Best shop around! Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. Took my swing arm in and they did a amazing job. I will be taking my bike to them anytime I run in to a problem. I attached some before and after pictures.

Was in a bind. They got me in fix my quad. This is why I will drive 100 miles to get my toys fixed here. Thank you so much! Great customer service.

This place was awesome. Flat tire in Grant's Pass, 6pm on Saturday. Called them and they were closed but answered. Told them our situation and they said they would be there for me to pick up a tube. After replacing tube tire was still not right, drive back to their shop and they thankfully were there and fixed us up. Amazing people, outstanding customer service on Saturday after business. Highly recommend. I would give more stars if I could.

Jeff and Tyler are great, they know their work in and out, they have my respect. Sherry, i think, was extremely rude and berating after I questioned the cost of services. Wanted my quad to be gotten running but it seems a requested budget or to simply ask for communication in what is needed is frowned upon. Tried to say I didn t provide required deposit. No structure, no communication. Unfortunately poor experience.

I live about 30 minutes away now amd still drive out here to take care of all my dirt bike needs. Extremely friendly staff and great owner, with a service department that's on top of it like no other bike shop in the area.And now, a showroom full of Beta bikes to drool over.I strongly recommend this place for any work you need done on your bike. Rebuilds, tire changes, whatever.They have a great selection of bike parts in stock as well as riding gear.

Poor communication and customer service. They just present a bill more than double than quoted. A phone call would have gone a long way!

These guys are amazing. Always fast and friendly. Put new plastics and graphics on my bike and did an amazing job. Jeff and Tyler are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only place I take my bikes.

Great local shop! Have a dual sport that had a carb issue. Had an idea what was going on, but no time to do it on my own. They fixed it first time. Will be taking any issues we can't fix (or don't have time to fix) down their way. Glad they are here!

Jeff rebuilt my yz125 for just under 2k and even though it was short lived, when it broke I brought it back and I m pretty sure it s covered under his warranty. Thankful for lms for sure

We had to take a detour off the Trans America Trail after one of our bikes stripped off its front sprocket. These guys had the part, sold it to us for cheap, and even loaned us tools. They also had tons of air and oil filters, so it's a great place to make a detour to. Everyone in the shop was very friendly, including the two adorable shop dogs.

They were very kind and friendly, and went well out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to be safe when riding my quad so as to maximize my fun. I'll go back there for all my replace.ent parts and upgrades.

I'm a relatively new customer, I'm had a couple Quads in their. I had great service, The phone contact back and forward, Is great, You don't get a call from mechanic from the other shops saying look I found this or you're good there, I bring my bikes from Medford, Tell Joe Jackson , sent you

Had to detour of the TAT for a front sprocket asap, they where open, had one and where super friendly. They let us roll the bike in the shop to swap it. They where fast and friendly and I wish i lived any where in the PNW i would love to deal with them more!Thanks guys !

This is a great shop! The owner did the work on my motorcycle and he did a great job, best shop around, after dealing with a couple other shops in Medford I'm glad I found these guys, they are awesome, great customer service and great mechanics

Top notch! I had a flat tire a couple of years ago while travelling through from the California coast, unfortunately they did not have what I needed in a new tire. They helped me out giving me directions to the local BMW store in Medford where they had just phoned finding me a new Metzler. They then plugged a badly cut tire and filled it full of air all at no cost to me. Unbelievable!

They really know their stuff, and have a passion for what they do. Great place for everything off road, and they can even help you out with your street bikes. Local and family operated

Took my bike in without calling in ahead of time to see they had an opening for mechanic work. They told me it would be about 3 hours before it would be ready. Not even a half hour later they called & it was done.

Couldn't believe it they had a part for my 97 Honda z50r in stock and told me how to get it done and corrected a mistake I would have made if done it my way. Thank you one motorsports.

This is my family's friends and they work great on motor bikes and quads. They sell beautiful 4 wheelers, 2 wheelers, and some dune riders.
