I am a PICKY-PICKY OCD s.o.b.!I too am a Mechanic who spent 7 years building my Barracuda and had Rogue Valley Muffler and Hitch do my TTi header back pipes.They did a GREAT job and then tolerated me and fixed TiNY imperfections I didn't "LIKE" ~ not because it was wrong.. but because I didn't like "The LOOKS". AND THEN gave me a lil' finical break on personal shop time too.These guys go above and beyond customer's "NEEDS" and meet satisfaction.I am surprised and VERY PLEASED at the lengths they went through, to see to my contentment with my CUSTOM exhaust. A-Body Exhaust is a P.I.T.A. too!

Highly recommended shop, over the top quality, and craftsmanship. Very fair prices. Building vehicles is a hobby, but exhaust is something I do not do. The truck is a high dollar build and they did a fantastic job.

This is the second time using this place. First time was good. Second time not so much. I do 95% of my own mechanical work, I had my first piston in my hand at 8. Starting a second business this month I had no time to do the work. I brought my work van in for a plugged cat. $720 took 2 hours only a $200 part. Thats not the problem! When I took it in there was NO exhaust leak. After replacing the cat there was a very loud exhaust leak. They told me to bring it in to look at. Then proceed to tell me it would cost $600 plus parts to fix the exhaust leak from the manifolds. I am extremely disappointed on their service and got my car back worse than when I dropped it off. I have replaced the manifolds in the past and can assure you there was no leak when dropped off. They tried and will in there follow up post that they told me about the exhaust leak. Which they did when after I paid! They did no diagnostic before they installed the exhaust other wise a good professional company would have notified me before the cat was installed! I will be contacting the BBB, DOJ, and State! It's not worth a lawyer unless more damage is done, but definitely need to advice the public on my now damaged car! I knew I should of taken it to Star Automotive! thanks Jessie. I had to work 5 days to pay for the cost of the cat and now another 5 days for you to break my car in 2 hours!

Great experience! Excellent pricing, fast and reliable service. This family business is doing everything right. Highly recommend and would most definitely return when I need a new hitch or muffler service. I am so pleased with my new hitch and wiring.

Purchased a hitch for my subaru for a bike rack and they did an outstanding job!!! The hitch was just a fraction of the cost of the dealer and installation was also 800 dollars less than dealers quote!I highly recommend this shop!!!!

Shop exceeded expectations. Mechanics were great guys and the gal in the office was super nice as well and very helpful. Affordable. I haven t left a shop in town this satisfied. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place!

Look no further in the greater Grants Pass area. Amazing service on a Friday afternoon. Passing thru town on I5 and had an issue with my 5th wheel hitch and plug. They got me in and on my way - above and beyond. Very professional and kind service. Thank you Jesse, Zachary and Elizabeth. You rock

I would trust anyone else to work on my exhaust. They are one of the best shops in town. They always get me in the same day to the next day. They are quick, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommend them!

This company and their staff was very helpful in advising me about the hitch I needed in order to use a bike rack. (My car is not suppose to tow). Communication was clear & concise. The job was done efficiently. Couldn't ask for more.

I made an appointment to get clamps installed on my exhaust and showed up a day early by mistake. They got me in anyway and were done super fast. Good prices and quality work. I highly recommend coming here for your muffler needs! Thanks Ken!

Have taken several of my classics here. These are the nicest people you can come across. Their work is exceptional, and you get value added return tapping into their deep experience when you have alternatives on your installation. I can't rave enough about these folks and am happy to continue bringing all my cars here!

The guys down there are great! There is a father and son team working there as well as 2-3 other guys. Very helpful and down to earth. The office lady is also very knowledgeable about exhaust systems. Will probably come back here again for my exhaust work.

Went in to discuss installation of a factory hitch receiver. The shop owner informed me that if I got the kit from ford, they would install it. Fast forward two weeks, got the kit. Went back in to the store. Told me they wouldn t do it. The person who talked to me originally wouldn t even come out and talk to me he had his wife do it. When asked why they decided not to honor their word she stated we didn t know we would have to remove the bed . In the original conversation we discussed removal of the bed. I was very confused because this shop had a good reputation. Oh well guess I ll look elsewhere.Edit 1: All those things you listed Jesse are irrelevant because you said you d do the job. Then after I bought the kit, changed your mind. Also, price wasn t a factor I d have happily have paid more to have the job don t by a good shop like yours.

I took my Subaru in to have the 2 mufflers replaced on 8/16 and they completed the job under an hour and it's so nice not to hear the mufflers vibrating any more. I have a seat bench for gardening that a part broke away from the solder and I asked staff if would it be possible to weld it back while I was there.They were so nice and said no problem and now I have a gardening bench back which makes all the difference for my mobility. My tailpipe disconnected from my muffler while I was traveling. Much to my relief, I called and explained the situation, and they said they would look at it immediately. Once I was there, it took little time to diagnose and fix the entire trouble as they had all the necessary parts in stock. I was amazed by the professionalism and speed of my entire transaction and would highly recommend this business.

First time going here and I will recommend this shop to everyone I can. I had a 3:00 appointment and it was kept and I was out in no time. I spoke with 3 people there and they were all very friendly and helpful. Their work came out perfect and price couldn't be beat. If you need exhaust or hitch work done, by all means, go here!

They wired our truck so we can pull the trailer with lights. We left it but we're called back within an hour as they were already done. Reasonable price too. Consider them for your work too.
