The shredded my oil cap. Resulting in oil getting all over my car. After two hours of diagnosing the issue, and hunting down a cap to fit my car I was able to fix the issue. They did cover my bill for the cap but not the time I missed at work and the trouble I went through.. Will be doing my own oil from now on. What a joke.

We added twice the RisloneZDDP needed and this awesome crew drained 1/2 and added back the 3qts needed to fix the mix.All Fluids checked full.All bulbs for tail lights replaced. They a Super friendly group of very positive team members. Thanks so much.

Always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I appreciate how quickly they have me in and out. I never feel pressure to buy additional products either. Worth every penny, for all three of my vehicles, 2 being diesels. Does your car work perfectly fine with no leaks, or problems?! Well if you want problems visit these guys. You re car will roll in working just perfect but will be leaving on a tow truck, on the other hand Souther Oregon towing will be receiving 5 stars for excellent service and speed!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Shout out to Adam and Jay and the whole team. This was my first time in. I received a coupon in the mail and I like being able to stay in the car so I gave them a shot. Very professional team. They definitely offer a lot of upgrades and extra services but there was no awkwardness when I declined. I feel confident in their skills and will be back. I did not have to wait at all on a Wednesday late morning. Two bays full and one car waiting when I left. I feel like I was in there for an appropriate duration for what I had done. Jay did an excellent job explaining flushing coolant versus topping off.

I'm a pilot driver. These guys keep my cars fluids perfect for cross country travel. I'm in there every other week. And they top off before super long trips checking everything. These guys do a great job! And it was fairly quick too. Most of the time the dealership will keep you waiting around all day. I had a few different services done and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Very professional and friendly staff. They checked everything and even greased my door hinges. Nice touch with the free soda too. I wish they were a few bucks cheaper overall but I'll still be going back. Just need to make sure I have one of their coupons.

Decent prices, and great customer service. You get a drink while you wait and they're very clear that they are simply offering you additional services, not pressuring you on them. I really appreciate that distinction.

Not from around Grants Pass, but got my oil change there and these guys had awesome service! So quick, friendly, and respectful. Very up front and offered complimentary beverages. Could not recommend a place to get your oil changed more!

The level of service from these guys is amazing. Tim and his staff are courteous, professional and helpful. I was experiencing car trouble and the guys determined I was a 1/4 qt. low on oil. They topped off my car and even ran a code diagnosis, keep in mind they maintained courteous professionalism even though it was time for the business to be closed. Above and Beyond!!! Great service! No pressure! They check all you're levels, filters and are tentative, professional and have great team work skills. I was there for 20 minutes max. They greeted me immediately and worked as a team so efficiently! I'm a delivery driver so time is everything to me. Highly recommend!

I was blown away!Great service for a price much lower than everyone else. We had them flush our radiator, transmission and differential then replace everything with new fluids and we were in and out in like 15 minutes or less.The crew was very friendly and professional.

Noah was so helpful and had wonderful customer service! He was so attentive and made sure to see how my experience was. 10/10 my new place to go!!This guy needs a raise!

REGRET using this service. Horrible. Went in there to get the oil and transmission fluid changed, and driving back to Glendale from Grants Pass my 2018 4 runner started slipping and 2nd,3rd, and 4th. Never had a problem with it until now. Now it's not running and broke down in the driveway, waiting to get fixed. Services: Transmission, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Oil change

I have been getting my oil changed a religiously for, shoot, since they open. If you are getting an oil change anywhere else, you are doing yourself a disservice. Especially if Tim, the manager, is there. Tim, and his staff, are courteous professional and the best guys around. There is quite literally no reason to use any other oil change service in Grants Pass. My competence relating to cars is.. low.. And I usually find myself warding off upselling vultures, and feeling uncomfortable asking questions. At Premier I m met with exactly the opposite; plus an ice cold drink. The guys that work here are genuinely kind and make a point to let you know their intent is never to pressure you into extra services, and will answer any and all of my questions no matter how stupid. Last time I was in, they took me under my car to better explain the answer to a question I had.It s well priced, incredibly staffed, quick service, and they ve got morality. This place was excellent! Absolutely incredible service. Trustworthy in the products that they sell. Engine is protected by there fail safe system. Positive employees and atmosphere. Great customer service. They not only check all your fluids they show you what they look like as well as check all of your air filters that your vehicle has. They let you know what you need or will need and how long you have until they have to be done. The price you pay to have your vehicle serviced there is well worth every penny..

Great place to get an oil change and a transmission fluid change as well when needed. They pump up your tires when they need some air. They will fill your windshield wiper fluid. They even offer a beverage of your choice while you wait. Totally cool people who work there. If I could give it a 10 star, I would!!

Great prices, and super helpful staff. I m from out of town and my GPS was not working. After being lost and going in circles for 30 minutes, I finally called to see if they could help. Tim was super helpfully and stayed on the phone with me directing me. On arrival, Noah was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend !
