I am taking an opportunity to publicly praise and thank Oreily for hiring and training their counter personnel.. I have dealt with Clay over many months buying parts for various autos... He has proven to be patient, knowledgeable and service conscious... I will frequent this store first because the trust I have in him and others that work at this location.. Clay and his fellow workers should be congratulated for their people skills and auto parts knowledge.. thank you..

Very helpful staff, usually have what you're looking for and if they don't have the part in stock the shipping takes a couple of business days. They are very helpful with any questions or concerns.

These guys want above and beyond today. Coasted in with a ton of issues, end up just being a bad battery and a bad alternator. They were patient and amazing in us out of towners and our time of need on Thanksgiving Day. Big shout out. Thank you for being our superheroes!

With a 25 year old commercial account, I was charged $22 for a anti freeze that is shown on O"Reilly's on line website to the general public for $20. No explanation of why or an offer of adjustment, just told that is what it was. O'Reilly's needs a new manager and I need another parts store.

Grants Pass O'Reilly Auto Parts SUCKS...I'm a disabled senior who depends on stores with delivery, curbside and otherwise delivered.O'Reilly has always had a policy of installing batteries while you wait but today the local store decided they were "too busy" to install a $250 Truck battery...Nice.As I drive off looking for a company that wants my business.

Sunday morning battery went dead. Nate at O Reilly s in grants Pass was awesome! He sold me the battery that I needed and even installed it for me. He was pleasant and helpful the entire time. I am very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.

Usually have a pleasant experience when I go in to buy something . Only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because I have had a couple issues with parts I've ordered. One was I paid for the part when I ordered it and they sent it back because I didn't pick it up within 3 says even though I was td they would hold the part since it was paid

This place has a vast inventory of auto parts and all the regular auto necessities like engine oil and coolants. Friendly competent people are very good at making sure that you get the right parts.

My friend had an emergency issue stranded with two kids on highway 199, so I called the store at 8:52, rang and rang, no answer. Showed up at 8:58, doors were locked, lights were on, open sign was off. This kind of business shouldn't be closing early.

They usually have what you need in stock, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable, definitely better than the other chain auto parts in town.

I had difficulty communicating with counter attendants as to what i needed to replace a bulb for my tail light in my van. They had a box of tools to choose from so i did not have to purchase what i needed to remove my light assembly. [That was pretty cool.] They had the bulb I needed. [Awesome.] Store was clean and orderly. [Nice]. Parking lot was hard to find and busy with other stores located in the area. Overall, i give (3) stars. Hope your experience is better.

Called ahead and was told the parts I needed were in stock drove 40 minutes and they were not. Counterterrorism was clueless about anything when I finally picked up the parts that were ordered for me they were wrong for my vehicle and incompatible with each other.

Hey get your car parts and some other stuff for my car there they have all the parts you need that's for sure good place to get Auto parts they are very helpful there if you don't know how to install a battery that help you install it and do other stuff that helps you while you're working on your car very nice people especially when you're a woman then they really help you LOL

The cashier Russ was so awesome today! I bought a brake light, and some bulb fluid, and when I went to replace it, i found out my blinker light housing was damaged. He helped me order a new one.He was very kind to me and I am very grateful for his help today!

Always knowledgeable guys on hand, they're pretty fast too. Getting you in and out seem to know what they're doing. Been a mechanic for 30 years been around auto parts stores and these guys seem to have it down pretty well. the guy go to all the time is Russ he's a great guy seems level headed and gets it done.

Staff are not friendly, they are not helpful. This was the 3rd and last time we will try this store. The make you feel as if they were doing you a favor by even being there. Well if your not friendly you make no effort to help your customers then I wish you well. To the employees keep your employment options open you never know when a store like this will close.

Pick up the phone....no reason that I sat with phone ringing intell it tells me it can't be answered cuz its busy....maybe if you paid more then 12-13 dollars a hour more people would wanna work for you

These guys care about your fixing your auto. I returned a core to them, and the front counter was tied up with others. I went to the commercial counter, further into the store where they were happy to help me. I asked for Marine Quality grease, and the associate went and got me a tube. Very good, and welcome customer service.
