A very personable and pleasant experience in buying a travel trailer. After a very short and unpleasant negotiating experience with a local Bay Area RV dealer I contacted River City concerning a very specific trailer that was available in their inventory. After a very short phone conversation with Matt, I was able to reach agreement for purchase, although River City RV is 370 miles away, in another state. My wife and I drove up on a Saturday, arriving at 2:30 PM and we departed within one hour with our trailer after completion of the required documents. The condition of the trailer was exactly as conveyed by Matt in our phone conversation. Matt took personal responsibility for the preparation of the trailer before our arrival and we accepted his guarantee after a very brief visual inspection. This trailer is now at my home and I couldn t be more pleased with the transaction.

In late December 2023 my wife and I purchased an large 5th wheel trailer, when I showed up to pick it up I had brought a goose box hitch that I was planning on installing so I could tow the trailer with my existing goose neck hitch, the team offered to put the goose box hitch on for me and did this quickly and at no charge. What took them about an hour would have taken me a few hours and it was greatly appreciated!!! We also had an excellent sales person that didn t play any games or do anything that wasn t very professional. Our overall experience was excellent and we would recommend them to our family and friends. Well be back!

Great dealer! I cane down to buy an travel trailer from them. This was a significant savings over my local dealer. Micky (my salesman) greeted me at the door. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got a great deal and they have a customer for life! Keep up the great work.

I would just like to say how professional and hands on you all were. Having no knowledge of RVs it was clear to me, you guided me through it without making me feel inept. First of all Kobe greeted me right away and let me discuss my issue, because believe me, I'm the type of person had I gotten any negative interaction I would've turned right around and left. Personality is a big thing with me. The rest of the group in the office was as welcoming as well. He, Kobe checked up on me during the process without annoying me, which is big. Mark who delivered the RV to its station, with I apologize I don't remember the other gentleman's name was wonderful too. Then there was Matt. This man is a gem. Polite, knowledgeable and patient. I could go on and on about him. You all are lucky to have him as an employee. He represents your business to the highest level. There wasn't one person that I interacted with that didn't treat me with the best of intentions and respect. Therefore, I would in a heartbeat return to you should I be looking for another RV. My referrals of your company have already started and I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to see You all first if they're considering buying an RV. Thank you again so much. Linda Rolf's

I was looking to purchase a travel trailer to ship back to Hawaii to live in.The folks at River City RV were super helpful. They allowed my parents and I space to look at their stock. While there, I never felt pressured to make a decision or coerced into looking at trailers outside my budget. They were knowledgeable and made the shopping experience fun.When it came time to purchase, the sales and finance teams bent over backwards to provide an amazing financing solution for me. Unfortunately the financing fell through because of the differences between how the bank and Hawaii DMV needed the title handled. This was NOT River City RV's fault. They worked tirelessly to find a solution to the problem. It just wasn't in the cards for me.Even though I was unable to purchase the trailer from them. I wanted to let anyone shopping for an RV know they should be your first stop. They are locally owned and family operated. Their staff is kind, considerate, and hospitable.River City RV really did show me Aloha. I have no doubts they will shower you with it as well.

We love are new 5th wheel trailer and River City RV. Are dealings with all who represent River City was nothing but positive. Are first minor repair (power cord reel)was taken care of quickly,service is what will keep me as a loyal customer and hope they never lose that.

From talking with Nick the salesman, to paying for our new Valor, to Matt working on it and showing Emery through it and the cleaning person doing an excellent job we are so happy with River City RV.Everyone did what ever they had to , to make sure our RV was ready to take delivery.Thank you River City RV , we would highly recommend you to everyone.

Micky and Gary were great to work with. When the trailer we ordered kept being delayed they found us a used one in the same floor plan that was like brand new . Everyone at River City RV has always been friendly and helpful. Thanks again guys!

River City had the travel trailer we wanted at a great price! We drove from Sacramento CA to Grant's Pass Oregon and it was worth the drive. Micky and Gary took great care making a long distance sale easy and seamless. Everyone there were amazing!

Great Place and Great experience! Love our new to us 5th wheel.. Salesman were very easy to deal with and very no pressure! Walk thru was very informative .. and hitch help and hookup help was much appreciated.. Highly recommend by my daughter after her purchase and will definitely recommend ! Thank you ..Kobe.. I don't have any pictures other than the numbers of the trailers we liked but have to say everyone here is so nice and helpful. Drive over from Medford to look at their stock and connected with Nick who was super helpful and knowledgeable and totally understood we are just beginning to try and find our retirement trailer. Can't wait to go back and see more to try and decide

What a great group of people!! We found the 5th wheel we wanted online and began the buying process through the online credit application and contact page. We were contacted by the sales department, Rick was and still is our contact!! We did everything for the most part over the phone and we were able to drop a deposit on our 5th wheel. We made the 4+ hour drive down on the day we were sched and met with the team! We arrived and 1st thing we got to do was finally see our 5th wheel. Matt one of the service guys was all ready in the rv and putting the final touches on getting it ready. We spend about 20 mins with him until finance was ready. Paperwork was as painless and easy as it could be and the finance guy was very informative and knowledgable. After finance Rick our sales guy walked us out and we began a walk through and lessons on all the new features of the trailer. The walk through was about 2 hours (we found a cpl minor things that Matt was on top of and had fixed.) After our walk through it was hook up time. We got all hooked up and matt stopped us right away because the hitch didn't have enough clearance. Matt was on it and went above and beyond. He went through the trouble of taking apart our hitch and adjusting it so we were ready to roll! I can not say enough about this small, local family owned dealership! Even after the sale the team has been very approachable and helpful! If we ever need another rv we will return 100%!!

