I bought a vehicle from you guys back in February, which was a 2013 ram 1500 Laramie, it was an " As is purchase" in which that paper was in the glove box and I didn't know it was there. I do wish the road safe of the vehicle was met, I do not have a horn, and I have a crack in the driver side part of windshield. I also called the auto express lube to fix some more issues I found that the warranty I received should fix and I went through 2 different people just to be told that the manager wasn't in, and to give my name and number so he can call me back. It's been 4 days and I did not receive a call back from him. Other than that, I do love my truck she runs and drives great.

My car had an exhaust leak and I wasn't sure if I needed it welded or replace so I brought it to paradise on a friend's recommendation. The service manager kept me informed through the whole process it was fixed quickly and the cost was very fair. The service manager was super nice and all his guys were equally nice. My car is running great and is so much quieter. Thanks cody you really saved me. Excellent job.Service: Exhaust

To whom it may concern,My wife and I come here periodically as needed for the basic oil change. Our latest visit proceeded with a slight leakage a few days and one weekend trip later. We brought the car back in and reminded the team we were here within the last week. After some inspection, the manager John instructed us of the situation. The oil plug needed to be replaced and since we have a record of being repeat customers, they would replace it for free.Of course we are very appreciative of the resolution and don't mind the wait time of 3 business days for the part to arrive. Fast forward to a phone call with John he took it upon himself to check further and determined that our entire drain pan needed replacing.Let this review hold weight for future reference. John goes above and beyond for the customer. He saved our car from more issues and again did NOT charge us what would have been a hefty bill. Thank you for the amazing service!Service: Oil change

Tightened up a fuel line hose clamp preventing a fire in my Classic car. Was able to make price adjustments for rare filters which I brought which they did not have but were willing to provide the labor for. Thanks fellas!

Ok so I bought my truck from Richard at Paradise in Medford. I bought it 6 months ago. Had an issue with it last week and called Richard. He told me to bring it to Cody in Grants Pass and I thought to myself oh boy here we go. I bought the warranty because I was told it'll cover most anything. We'll see! Brought it to Cody and he looked the truck over, found a misfire cylinder 4. Looked at the warranty and yep its covered. Unfortunately the deductible is 100.00. The part I bought at Napa was only 74.00, so I bought it and Cody put it in the same day and sent me on my way! No charge putting it in. Cody gets a 5 star review!!! He really looked out for me!!!! THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!!!On my way home to California from Oregon my truck was overheating while going up grades on I-5. Pulled over in Grants Pass @ 4:45 in the afternoon & found Paradise Express. They were to close in 15 minutes, but they knew my urgency to get home on a Friday. Long story short, Express crew took the time & care to get me on the road again working after closing time, locating the needed parts & got me on the road again with no further issues. These guys were GREAT !! If not for Express I would have been stuck at least overnight. How they located the parts & then the repair was a miracle.I would highly recommend Paradise Express Lube to all. Thaks again Paradise Express for your care & getting me home safely with no issues or concerns.

My Mopar was down...And...were back she sounds healthy now woohoo Shawn Haugen at Paradise Auto had my rides parts ordered and the top end rebuilt and dealt with warranty claims and had my car back to me in exactly one week. I highly recommend Paradise Auto for all your car needs book your appointment today! I have gone hereb3 times and have been very happy with them every time. Anyone who leaves a bad review is probably trying to get over on this business. Absolutely disappointed! Due to the new baby coming soon we paid for the best car cleaning package and hand wax for over $65 .. unfortunately our car was barely cleaned. I can t believe they are still in business if this is what they call cleaning. I wish I never took my car here. What a rip off :(

