job was done it was 300 bucks less than his estimate. All my diesel work will go to RPM Diesel because they have earned my trust and friendship. Thank you RPM, you are the best!Service: Exhaust

Motorhome broke down 30 miles out of town. Owner made service call out to us and offered shop for immediate service. All employees were friendly knowledgeable and very professional. Got our fuel pump replaced and also charged our cab a/c while we were there. Excellent job and we plan to stay in town for awhile

The guys At RPM took in our truck when we broke down on the freeway near them on our way through to Florida. They squeezed us in and got us back on the road in record time. They were thorough and made sure we wouldn t miss anything so we could get across the country safely. Highly recommend their services.

Nate, Tree, and their crew of mechanics are the most competent and honest diesel mechanics in the valley in my opinion. I bought a 2010 Cummins from Lithia and it had nearly every problem that you could imagine with it. I took it in to several other mechanics only to get put back on the road with all of the same issues. I only had to explain verbally what was going on with the truck and Tree was able to diagnose my problems. I run my truck a lot harder than the average guy and they have me hauling and towing up and down unpaved mountain roads with confidence. I have the ultimate work horse now.

My 7.3 Ford developed at large fuel leak at 'O-dark thirty' on a Monday morning while on the I-5. I called them as soon as they opened and they immediately adjusted their existing appointments to get me in. They were great at accomodating my horses and getting me back on the road in about 2 hours. Their over all service & value was outstanding.

I blew my motor up, Because my Exhaust temperature Sensor, was Installed improperly in the wrong place !! $27000 later....2003 Ram 3500.00 4�4 diesel I did hop it up a little bit this time. Highly recommend going somewhere else folks?

I recently bought a used commercial type rig and needed a full service/inspection done, fixing a few leaks, plus it was having trouble accelerating (acting sluggish). Dropped it off with RPM and had it back in just a few days. They fixed all the leaks, solved the sluggishness, and charged me a fair price. They also were great at communicating progress over those few days. Shout out to Nate!

Long story short, they had an opportunity to make some quick cash off my back and they chose to do the right thing AND take a loss by referring me to honor my warranty completely and save me both parts AND labor.That makes me want to get on here and pass the good word out to potential customers and draw that business back in for RPM Diesel LLC. Thank you for exercising such integrity and squaring me away, Tree.

I was recently south bound on I-5, and after an overnight stop neat Grant's Pass, discovered a huge puddle of coolant under my F-350 6.0 diesel. The coolant looked as if it was leaking out from the joint between the head and engine block; very bad news with this engine. Did some calling around, and several shops were over a week out before they could even look at the problem.Had the truck towed to RPM. They called me a couple of hours later to come and get the truck, as it was done!These guys are a true testament to traditional, honest quality small business practices. They could have taken me down a very expensive repair path, but instead utilized analytics, pinpointed the problem, and got me on my way.What a pleasure to find a business like this! I whole heartedly recommend RPM Diesel.RTS

Well I have spent a few thousand dollars at this place getting my truck fixed and they did a good job fixing my truck but the lady that answers the phone is RUDE! And makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to her day. If I am an inconvenience don't answer the phone or change you job! And the other reason I am giving a poor review is because I took the truck in and they said for sure it was going to be a set price and then they went 400 over the set price! I'm sorry maybe I am old fashioned and I expect people to keep to there word! But, I paid it not as happy as I would of liked to of been since I was already paying over 3000.00 this was about a month ago. And it took them a week to fix it when they said it would be done in 3 days. And they make some excuse of why they couldn't get it done in time...but 4 extra days. Ridiculous!OK so the new thing is when you say you are Goin to call someone back call them back! And if you have my work truck and TELL ME IT WILL BE DONE that day! Then for heavens sake get it done that day! I can understand if you can't get it done on time then that is fine! But, at least call me and let me know so that way I don't have a friend take me to your shop to pick up my truck and find out then that it isn't done! Serious how hard is it to communicate the situation!

Great shop! They did a cp3, injectors and fast lift on my lbz. Just got back from a 2k mile haul and had zero issues. I highly recommend these guys and gals. I have found my diesel shop for life!

Nate was a life saver today. We are towing a trailer with our Duramax Diesel& stopped @ Valley of the Rogue park for lunch. The truck started & then died immediately. Randomly called this shop &Nate advised checking & bleeding the fuel filter I had changed recently. Worked like a charm! Thank you for your kindness & excellent advise.

Tree knows his stuff when it comes to my 2012 ram 3500 6.7 diesel . I had a complicated problem ,tree and his crew knew what to do . These people are true professionals.
