I bought a truck with new Les Schwab batteries. The post melted. They refuse to warranty it. Battery is less than 4 mo old, and they installed it.The days of good customer service at Les Schwab are long gone.

Thank you Dave Loveless for your outstanding customer service. The folks at the front desk were nice as well, thank you. I came in to get my suspension checked out and Dave was awesome. He made his inspection and found the problem then fixed it. Thanks again for your kindness. God bless!

I love Les Schwab Matt and his crew always do a great job and stand behind the work they do. You pay for quality and reassurance. Les schwab is always there when I need them and even provide shuttle services to and from work. I will only trust Les schwab to do the job as they do it well. Love the location and popcorn too. Plenty of fast food or Babes across the street incredible food to choose from if you need to wait.

The tire pressure light came on so we stopped by Les Schwab. Tyler was the one who checked and filled all the tires. We were impressed with his service and appreciated his knowledgeable input about the condition of our tires.

Great place very helpful and nice people. Great attitude for workers and great atmosphere and had some great deals at the time of my purchase. Also quick and easy to set up paper work for financing. Keep up they great work and service

The customer service at this place is horrible. They didn't put my hub cap back on right and it came off but they refused to make it right. In the past they have not put all the bolts back on my tire resulting in only one bolt holding the tire on. When I took it back I was told that's why tires have more then one bolt holding them on. Never mind the safety aspect I guess.

Excellent customer service. Came in for a quote on tires. They said they could do it tonight. I told them I had to be somewhere at 6:00 p.m. and it is 5 :00 p.m. they said you'll have tires we close at 6:00. 5:30 I was driving away with new tires.

Traveled 1500 plus miles and got flat 60 miles from home, Less Schaub was 3 miles away so we pulled in and they fixed it right away. Great service .

We were traveling through and the tires to our 2001 trailer were with to the core. We knew something was wrong but had no idea. This tire center was immediately there to assist. We were only in town for 2 days and also needed to sleep in the RV. We have 2 large dogs. What kind and compassionate folks work there. We are now back on the road and are safe, thanks to these wonderful folks. God bless you all!

Speedy service with a soda. When mean speedy that means your only there for maybe a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes. Definitely recommend to your friends and family.

These guys are the best ever! Every time I go there they get me in right away they re friendly, very helpful and don t try to sell me stuff I don t need! I highly recommend them over the other GP store!

I have never had a bad experience at Les Schwab on 6th Street in Grants Pass. I have been a customer at this location for 16 years. Staff is helpful, friendly, and informative, answering all questions and addressing any concerns. I trust them to keep me safe in my travels with their free trip check policy. Good job, thank you.

Helped us get back on the road as we had a blowout during our long 10-hour road trip. More than one employee jumped in to help us. I love good customer service. It is something we are really missing today. THANK YOU.

Picked up a screw in Eden Valley and the next morning, dropped the rig off at LS and wandered off to breakfast. I had barely started enjoying my cup of coffee before they called and let me know it was done. Patched, fed and off to more adventures!

Kurt the assistant manager is a great guy to work with. I ve went to multiple stores and he is always polite and helpful. I d recommend asking for him at the Grants Pass location by Dairy Queen on 6th st. Thank you for the great service and speedy installation of my tires.

The skid plate and the plastic piece in front of it had come loose while going down an incline ramp on my 2022 honda civic last night and Le Schwab had it fixed in 10 minutes FOR FREE and i am on my way to Redding. Jim Sigel Honda couldn't even bother doing a 10 minute fix - they wanted me to wait 5-6 hours for this.Incredible customer service from this Les Schwab location. Great and friendly people. Thank you!

Please never take your car here. Their mechanics are hacks. Everyime i bring my car here they break something on my car. In this instance I brought some tires in to be replaced. When i dropped my car off and was waiting for my ride the tech came outside with my keys openly complaining about customers that bring their own tires in. Then i get a call a little while later saying they replaced the tires but "broke a lug bolt because whoever worked on it before cross threaded the lug bolts". I know for a fact they were not, the last person to touch the tires was my self and they were all put on by hand. I have seven years experience as a mechanic and have never cross threaded a lug bolt before, using that exact technique. Their service writers didnt want to have a conversation about my issue at all. Now i can pay then 600 bucks to replace my hub or spend my weekend doing it myself. I think i learned my lesson. Ill never be back and i urge u to heed my warning.

Always there to help, rain, snow or shine! This establishment is consistently helpful and friendly. With the weather fluctuations, my tires have been going low on psi, so I've been there a lot lately. Each time I have gone, I am greeted warmly and they are happy to help me get back to a safe psi level. If you need tires, the installation time is minimal and you are out of there in no time.

We are still trying to figure out if a change of corporate is a good or a bad thing. Appears to be a few less customers but employees appear happier. We will see. The crew at this location is very good.

Kaleb at Les Schwab saved the day! Had a tire light come on and although it was an expensive and stressful situation and I needed two new tires, it was right before closing and him and his team were more then happy to educate me and find the best solution to my tire problem. I was met with understanding, compassion, relation, and speed of service. I will always remain a loyal customer to Les Schwab. Especially for outstanding service like what I received today.

I had just had a bad experience at the Les Schwab on union, but I really needed my rig checked. So I came to this store. They were busy and I waited in line. I am a senior and use a cane, a nice young woman stepped up to a vacant register and called me over. She was very nice and told me it would take about a half hour. They got right on it and it was less than a half hour and they had it ready. Plus they checked it all over told me some things that I might need to fix and I paid my bill and thanked them for the good service. They did not seem to care that I did not have their tires on my rig, contrary to the union store. Very different than the store on union. (See my review on the union location )

Experienced a mishap with one of my tires. Pulled in with no appointment. They confirmed that I needed new tires. Got everything completed within an hour. Very professional and friendly. Great team there in Grants Pass.

This Les Schwab was pretty accommodating I had went to the other les Schwab and had 4 brand new tires put ony car was about 900$ a few days go buy and I noticed two my ties were low filled them up and a couple of days later they were low again so I filled them up and took my car to the 6th St Les Schwab and told the guy behind the counter what was going on and he swore up and down I had gotten screws in my two of my tires these tires are brand new and maybe driven on twice it's my other car,about an hour or so later the technician said my car was ready he told me that the guys at the other locations didn't take the stickers off the bead and the tires were leaking we're the stickers were yes the problem was corrected and I appreciate that, I never heard back from the tall skinny grey haired man behind the counter, this was not a great experience and I will probably never go back here again what if I had an accident because of there incompetent work performance, please be careful you if purchase tires from here, D.C
