I had a deer accident one morning on my way to work. Called my insurance and they suggested auto body shops near me. I m from out of state and had no idea where to take my car. I went with the nearest shop, Roe Motors and I am glad I did! They were very professional throughout the time my car was being fixed and the communication was great! They called me at least 3-4 times to give me updates on my car and the process with it. They also fixed my car in the time frame they gave me in the beginning, week and half. Once the car was fixed, they accommodated me with my schedule to pick up the car after hours because I was out of town at the time. They also answered any questions I had about the vehicle and went over what they did and fixed. Overall I had a good experience!

Excellent customer service. Auto Body Representative, Johnathan was very helpful, friendly and informative. Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Even right up to the cleaning and detailing of my car, it was outstanding.I would definitely take my car back and recommend ROE Auto Body to anybody who is looking for an outstanding job on their auto body repair.

So far so good. The manager Jonathan was very helpful, explaining how insurance works after an auto collision. He found things I didn t know to look for and was friendly and kind. Roe has been my go to for services and this reminds me why I choose this company for my car repair needs. I definitely recommend them.

I brought my 2022 GM 2500 Denali into Roe s body shop and we were told the work would take 5 to 6 day and they had it done in 4 days and the work done was outstanding and they even took it over and had my first service done. At the recommendation of my insurance broker, I went to Roe Motors for collision work to be done on my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport. Everyone I came into contact there, including the fabulous shuttle driver, was polite, kind and respectful. The repair work done was superb. Communication was top notch. Lisa----who we dealt with. She was super nice, polite, friendly. She kept us informed on what was going on with our vehicle.When we picked up our vehicle it was super clean, body work was correct and looked perfect. We are pleased with their service.

Due to Covid, it took extra time to receive the parts and have a healthy technician available . I understood it was a challenging time for them, but they kept me informed. The final work was good.