While my oil change went quick and I don t seem to have any problems, Alex was very rude to me. As I was being guided into the bay, he all of a sudden pointed to his right, my left, so I started veering my car left. He all of a sudden motioned to stop and started making comments about how horrible of a driver I was. Loud enough for me to hear it! I did nothing wrong as I was just following his guidance. I was going slow and didn t know why he all of a sudden had me go left as I was already where I needed to go. After parking, he then took my information for the oil change and he was not friendly at all! The music was very loud so I had to ask him to repeat his questions and repeat a lot of my information and it seemed to annoy him a lot. Someone else who worked there had to actually call him out on his attitude and I appreciate that. It was very unprofessional in my opinion and left me feeling unnerved. I didn t leave feeling comfortable with someone like that changing my oil but it was a group effort and my car has been halfway across the states since then with no problem. While the service on my car was great and the timeliness of the oil change was quick, I don t think I d want to come back and deal with that again. I understand people have bad days but don t take it out on customers.Service: Oil change

I took my 2012 Scion XB to Paradise Car Wash. loved the immediate service and good attitudes of everyone there. They did an amazing job on not only the interior and exterior, but the engine bay as well. They even put the milk I had in the car in their refrigerator to keep it cold while I waited. A+ in every aspect. Will be coming back.

Dropped the truck off dirty and scratched up. Picked it up and wondered if I made a mistake buying a new truck. My old truck looked new again. They did a great job even with a canopy. Oregon pin striping was gone. Good job, my only complaint is I couldn't tip the guys In Person. Next time I will. Recommended.

I normally don't like going to dealerships, mostly because I had a bad experience several years ago. But I was in need if a car since I just moved back to the state a few months ago, so I decided to give it a shot. I saw a car online that I was interested in so u went to go check it out in person. Their salesman Oscar, in the medford location was not pushy at all, he showed me what they had in my price range and even showed me a couple that were not on the lot yet. I ended up buying a car that same day, that suited my lifestyle and family size and brought it home. They're finance department explains everything thoroughly so theres no surprises, and they even have a service department on site if you need an oil change or anything like that, its super convenient. If you're looking for a car, I would definitely give them a try!

Super friendly people, hard workers. My car was too low to go through the touchless wash (glad they noticed) but they still washed it and hand waxed in 15 minutes for a really good price. Looks new again. Brought it in after an 8 hour drive through snow and road sand, looked like it had been off roading when it first showed up.

Terrible! Paid 70 bucks for detail and wax and ended up having to redo everything down even simple vacuum. Sprayed armorAll everywhere and didn't wipe it up so it had runs everywhere. Got in the car and asked for a rag to wipe down the dash which looked like no one even wiped it and the guy throws the towel in the car and says "you can keep it" and walks away. Would not recommend and this place and it gets the middle finger from me.

First time going here. They were very helpful, we sat in the car while they did oil change. They also topped off the other stuff. Then, we got a Free Express Car Wash!!! That was a surprise to us. We will be coming back when it's time for another oil change.

The older lady who took my information seemed irritated. I don't blame her I guess because it was almost 100 degrees and the lobby does not have air conditioning. I asked to have my seats shampooed.She quoted 1/2 hour to 45 mintues, it was almost 1.5 hours. The job was pretty good and the gentleman who did the work had a great attitude. I would just recommend an air conditioner for the woman who works the write up.

My mother went in for an oil change and from the beginning was met with rude interactions. The service manager John was extremely unprofessional and even had the audacity to gaslight her and tell her that her car just doesn t come with an oil cap when she found out it was missing upon taking it to a different auto service shop and returned to Paradise to see if they still had the cap. During this interaction my mother also had to give instruction as to where to locate the area for the gas cap (very questionable). Throughout this whole experience she has been met with below standard service from this individual and it s obvious that his comments and behavior was racially motivated. The one star is for the rest of the staff which seemed to know how to do their job professionally. In case it wasn t obvious, we will not be returning here to experience this type of service and be discriminated against.Service: Oil change

I took my car in this morning , sloppy work I paid 50 bucks for a dirty car. The inside was sprayed with Armour All and not wiped down in the back seats of my car , and then they missed cleaning the grandchildrens shoe marks on the back of the front seats. I have had this problem before and decided to try again, this was my las time.Update 4/20/2019 I want to say what a difference from a year ago, great service and my car looks beautiful...

