Have taken two different cars a few times into Kelly's and very pleased with their service from walking through the doors to the end result! I feel they are honest, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very clear on what to expect and give you options and prices prior to performing the work. Would highly recommend Kelly's Automotive!

Five stars is not nearly enough stars for Kelly's Automotive! They are trustworthy, expert, helpful, and quick. Away from home I showed up at 7:45am on a Monday (!!) with no appointment, but a compelling recommendation from a local Kelly's customer. They got me in, gave me a ride to my friend's house, and then got the problem diagnosed and repaired by sunset. An unexpected bonus was power-washing my engine compartment so my 17 year old car looks brand-new under the hood AND they also replaced a leaking PCV valve without charging labor for the repair. This shop is more like a kind of "car repair heaven" where good things happen: the customer care is off-the-charts, communication is excellent, people are kindly, prices are reasonable, and somehow (Kelly's Automotive magic?) everything is so much better when you drive away than when you walked in the door.

The reviews don't lie! I appreciate that they are very honest with their assessments and give me a full break down of what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Their customer service is more like family service and I greatly appreciate that they will take care of you! Definitely will be going here for any automotive services from here on out!Shoutout to Cara for providing me a wonderful customer service throughout my first appointment with them! Had that CV clicking in the Subaru front end just before a long winter trip. Crystal got me scheduled right away and Dave s team got things sorted out quickly. The team also took the time to do an overall check, swapped out the wiper blades, serviced the washer fluid and made sure all fluids and filters were ready for the trip. The price was very affordable and I d say the excellent service was special but it was pretty standard for Team Dave Kelly!

If you have any vehicle issues I highly recommend Kelly's Automotive. They know what they are doing and you can trust that the work will be done right. Plus while you are waiting you can drink coffee and relax in their super comfy waiting room while watching a movie. Kelly's automotive is the best..

I have multiple vehicles and the newest is a 2003 model. Thus, I have gotten to know the folks at Kelly s pretty well.They are personable and do top notch work. I intend to keep my business with these fine folks.

Nicest people ever! I went in looking to purchase a break light and they offered to change it completely for 20$. I went to try And pay and my card declined. But they replaced it for free along with brand new windshield wipers! I could cry with how kind and thoughtful they are. Especially when things are tight financially for everyone! I called Kelly's all upset not knowing what was wrong with my car. The woman I spoke with was super helpful & kind & assured me that they will take of it. (I think her name wass Shelly, I apologize if that's wrong) They were able to get me in the very next day. I brought it in on a Tuesday & it was ready on Wednesday! My car runs great, problem solved. The entire office staff were great & my dad had fun chatting with everyone. :) Fast, courteous, dependable. I would definitely recommend Kelly's Automotive!

I found Kelly's Automotive to be the best priced company in the Valley for an oil change that uses 5W-20 synthetic blend oil. A full inspection came with the oil change, and they pointed out minor repairs that I'll need in the future. The customer service was excellent.

We've tried a couple other auto shops in Grants Pass, but had both poor and terrible experiences with them. We've had consistent good experiences with Kelly's. I just wish they'd work on my old '79 square body.

Such amazing service and kindness!! I had taken my car to a Toyota dealership and they couldn't diagnose the issue, but took it to Kelly's and my Sienna has never ran better!! And.....they had a loaner car too!! Highly recommend !!!!

I was charged a reasonable amount for my AC service and the job was done within a few hours. I declined changing my cabin filter for $30, but apparently that message didn't make it to the tech because I had a brand new one in there after I checked later. I was not charged additional for it though, so I'm definitely not complaining.I would rate 5 stars, but I definitely disagree with their suggestion that my 6 month old clean and straight rotors needed resurfacing. This made me worry I couldn't necessarily trust any other service recommendations from them.Edit: I was absolutely wrong about my rear brakes, they started squeaking less than a month later and do need attention. I've raised my rating to 5 stars to reflect that and apologize for doubting their recommendation.

I arrived at the shop because it was highly recommended by my tow service. I arrived on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and had to sleep in a parking lot until Friday morning. Much to my amazement they bothered to come in on Black Friday. I met them at the door at 7:45 as they were opening and told them that my car wouldn't start or stay running. They had my car in the shop at a priority by 8:15. They had it diagnosed by 10:00 and had the parts found and ordered by 10:15. The parts weren't supposed to arrive till 3:30 but they managed to get him there by 1. My car was released to me by 2:30 the same day I brought it to them. These guys were kind, helpful and reasonably priced. Later that afternoon I ended up meeting the owner and he felt so bad that I didn't get a chance to get home to have dinner with my family he invited me over on Black Friday to have leftovers with his family. My wife, son and I accepted and had a wonderful evening getting to know Dave and Lisa. Another thing worth noting is that the mechanic that was in showed up even though he had a horrible tooth ache and he was the one that saved me from having to sit for another day. That mechanic is a real God sent in my opinion and extremely good at his job. You see I work as a mechanic I wasn't able to diagnose it but he's a better mechanic and even I am and that's saying a lot. To help me out even farther they did a complete inspection on my vehicle and found a few things that I didn't know existed. I didn't hire them or pay them to do that inspection. They did it to be charitable good Christian people. This shop will not let you down if you give him a chance. I will definitely go back and see my new friend Dave and Lisa again. Also the two service riders in there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Jared & staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter was having some issues with her car and they squeezed her in same day to get her back on the road safely!! My car broke down on our trip to Washington. AAA revommemed shop. Jared and staff fixed my car and gave is a courtisy ride to Medford so I could arrange lodging while my car was being fixed. If I lived nearby this would be my new mechanic.

