Excellent service! I was visiting from out of town over Thanksgiving and Russell fit me into the schedule during a holiday week. He was able to machine my rotors and replace my front brake pads at a great price. I m thankful I found him because the local Ford dealership I reached out to first was, well let s just say, less than helpful. Thanks to Russell, my 10 hr drive home was safe and sound!Service: Brakes

Right after I left Grants Pass all of my warning lights came on in my car. I pulled off the highway and I came here since it was the closest mechanic. Rus was so incredibly friendly and helped me right away. He even gave me a bottle of water and let me wait in the air-conditioning. I highly recommend Rus and this shop if you ever need a hand!

Russ went out of his way to do a tight installation on my classic Chevy truck. Unfortunately that wasn't what I wanted, so he voluntarily re-did the whole system to my satisfaction at no extra charge. Now it looks and sounds great, and I'm super happy. That's extraordinary customer service!

I've known Russ for several years now! He's worked on a few of my vehicles and does an absolute great job. If you want to be treated fair and at very reasonable prices this is the shop for you!

The owner of this fine establishment saved me over four hundred dollars in brakework that a well known shop in the area said I needed done on my Volvo. I'm not keen on naming names, but let's just say it rhymes with les sob (which is fitting, because that's what their insane mark up on parts +labor will make your wallet do). I would recommend giving Russ from North Valley Muffler and Brake your business, if you appreciate honesty in a mechanic.

I have been screwed by mechanics for years. The is the first honest mechanic I've met for years. He tells you the truth as far as what is going on with your vehicle. Russ is the owner and person to talk to. You will be treated right.

Excellent work I sat under my truck for an hour just concentrated on how the duell exhaust was going to be ran to stay away from gas tank and step wells ect, and when it was done I was amazed! More than just professional it was art.