I had gotten some good amount of water in my car and thought I had removed all of it until I saw mold on most of the carpet. There was also a lot of condensation inside the car as well. I took it to Paradise Car Wash and they did a spectacular job! I am so very happy with the results! I have a black Audi TT convertible and they even cleaned the top well! Spectacular job! Thank you all for your great service!

Just passing through town and my SUV was a mess. I got the premium cleaning with a wax for $45+ tip in total. It may not be the most spiffy car wash but they did a great job. They vaccumed every last crumb and piece of dirt. They wiped down the entire interior and did a good job on the exterior. Be sure to tip the guys because they put in a lot of effort. I saw 3 people get in their cleaned cars before me and none of them tipped.

I've been going here for years. To get my oil changed. Cars detailed/cleaned. Always super friendly and knowledgeable. Never had any issues.

I felt like a idiot when I left, like I just threw away thirty bucks. My car was not even close to being clean, there was dirt everywhere in and out and they knocked the w off my cars emblem and didn't even apologize for it, I know accidents happen but when they do you are suppose to say sorry. I would give zero star's if I could. Anywhere else gives a better and cheaper wash. Save your car and your money go somewhere else.It was on there when they started drying it. And for the price I paid I shouldn't have to go back and say anything, you guys are suppose to be professional and not let a dirty car leave. It's not even like it was busy.

Prices were fair-ish.. purchaced a #3 package, car was clean, but the finishing details were a little below average for what I was expecting. All in all I guess I'm satisfied... I think I will just stick to detailing my own car though.

We were there yesterday with our truck. The guy who cleaned our truck did an excellent job removing the bugs from our grille, and he cleaned our truck with care, thank you! Excellent job, we will definitely be back.Unfortunately we did not get the name of the guy.

The car wash was ok and only ok. I would avoid this place like the plague. The lady running around yelling at her employees was over the top stupid. She should not be in charge of any body. She had one employee quit while we were there, and the other employees kept yelling that they are on strike. I cannot blame them. She should be fired and then the place would rate higher. I was there on June 8, 2016 at 12:30pm.

Just purchased a 2015 BMW 428i 2 weeks ago. Parked under a tree to get some relieve from the sun, bad idea! There must have been lots of birds in the tree because when I returned from shopping my car was covered with white splats! I wanted them off right away before it damaged the paint. I looked up "Hand Car Wash" on my cell and Paradise Car Wash came up, drove there immediately. I only wanted the "Exterior" done since it was my first time and wanted to see how they performed. Well, I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of work. You can tell that the staff has done this before because they washed and cleaned every area of my car completely and professionally all for $8.00! I'll be back!

I took my 2 year old car for an oil change on a Saturday. Sunday morning there was a huge puddle of oil under my car. I was without my vehicle all day Sunday. I took my car back to them on Monday and they supposedly fixed it. Tuesday morning there's a huge puddle of oil under the car again. I took it back to them again. They admitted that they had cross threaded and stripped the drain plug but had replaced it. Wednesday morning there was a huge puddle of oil under my car.I called Paradise Auto and they wanted me to bring the car in again. The manager refused to get on the phone and made an employee relay the conversation. I live in Merlin a didn't feel comfortable driving my car to Grants Pass when it has been leaking oil for 5 days and I had no confidence in them to resolve the problem. There is a certified mechanic near my house who could check it out for $40. Paradise refused to pay it. I asked for my money back but Paradise refused.So I took my car down to the mechanic. He put the car up on the rack and immediately saw that the oil filter wasn't seated properly. He replaced the filter and all the oil I lost. No problem since.

Very disappointed. My husband paid 80 bucks for a detail and there was still swirls on all the windows. The door jams were never touched. The car had been sitting for a while before we bought it, so there was some moss growing in some spots on the outside. But they never even tried to presser wash it out. And the steering wheel was never cleaned and still has a build up of dirt from hands. They said they cleaned the engine compartment too but the same spiderweb are still there. The dashboard was only cleaned in some spots, and you could still see swirls. The mirrors were not touched. Not worth 80 bucks when your wife has to clean the car afterwards. And when called they said they will do it again but we would have to pay again!