We were driving from Bay area to Seattle. In a minor incident yesterday, the fender broke apart. We decided to give a try on fixing it as we have a long drive to cover.In Kelly s the not only fixed it free of charge, they took such good care of us while we were waiting on their lounge. They really live upto their value !!!

Kelly's did a brake repair job on my Windstar. They had every opportunity to charge a lot for the service but, after they found a rock stuck in the brake shoe -- they removed it and didn't charge me anything. A few miles past Grants Pass we had a shredded serpentine belt on our Sprinter campervan. We called Kelly's a few minutes before closing and they welcomed us to have it towed to their lot. They were slammed with work and a couple technicians on vacation but they fit us in, diagnosed several issues beyond the serpentine belt, patched us up, and got us on our way. During our stay they offered to drive us anywhere we might want to go (we didn't take them up on that) and they had a very comfortable waiting room for us and our dog. The local area has several food options and accommodations options as well. It seemed all the folks we interacted with came out to wish us well on our continuing journey. They were amazing!

I traveled from Napa to Grant's Pass and my car overheated due to a defective radiator cap. My Subaru mechanic in Santa Rosa recommended Kelly's. Within 15 minutes of talking to Damien (I believe? Line extension 2 for the "nicest guy in the world" which was totally true!), I brought my car in. Two hours later, they called me to tell me about the quick and cost effective fix. They prioritized my service as it was Friday afternoon and I had to travel back to Napa on Sunday. My trip home was perfect, thanks to them. Thank you Kelly's, also to Damien and the kind woman at the front desk!

Kelly's automotive is excellent, both in customer service and car care! Callie and Jared are both awesome! Callie went above and beyond dealing with problems from my insurance company and even helped out when my credit card was causing problems. They've always been fair with me and never try to get you to pay for extra repairs that you really don't need. I'm glad to have a place like this in our back yard! Thanks Kelly's automotive!

I called Kelly s twice to set up work for my bmw. The website says they specialize in BMWs. The lady I spoke to knew what type of car it was. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and then was told by the shop that they did not work on BMWs. I now have to pay for a second tow to a different shop. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I had heard good thing about this shop. I am very disappointed in my experience.

I typically don't leave reviews, but these guys deserve one. They went far above and beyond to help me out this past week. On August 6th I got into an accident. I was able to drive my car to them the next morning, but it was mot truly safe to drive. I am from Missouri and was traveling through for work. Without a car I had no way to get to and from work. These guys offered me a shuttle service which brought me to the hotel I was staying at the previous night to check out and collect my dogs. Then they took me to work for that morning. Their service did not end there. They continued to communicate with my father in law who was back in MO and trying to help me since I couldn't really do much between not having a car and having to work. To say that the people at the shop bent over backwards to try and help me is the biggest understatement of the year. They not only rushed everything that needed to be done to try and get my car fixed before I had to leave for my next work destination, but they even met us after hours when we finally decided the car had reached its limit and my FIL and fianc� had driven out with the title to sell it. Then to go a step further, they gave me some safety equipment for the road and even saved a local newspaper that had myself and my dog performing on the front cover. They were honest throughout the entire process about everything and not once did we feel like money was a motivation for them at all. When they say they strive to take care of people they truly mean it. If I'm ever traveling through grants pass again I will definitely stop if I need car help and to thank them again for everything they did for me. I wish all places were like these guys. To everyone on that team I will never be able to say thank you enough for all you did.

Was in a hard spot when my car wouldn't start in the morning before work. I have a 45 min drive and I appreciated their willingness and ability to get my car in quickly. It turned out to be a simple problem and I definitely felt what they charged was very fair. Honest mechanics!

I was very impressed with Kelly s and I ll never go anywhere else again. It was my first time there and I needed a new oil pan and my rear brakes done. They discovered my oil pan would definitely last me until my next oil change which saved me a lot of $. Now that I know what to expect I can save up. My rear brakes were done within the same day and the price was reasonable. All of the staff are friendly and down to earth. The lounge has super comfy chairs. I m going back when my oil pan is due to be changed!Service: Brakes

WOW! I can not believe the service we received! We had always taken our car to the dealer for oil change and service but we decided to give Kelly s a try instead. Now I will never go to the dealer again The service at Kelly s is phenomenal! Everything about it was perfect. We received an oil change at a fair price with pictures to show what was found and they gave us recommendations for what needs to be fixed next time. They were informative and not pushy. They even dropped off our car for us. They made what is usually a chore an easy and painless experience. I would highly recommend Kelly s! Oil cooler lines on my 2015 canyon blew friday by Wednesday i was back on the road !! They Did not replace unnecessary parts cleaned up the oil that blew all over the truck 5 quarts to be exact highly recommended them

Kelly's automotive always does a great job with the vehicles I bring in. They are very detailed oriented and give me real answers about what the car will need. They give you a printout of pictures of the problem and what the case scenario cost may be of the repairs. One of the best car repair places in grants pass. They are super hones , and I highly recommend them for all your car repair needs.
