Unfortunately, I ve had the opportunity to use Mock s body and paint a couple times. Each time I ve been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product that they turn out. Service advisors Mark and Teresa works seamlessly together to make sure that I was advised of all changes and a timetable for my vehicles return.Hopefully I won t be in need of their services anytime soon but I could recommend them 100%.They return your vehicle to you completely detailed inside and out, squeaky, clean and sparkling.

BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN TOWN!I took my Mazda3 Hatchback to get it detailed and ready for sale at Mock's Auto Body & Paint and was amazed by their level of service. When I went to pick it up a few days later it looked better than when I first bought it! Not only did they clean the outside and inside spotless, but they also hand painted and popped out a large dent/scratch I had on the side of my car. For FREE! You can barely notice that there was ever a scratch in the first place thanks to their fantastic attention to detail. They truly inspected every inch of my car and did whatever it took to make It in spotless selling condition for no extra cost. I Highly recommend Mock's Auto Body & Paint!

I had my car in for a repair after a hit and run. They made sure not to have me take my car in before they had parts as to not waste my time. Unfortunately, my car was delayed due to smoke and other circumstances out of their control, but their work was beautiful and flawless when I got my car back. They also detailed my car while it was under their care, which I appreciated.

My truck was just short of being totaled. These guys brought my truck back to life quicker than I thought possible. Eric made sure everything was right on it. Very happy and would recommend them for any body work or paint your car needs.

Exceptional experience. Entire staff friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. Made the situation much better overall. Great work on vehicle and timely. The team at Mocks Body Shop was absolutely stellar. From the minute they took possession of our Yukon Denali to the minute they delivered it back to us, the process was smooth, well communicated and just handled so well. I had an excellent experience when I took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for repair because of some careless driving on my part. I hit my front end on my own gate and also had a few other minor boo boos and scrapes. The repair was excellent and everyone I dealt with including Theresa and Eric were friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.Service: Body & Trim

Erik and the Mock's Body Shop Team are the BEST!! My brand new vehicle was hit just a week after purchase and The Mock's Team put all their resources into taking care of it for me quickly, even reaching out to Ford Engineers to discuss the repairs. They made an otherwise painful situation bearable and the communication was top notch! definitely did a very nice job repairing a dent from backing into a pole. Customer service is excellent and the finished result was nicer than the rest of the car! the price is well justified by the service and quality of work done and communication I received throughout the process.

Exceeded our expectations! Eric was the point man on the truck repairs and he was fantastic. Customers service excellent. Workmanship excellent.The fairly new battery died so Eric called my husband and we told him where it was purchased and while we are on the phone to the battery store, Eric is already there! They gave us a new battery and Eric took care of it.Highly recommend Mock's for all your auto body and paint repairs.

My truck was T-boned and Mocks Body and Paint helped me navigate my first dealing with an auto insurance company. They went above and beyond normal customer service and their work is top notch. My expectations were far surpassed and I highly recommend this body shop. Best body shop in Grant's Pass Oregon. Excellent customer service, quick service, I told them the day my rental insurance ran out and my truck was good as new ready for pickup a day before the rental was due! Keep up the great work!

This is the 2nd time I have used Mocks Body Shop! They are absolutely professional and do outstanding work with a GUARANTEE for the whole time you have the car.!. Best quote of everyone. My son also had work done there. Says they are great! Got the car back and they washed it and vacuumed. They do all State Farms claims. Great job!

They did a great job repairing my vehicle and they worked directly with my insurance company. I only had to drop off my vehicle and pick it up. I had my car back within a week and a half.There was one item (the plugs on a panel that kept popping out) that I had inquired about that had nothing to do with my accident. They came to my work and fixed the issue free of charge. Excellent customer service and they kept me updated while they had my vehicle. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do Mock's Body & Paint is the only place I'll go.

ABOVE & BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE!They were super accommodating to my schedule and provided a quote via email that I could easily share with my friend. They ordered my part and let me know when it came in so that I could be without my car for the shortest period of time possible.When I got my car back, it looks NEW - maybe even BETTER than new. The additional detailing and cleaning didn't hurt either. Their price for a new bumper and the work was not at all ridiculous either.

Mock was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in after hitting a deer. They got all the needed info form my insurance, knew me by name when I walked in and had my entire repair done in 5 day. They walked me through each step and explained the entire proses including any bumps in the process (back ordered hoods)I will definitely be bringing any needed repairs to them in the future!

I was rear ended and took my F250 here to get a estimate and repaired. The estimate was by appointment and did not take very long. After approving the estimate they ordered the necessary parts to fix my truck. They kept in very good communication when the parts would be in. I dropped my truck off when they told me to and received it back in the time frame they mention during the estimate. I was very satisfied in the their work and professionalism.Service: Body & Trim

I needed some repairs done because of a accident which I was already stressed about. I had done my research and Mocks had very good reviews and I also was told from several people that they were a reputable company and they did not fail me. Julie who was my first contact there made me feel at ease from the beginning. I also received daily updates via email about the progress of my vehicle. On one occasion I had received a call from my insurance company in regards to minor dispute of coverage. I immediately called Mocks and they assured me that everything was under control which it turned out to be true. In the end I received my car cleaned and the work done on it beautiful. There was even a seatbelt cover at some point went missing. They bought a brand new one to fit both of my seatbelts covers at no charge. I will definitely go back to Mocks to handle any future work if ever needed.

We had our Mazda towed here after hitting a deer on i5. It happened on a Friday morning and they were so easy to work with and were able to deal directly with our State Farm insurance for billing and claims. They had everything completely done and the car back to us by 1:00 on Wednesday. They were so efficient, quick, easy to communicate with, and their work is top notch. The car was given back to us completely clean (inside and out) which was a really nice surprise. I am from Medford, but would drive to Grants Pass for any body shop needs in a heartbeat.

Julie is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and awesome! Our car was t boned and they did an amazing job. It looks brand new! I am so thankful for these guys. I will always recommend them.
