I cant say how disappointing it was going through Paradise. They lied when I bought my car saying they had a key-fob and it was just their third party key maker they were waiting on. 6 months later I m finally being told it never even existed. I was told verbally my three month warranty covered everything. Except I was charged for a windshield motor replacement. I told the mechanic I had a warranty from them that covered everything. He did the work, then when I went to pick it up told me he had called Paradise and found the replacement wasn't covered and instead of calling and asking me if i still wanted the work done, did it anyway and charged me. I wouldnt have gotten it replaced if I knew that. Now Im dealing with the DMV and insurance companies because they never changed the title for the car I traded in. That car was involved in an accident and it could still affect my insurance and records because they never changed the title! Lynn is really good at being nice when he s selling stuff, then a total defensive jerk after it s sold. Thats right, name drop. You guys messed up this time.

This Paradise various business ventures in my local area also, has a U-Haul business and they charged me an extra 10.00 for something I did NOT order on my U-haul order. Justin the phone rep stated, "it needed to go to some manager" who does that!? When you order and they charge immediately there are NO reviews done. My point is, I know I wont be seeing that credit of 10.00 they are dishonest. It is already been more than three days and no credit! I have called twice and told the same thing, it has to go through Manager approval. Whatever! To say the least, I wont ever be going to any Paradise local businesses for sure!!!!

Terrible Experience. Not only did they lie to me and booked my rental wrong causing me to pay a $600 fee. They also gave me a trailer with bad wheel bearing causing my tire to come off on the highway with my wife and children in the car. Terrible service!! Would never recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely horrid establishment. They offered to put my specialty car on consignment, and I (foolishly) agreed. After over a month of them not selling it I sold it on my own; when I came to pick the car up I found body glitter, women s hair, and spilled soda on my seats and carpet after I had my car freshly detailed before taking it to them. It s one thing not to even try to sell the car, I get that, but using MY car to go party in is unacceptable.

They don t even have the full vin numbers posted to check out the CARFAX. The prices are ridiculous. When I went to go look at a red four door Jeep, the man wouldn t leave me alone. When I test drive the Jeep, the guy wouldn t let me take the Jeep by myself to take to my mechanic and he was rushing me. Literally got to test drive it for 5 minutes. Then,?the guy wouldn t stop calling me to see if I wanted the Jeep. He was so trying to convince me to trade my car.

Great service and great people who will work very hard to put you in an affordable and reliable car. Drew, the manager was helpful and worked hard to find a car, a lender, and a price that fit my needs. Mark Brunst the salesman was awesome, and took his time to help me look through several caare. Thanks guys, your service and hard work are first class!!

Picked up a uhaul trailer here, the guy is super nice, down to earth. Highly recommend checking this place out for other products they have like Dirtbikes and such

They sell lemons and they know they do. 9000 dollers to fix the car I bought from thies rip off artists. It's too bad I gave them a chance to fix the problem and they can't seem to return calls. Only bonus is I opted for the warranty but still going to cost close to 2000 dollars and 2 months without a car.

I highly recommend this place! Patrick was awesome! He went above and beyond. He stayed an hour and a half past closing to help us because our car broke down. He was amazing! A million thanks to Patrick!!

I bought a Ford pickup truck a few years ago from Miller. I KNEW there was no warranty, had to make a few replacement part repairs, and was and am very pleased with my truck. Thank you Miller Auto sales " Home Of No Guarantee Whatsoever" ! Bill Shepard

No stars. These people are LIARS. I was going to buy a trailer from them, I asked what kind of down payment they wanted, they said no down ok just pay in one week. Meantime my Pastor came to look at it, I came back to measure it, and a friend stopped by to check it out for me. They sold it. LIARS. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

ASK FOR LYNN ! He s the BEST!! (and has great hair)Man, these guys are soo freaking amazing!! I really can t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and honesty that they exhume..My story -I got into a wreck and totaled my car. My boss held a benefit to raise money to get me mobile again. All I had was $500 and the benefit raised $500 as well. So I went shopping for a car under 6k. I feel in LOVE with a SUV on their lot and got in contact with Lynn the next day. I said what s the catch, this car is fully loaded and the price seems to good to be true every car I looked at before seemed perfect until I asked about the motor so I wasn t expecting to hear his response when he said it runs GREAT! So I went there that day, drove the car and my heart became one with the vehicle I previously had a Repo on my credit so I was nervous I wouldn t get approved but, with the dedication and trust that Lynn had persuaded the finance company to approve me!! He got me at a amazing monthly payment and the LOWEST insurance rate that I have ever had! The entire experience was soo welcoming and family like that I can t see myself ever going to another automotive business again. Paradise has everything you need! A mechanic shop, Auto detailing, insurance and even U-Hauls! I really can t say THANK YOU enough to that entire team that made it possible for me to be driving again!! Y all rock !!