I took my 5th Wheel in for service work. I m very impressed with Rusty the service manager for all his help fixing my problem. He even replaced a blown fuse in my truck. I highly recommend River City..

Our new trailer we just purchased from River City RV pulled like a dream and backed up nicely! We definitely noticed the ease of handling it in just a short trip home. We are so excited about our new trailer and happy we did business with River City RV again! The service department was amazing with the walk-through of the new trailer. The gentleman who showed us the trailer was very thorough and took the time to answer all questions. We also enjoyed working with Neill on the sale and with the finance department! I inquired about a 2020 Winnebago Micro Minnie travel trailer through their website late in the evening and Gary got back to me first thing with a price quote and beat the price of my local dealer.Included in the quote was the final purchase price with registration, taxes, and such. It was completely transparent.I was in a time crunch for this purchase so and Gary brought in his guy to prep the trailer, which was his day off, the day I agreed to put and have it ready for me the next day and provided the walk through.As far as the final purchase...all I can say is smooth as can be. They had the trailer ready, and all the paperwork completed. The financing manager is Gary s wife Mandy, and she was as pleasant as can be. We were in and out of the finance office in 20 minutes without any upsale.The final walkthrough was the most lengthy part of the process, but who doesn t want to learn about a major purchase that you just did?So, if you want to make a trailer purchase with full transparency and no BS from a small family owned operation and great inventory give River City RV a try, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I initially had some hesitation because of a bad experience I had at River City RV years ago. However they are under new management, and am I glad I gave them another shot. These guys really took care of me. I live about 2 hours from Grants Pass, so there were lots of phone calls and texts with all those random things you think of in the middle of the night, and without hesitation these guys took care of me. Leonard and Koby were extremely tolerant, they really went above and beyond. Even down to our walk through, Jon in the service department was amazing with his walkthrough. Way more tolerant than I ever could be! Super low stress, explained perfectly and easy to understand and remember. /cheers brotha!I'd have no issue recommending them to any one of my friends or family.Keep up the great work guys!

I have to say, buying anything from a car, to an RV, to furniture can be an adventure!!! Neil & Gary at River City RV greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We were shown several options and had a plethora of questions. They were very informative and helped us stick to our budget. Mandy and Jake in finance , and Rusty and Matt in service were awesome too. We had a bunch of questions at signing and during our walk through before taking it home. They all were awesome and our buying experience was top notch!!I m not normally one to leave a review but today Neil called us to follow up and asked how we liked our RV and if we had any questions Say what?! My husband and I are in out 40 s and we HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A SALESMAN DO A FOLLOW UP CALL AFTER A PURCHASE. I would definitely recommend them and go back if we re to ever buy again.Thank you to everyone at River City RV!!

This is my second purchase, going through River City RV, and Scott Busby. I typically don t enjoy any part of new vehicle purchase , but with River City RV is the exception. Every staff member is knowledgeable about their department and products. 2. Matt exceeded my expectations in getting my RV up and ready for pickup, then showing me how everything operates! That was fun, AND I felt really well taken care of. 3. There isn t a turn over at River City RV - this speaks volumes. 4. I personally asked for Scott after my last experience with him. He cares, he s exceptionally knowledgeable, has great jokes, but best of all, he remembered details about my life. Wow! When purchasing anything there, they make you feel like a family member. Lastly, I drove over two hours to purchase from these guys. I could have gone anywhere, but RIVER CITY RV is a 5-star experience all the way around.

One of my biggest concerns when I bought my RV was the service, repair, and modifications after the purchase. I found right away that I needed to make this RV my home and with that, modifications needed to be made to meet our needs. I contacted Gary and without hesitation he stated we can get it done for you. Gary introduced me to Mike, in service. I took my RV in for service and the additional work and Gary was right! The staff at River City are very professional and caring. Just what I needed. My wife and I are so happy to have that concern to find a great place to service our special second home. Big thanks to RIVER CITY RV!!!!!

Made a mistake of purchasing a 5th wheel from here. They told us it was barely used and it was flawless. In less that a week the water pump failed and flooded the lower compartment. Fast forward 8 months later major water leak in one of the slides. We purchased a 2021 5th wheel under the guidance of one of their sales staff that told us over and over again that it was brand new and the people barely had it before trading it back in. This was 100% false information. We found several items that had been tampered with and damaged. I would NEVER recommend anyone buying from here. $130k 5th wheel that leaks in under a year. They refuse to fix it.

We have recently purchased our third trailer from River City RV. Their service is top notch, from the sale to the service visits. They go out of their way to make their customers happy, and make things right if needed. Their honesty is refreshing and we re treated more like a friend than a customer.
