Easy to make and appointment but after that it falls apart. In addition to the recall, I request a full check up because this truck was going a 2700 mile trip.They charged for the service and recommended an oil change and new break pads. I specifically asked if the battery was good and he service attended said yes.I went to Auto Zone and had the battery checked. One was at the end of its life and the other one was bad. I also had Auro zone check the air filter and it was really bad. Obviously, Mock Ford charges for services that they don t do.

Needed a spare key for my 22 F-150. They called to have me come in and after 30 minutes determined they had the wrong key made. A week later I am informed that the new key is in and that I should stop in and have it programmed. I arrive and check in at the service desk where I was told "I'll be with you in a minute" in a very professional way. I go to sit in the waiting area where I wait 45 minutes. I get up to go see if they were still busy and several service employees were sitting talking. I interrupt them and inquire about my key and it was obvious I was forgotten about. Since I did not have time to continue to wait, I now need to find a place to program this key.....They apologized and I believe they meant it but I am frustrated to have taken two trips out to see them with less than desirable results from Mock and it upset me to see them sitting there shooting the breeze while customers are waiting. Our time matters too.....

I had to order a new key fob for my Lincoln . It was very expensive. The kicker was that it was even more money to program/sync it to my vehicle. I had made an appointment for 1 p.m. I waited over 2 hrs as they had nobody to work on my car. I thought that was an exorbitant amount of time. Very disappointing experience

Brought my truck in for an oil change. The next morning it started hard. After a few back and forth.. They brought me a loner and a few days later returned my truck in great working order. It might have started out a rocky road . But in the end the crew at Mocks smoothed it out in a highly professional manner. Thanks to all the crew there. Especially to Keith and to owners Gene and Ron.

Very nice place. Killer cars and nice e people.. I test drove a couple really nice wips and they were very informative. I'm still shopping around, but if I decide on one of those, I'm definitely going g to buy it from them

After a very trying period to get a repair completed, it s done. I know they have been challenged by personnel issues, like every other company, but they got er done. I d especially like to call out Keith Strong, the service writer who stuck it out and completed the job. He and Don Mock get 5 stars, but with a the grace I can muster, the overall experience was 4 star, mostly cuz of them.

What an amazing team. Our Super Duty needed an immediate service on the way through Oregon and this dealer was the only one willing to try and help us. With a quick diagnostic and a fast repair they had us back on the road same day. They took the time to help us when others wouldn t and never gave us anything but respect. Wish this could be my regular dealership.Huge thanks to Zach, Keith, and Jim for all the help and hospitality. Good business, great people.

These guys are awesome! They got me an appt when no other Ford dealer could see me for months! Got my issues fixed no problem. They honestly seem to really, actually care about their customers. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend them to everyone!

This place is and has been nothing but a joke. Since day one (2 years ago) I would HIGHLY recommend saving yourself the trouble of dealing with this establishment. I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting.

They are happy to sell you a new car and give you absolutely atrocious customer service afterwards. Don t bother with an appointment they ll turn you away for a customer without one!

Took my vehicle in for an issue. They didn't contact me for over a week. Ultimately took over three weeks before they even began working on a very simple repair. They did not communicate what was going on and were very hard to get ahold of. They would not call and talk to me and insisted on communicating only via text even when I asked for a call.I will be in the market for a new car within a year or so. There was a time where I assumed I would buy it through Mock's. That will never happen because of the experience I had with their service department. I will instead go to Roe Motos or Grants Pass Toyota. Which is saying something because I've been a Ford guy my whole life.

My friend took her truck there for a warranty repair and it's still sitting there 2 weeks later and that's even after it was broken into which they won't cover. Bad service and bad business

Ordered 2 ford parts for my ford vehicle. Neither of them worked, service and parts couldnt figure out what parts i needed or why they wouldnt work, they also failed to install them.. A hitch and a keyless entry, really trivial installs. The employees just mouthed off ford complaining about how theyre getting screwed over by ford which is funny because they cant look past that while they screwed me over. I had to take half a day off because ford doesnt do appointments, so if i want it fixed i have to go back and waste another day. Wish i could of just installed it myself. Its literally a peel a stick. But its ford proprietary software on the ford version so you have to pay 100$ for then to place a sticker. Yet they cant even figure out their own technology. This company is the american dystopia and their workers a are to busy hating the company that pays them to do their job.

Excellant car buying experience! Madison came out right away, was very friendly, professional, and empathetic. Not pressuring at all. Derrick gave us a great deal and made the experience very easy and smooth. In conclusion, we were very satisfied and I want to thank Madison and Derrick for this purchase . We highly recommend Mocks Ford.

