I really cannot say enough good things about these guys, especially Dave who has come out twice & Kathy back in the office working with the manufacturer regarding our warranty - they have been knowledgeable, courteous, and are taking care of our issues with skill! If you see some of my other reviews, you'll see that I don't give 5 stars very often - only when deserved like this team. Thanks so much for making our "Covid" experience more than bearable (we're displaced from Cambodia where we live and staying in our recently purchased RV)

Called them to use the mobile Rv repair service. Told them i had a water leak in the water heater and this was going to be warranty work. They looked up the warranty company and they told me that they do work for them all the time. Then the mobile repair mechanic showed up and right from the start was told a lie. Told me that i pay the $180 service call and i needs to get my reimbursement from the warranty company. That true. So He diagnosed the issue and told me it was a hot water tank leak. I said yes that s why you are here. He took pictures to show the warranty company. They were not good enuf and was denied. Came back out the next week took more pictures and again was denied by the warranty company. Then i called the office and was told a 3rd appointment was needed to get what he needed to start the warranty claim. Then they Never called back. Now 4 weeks into this I called the office back and was told the tech did have the capability? Of giving the warranty company what they needed with out polling the water heater out and leveling me without water for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Ask for a refund was told no. So basically i payed them $180 to send someone out to till me what i new already. And they won t take the job. Bad business practice. Funny thing is called another Rv mobile company. They showed up and started the warranty and completed the job in 3 days. Payed the $180 and was reimbursed. By the warranty company. definitely don t use them for mobile repair and any warranty repairs.

This guy was so nice. I am truly worried something terrible has happened to him. He set an emergency appointment for my refrigerator for 8:15-8:30a. I was up at 6a waiting, moving things to make sure he had room to work. NEVER CALLED EVER. I tried to call, I tried contacting through form on his website for several days after the fact. I gave 3 stars because the owner seemed so kind. I hope he is well.

We are super thankful for Affordable Truck n RV Mobile repair. With a long wait list they still managed to squeeze into their super busy schedule. Our mobile service specialist Dave is very skilled. Always on time! We had multiple problems to address and he was able to fix all them and walk through all issues going on with our trailer. This company came with great recommendation through friends. We ve had them come service multiple times and every time we were left very satisfied and more knowledgeable about the functions of how our trailer works. We highly recommend this company! 5 stars across the board! Thanks again Dave for being such an outstanding mobile service tech! I was honestly extremely worried, I seen that with the issue I had it could have been a lot of cash money to repair my issue.But surprisingly without a tech having to come out, they told me the issue over the phone.Now it wasn t the oil, but because of me going to check the oil I seen somehow my generators coolant was out. Yet I had just filled it up. Of course I have a leak or something.But because of this shops honest advice, it saved me from being potential scammed by a local mechanic or over charged.I know who I ll call next time!!Service: Electrical

I have used affordable RV repairs several times the man that has come to my RV to repair it name is Dave he is the best if he doesn t know the answer he ll find the answer he s courteous on time and does outstanding work I am so pleased I will never have anybody else work on my RV than him and he

Absolutely no regard for customer safety in their service. As cases rise, the flagrant thumbing of their nose at ANY pandemic protections for their employees and customers (despite state mandates) is why I will never again do business there and why today I couldn't even get in the door before having to leave. Such a massive lack of humanity given the average age of RV owners.

It's a mobile repair shop that can't come out to help you. If they can't drive to you that defeats the purpose of saying they are a so called mobile repair shop. Don't call them if you are traveling and need emergency repairs.

We had a great experience with affordable truck and RV they were absolutely wonderful coming to the park we were at and took very good care of getting a motor for the slide out tech David stark was really experienced would recommend highly thanks for your help affordable truck and RVJay & Susan Feagan
