These guys were phenomenal. They scheduled me right away, were done on time, were friendly and professional. Additionally they were very helpful on the phone with my insurance company who couldn t find Novus in their system and were trying to send me to Medford. Mad Props. Deep respect.

I had an extremely pleasant experience! Ari, who I spoke with on the phone, was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, made an appointment with ease, and my windshield was replaced and recalibrated in record time! When I went to pick up my car, the young woman was kind and informative. Their office is also clean and organized and they send a text reminder for the appointment (so useful for my busy schedule!) I am so glad I was able to choose who I wanted to replace my windshield through my insurance company. Also, Novus guarantees their work for as long as I own the vehicle so that right there is gold! Thank you Novus!

These guys are awesome. Very professional, very fast, and very affordable. They got me in to fix my Mini Countryman windshield 2 days after I called. They scheduled 2 hours for the installation but had it in/out within 1. They charged me exactly what I was quoted (no new charges after I was there...like Safelite did early in the week) and was $100 less than Safelite

Stop by the shop last week, the staff really nice and scheduled me today March14,2024. I show up this morning and was told the part was not available and have to reschedule me next week. I checked missed call, text messages and voice mail there were no record that they get me any notification an issue for my schedule. It is not a big deal but it was showing how the work are.

Dell has made our holidays this year, a true blessing. When our windshield took a rock earlier this month, I knew for sure I would be set back. Fortunately, we still have neighbors willing to make arrangements and agreements solely relying on a gentleman handshake. We are forever in debt to Novis Glass. Thank you guys

What a great bunch of people. Had a water leak in my 2010 Dodge Ram Pick-up called them up and Dale said should be a simple fix. There is a drain that I didn't even know was there in the sunroof and he unclogged it. 5 Min fix. I asked what how much and he said nothing, and have a great day.

They fixed my rear view mirror for free. I was worried it was gonna cost a grip. Still need a new windshield which I ll come see them for, during tax time. The workers are super nice as well.

Although they couldn't help me with my classic car glass issue, they were honest about it and were knowledgeable. Super friendly folks. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them in the future.

**UPDATE**NOVEMBER 2023 -I received a phone call this morning from a lady named Katie who apologized for the service I received earlier this year. She let me know that there have been changes and procedures in put in place since this. Katie was kind and formal over the phone, and shared a good conversation with me in regards to the situation. I absolutely appreciate the kindness. I will happily call back if I am ever in a pinch again with a broken windshield.JULY 2023 -I received suggestion to use this business from the Toyota dealership, as this is a company that knows how to recalibrate the windshield cameras in newer Toyotas. Making my appointment was no problem, and they got me in within the week. Unfortunately, the service once I made it to the appointment was a bit disappointing. I found Ari to be very helpful, he answered all of my questions and concerns. I stood up for a moment and decided to watch the work being done on my car out of curiosity. I made some chat with my mom, who was with me, about watching the windshield being taken out. The lady at the other front desk then came to the shop door, staring at me. I let her know I was just watching the work being done on my car, which then she turned and shut the door and said some people don t like to be watched. I feel as if I m spending money on my car, I have the right to know what s being done to my car. I wasn t in the shop, I was still behind the counter in the lobby. This put me off, and unfortunately through the rest of my hour wait this lady huffed, cussed and complained about her personal life, customer situations and phone calls. Listening to her made me wonder what she would say about me once I left.The work that was done on my car was completed, however I wish the personal care that went into my car and my belongings was better taken. There was a piece of plastic trim that wasn t set in right. I found that my wiring from my ditch lights was clamped into the wrong spot on top of the hood, between a piece of plastic, which caused the the plastic to dig into the wires a bit. Inside my car, small glass shards were covering my dash and even on my door. I ended up having to go to the store and pick up a microfiber towel to collect the remaining particles. Finally, my door jam was covered in foot prints and dirt from being stood on the install process.Frankly, again, I wish more care was taken into consideration when my car was being worked on. The process is already stressful enough, starting with the crack in the windshield to trusting people to take care of your personal investment. The professionalism of the front desk lady was lacking, and made me worry for future customers.

I am very impressed with the Grants Pass shop staff. They are professional, honest and a offer great value. I went in with a leak I couldn't identify, they were able to promptly inspect the vehicle and discover the source of the leak. Dell was able to show me the source of the leak and was extremely honest and professional in explaining that it was not actually a window leak but simply a door boot that wasn't sealing; consequently there was no service charge and I was simply able to replace the boot at virtually no cost.Service: Auto windshield leak repair

I called almost every glass company within Grant's Pass and Medford to get prices on a newwindshield for my car. The guys at NOVUS beat all of the other glass shops prices by at least 50%! These folks are awesome! We pulled in on our way to Seattle due to a windshield leak. They took us in right away, no waiting. We had a very unfortunate thing happen to us while we were visiting the Ronald McDonald house in Portland, we got our front window smashed in and our stuff stolen from our car in their parking garage. We had to drive all the way back home without a window, so I started calling around to places to get quotes and explained what had happened to us, and NOVUS decided to donate their time to fix our window for no charge at all. They were so nice in the office and out, as soon as our window came in they called us to let us know and had us come right then to replace it, and they had it done in like 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again and I recommend for anybody to use them!Service: Auto side window replacement

Unbelievable experience! It looked as if someone took a small hammer and hit my windshield yesterday after a rock hit it on the freeway. I was all prepared to have to get a new windshield because it was right in my line of vision. I was able to make an appointment and get it completed less than 24 hours later. Dell did such a remarkable job that I could barely see the mark at all - no need for a new windshield! Local shop, doing quality work, with really helpful and patient staff. They will work with you and your insurance to make it as painless and quick as can be.I have used them for several different make and model windshield replacements and they have always continued to impress me.

They are super helpful. Recently I had to replace one of my mirrors and they told me where I could get one at a much lower price than the dealership had quoted me at and then they installed it for a reasonable price.

NOVUS made it easy to schedule an appointment. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. The new windshield looks great in my 97' Ford F-350 Crew Cab. I will be bringing all my windshield business to NOVUS.

I have had several cracks and chips repaired, a windshield replaced, and a rear window replaced on different vehicles, and every time I received same day service. The prices were reasonable for each service, and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great work.

Would recommend. Walked in off street they were actually able to take me within a few minutes and resolved my issue (chip in windshield). They also helped me with my insurance company -they took care of the call to my insurance and did everything they could before handing me the phone to approve the work request. Very appreciative.

My appointment was set for my windshield installation around my schedule. They were very courteous and professional. My windshield was installed and my various safety and anti collision systems were calibrated and reset.