I wasn t even really in the market for a car but there was one on their lot I had to check out. I met with Jake Hayes and his consultative/no pressure approach resulted in a sale and one that wasn t overnight rather over the course of many weeks. We initially couldn t agree to a price but we were able to align our budget closer to their number, ultimately agreeing to a fair price. I ve bought many cars over the years and this process was one of of the simplest. We were in and out if the dealership within 25 minutes. Highly recommend Jake and can guarantee he ll take care of you!

Purchased a used car from their auxiliary lot, just in front of home depot. The guy running it was all over the place. Constantly on his phone, some of which was personal. What should have been a quick purchase pushed past the point of them closing, so I had to wait until the next day to finish. He was constantly pushing to sell a car that I had already decided to purchase before going in, provided it drove nice (it did), which translated into a waste of time.We finished at the main dealer the next day, which was quick and painless.But low and behold, the check engine light had been cleared before any purchase. Immediately throwing a code. Luckily its a common, and easy fix for a Mazda 6. Thermostat stuck open. I was half expecting that issue from researching before purchasing, so I can't ping them too hard on that.

We were very happy with our sales experience here, so they get two stars instead of one. The service experience here has been a NIGHTMARE.I have a safety issue recall with my F150 and have been trying for months to get it addressed to no avail. I finally spoke to a service manager today who told me I had to bring the truck in for several hours to LOOK at the issue and then see what Ford told them to do after that. I live an hour and a half from the dealership.I called Crater Lake Ford as I am now in a time crunch [long story] and need to try and resolve the problem quickly. The adviser at Crater Lake identified the issue as a current recall item, knew exactly what needed to be done, was ordering the parts today and working on getting me in quickly to repair the truck next week. It took her literally 5 MINUTES.Do yourself a favor, just go buy your cars at Crater Lake and save yourself the aggravation.

Impressive salesperson, Jacob Hayes. We looked at some used vehicles and Jacob knew the all the details of the cars that interested us. Many sales people don t the intimate details of the used cars they re selling; Jacob did. He was easy going and applied no pressure. Moreover, when it came time to sign, we were done in 20 minutes! Over the years my experience is a couple or three hours of pain even for a cash purchase. Thank you Mock s Ford for making our purchase pleasant and the easiest, most expedient vehicle sale experience in my life.

Had an appointment for 9am and showed up around 8:45 but I was told I would have to wait until 2:00 to get my car in for repair even though it was only a 30 min job. One of the guys at the check in counter had a sarcastic remark that it "wasn't his fault that we had to drive from Crescent city" after I said i did not want to reschedule after driving so far. When we first arrived we were met at the cashier desk by an extremely rude woman full of sarcasm and after sitting in the waiting room we were appaled by how terrible she treated one of the other customers. These people need to take some lessons in customer service! We weren't the only ones complaining, I will take my business elsewhere in the future and warn others about the terrible experience.

The level of customer service/kindness we received when purchasing our vehicle from Mock is truly impeccable. From the phone call inquiring about the vehicle all the way to when we signed the papers, Cole and Lance were absolutely nothing short of fantastic. We felt cared for, treated next level and we felt like family through it all. If you are in the Medford area or are just in the market for a new vehicle, Mock is worth the short travel. I promise it will be worth it!

Went here to get information on where a sensor is on my vehicle to replace. Gave them all correct information for vehicle gave me the completly wrong information and map to find the sensor. Sensor in a completely different part of engine. Quoted me 560 for a posted 2 hour replacement job. Went here one time before to fix an electrical issue with my headlight and they broke the headlight reflector and failed to let me know.

came into oregon from out of town. had DEF-fault on my 2022 F350. called local dealerships in Medford. said they could not accommodate. called Mocks & they got me in within the hour & back on the road the next morning! Great service team!

This place is a bad joke. The service department, Keith, are all liars, very dishonest. My car broke down and I called around and they were the only ones that said to bring it in and they would fix it that day. Well 12 days later they fixed it but charged me $800. I hope that place and all in it burn to death, even Keith. I lost a job because they took way to long to get to my car.

It took weeks to get my truck in to get it looked at, one of the issue (535$ repair for a 25$ part)that was not covered by the premium package extended warranty... And Dwain? in the service department was rude, didn't listen to the issue I was having, hung up on me and was very disrespectful. I bought the truck at mock ford in 2018 and have had numerous issue and still the truck is not working properly. Check engine light came back on 2 days after I got my truck back.... I didn't buy a newer truck for 50k with a premium package warranty for 6k to have these issue and still have to pay out of pocket for every issue that comes up. Mock for wanted to charge me 125 to diagnose and repair a light bulb issue. I had replaced 2 already, and other 125 to diagnose window seal issue, another 125 for back up camera, another 125 for advance track, another 125 for check engine light and.... 1200 some dollars later to diagnose and possibly cover the issues on a 6 year old truck. Fyi this is not the first time I've had to take the truck in for mechanical issue and have been let down by Mock Ford.
