I made a call to Rogue Valley Mobility to inquire about a mobility scooter for my mom. Jared informed me that he could bring a selection of scooters to my mom's assisted living facility for her to try them out. And he was able to fit us in the same day! We really appreciated the convenience of that service. Mom chose the scooter that best fit her needs, after Jared kindly and patiently explained all the features of each one and allowed her the time to try them out. It was the most pleasant shopping experience for both of us. I would highly recommend Rogue Valley Mobility.

As I read the other reviews, there is little I can add. Jared is the best... today our savior! Nice as he can be and excellent at what he does. He even helped us get my dad back in his wheelchair from the floor!! A million thanks, Jared!

Jared is very professional and strives to give the best customer service he can. When I called him, he was able to come out to the house that same day. He fixed a lift chair for my mom and the price was more than fair.

Although he couldn't help me with putting a rear basket on my EV Auto fold scooter He came up with a solution to the problem If I ever need any thing do d on Mt scooter I will certainly take scooter to him Very knowledgeable and professional a x friendly
