Great operation and longtime friends of mine. Jim Sigel was able to get us a new Honda Accord hybrid touring model in Sonic Gray pearl when they just weren't available. We have bought several cars from the dealership and referred several friends and family members that purchased cars there. Great car to drive, especially at 50+ mpg.

My only complaint is when I got back in my car and started it, I got a "low battery warning" for my key fob. My son-in-law had just changed it a few months ago. The suggestion in the service manual of holding it by the ignition switch didn't work. I had him change it again. Warning is gone. Why didn't your service people see this and rectify it?

Robin took me on a comprehensive test drive, answered all my questions, and treated me with respect and compassion as I struggled with the decisions I was making. Once I finally made my decision the car was well prepped and waiting as I took delivery on Saturday and Robin was there through the entire month long process. I really appreciate the patience and care the sales staff showed me, most notably Robin.

It's been 22 years since we purchased our (pre-owned) 2000 Chevy Silverado Z71 from Jim Sigel and they have helped to keep it in great shape through various bumps & bruises and excellent maintenance. Both Jeff & Geoff in the Collision Center got our tailgate mishap repaired seamlessly and quickly. Then KC, in the Service department, diagnosed our injection and fuel tank problems quickly, repaired them, fixed a number of lights, oil changed, 5000 mile service, brake fluids, checked everything and even gave us a low cost rental. These guys know their Chevrolet's inside & out! Everyone was helpful, courteous, and just simply awesome, and that includes the shuttle driver. Love our Chevy truck, looks & drives like new - thanks to all these great people! Senior & Veteran approved!

We had a wonderful experience at Jim Sigel. Robin, our salesperson was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted and showed us cars that fit in that category. We did end up buying a wonderful car. The rest of the staff were great too. A painless car buying experience! I would recommend Robin highly!

Scott Lyter Is the best. Just purchase my second vehicle from him. 2019 Nissan Pickup for my son. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I even get holiday and birthday cards from him. This morning I informed him there was a chip in window. He has a guy coming to my house to fix it today. Really need more then 5 stars for this phenomenal service. The repair shop is always on there game. When I take car in for oil change, they always wash the car. Thank you. We will see you soon.

Robin Bresley, who sold me my Nissan Frontier, is a great asset to your organization. She was friendly and knowledgeable (as were all the other members of the staff I interacted with). After the sale she took me on a tour of the dealership, helped with some connection setups on the truck, and then told me to not hesitate to contact her if I had any questions about functions on the vehicle. Best dealership experience I've ever had!!

The only Nissan dealer in So. Oregon with any kind of inventory. Prices were reasonable. Tried to lowball me on my trade- in but we were able to come to an agreement. Super nice sales person, Andres.No high pressure sales. I probably won't come back for service only because I live in another county. I have no regrets about my purchase.

Kyle in the service parts automotive department kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the whole time. He gave me a rental car for the four days my truck sunroof was being repaired due to a factory defect leak. It s not the first time I ve used their service department with my other vehicle and every time has been efficient service. All the personal that I dealt with with phone calls, to turning in my auto were professional and friendly. Beautiful waiting room, free coffee and water and free rental for long waits to get me back to my life. They re fantastic. And always a job well done.

I have had my Nissan to five different mechanics in Grants Pass and gotten five different diagnoses of what is wrong with my car. The service department here was fast and reliable in telling me what was actually wrong with it. The customer service was top notch and I would recommend Jim Segel to anyone.

Jim Cimfl was an excellent salesman, answered all my questions, no pressure, and made me feel so comfortable. Jim in Finance was a sweetheart and so personable. Explained everything in depth to me. Geoff in collision who was the first person I dealt with within the Jim Sigel team was so friendly and thorough. All my interactions with this dealerships team treated me with the utmost respect, made me feel like I was a long time friend, and part of their family. This is the only car dealerships I will deal with.

Our salesperson, Russell, was top-notch. We would buy a vehicle here just based on our interaction with him.However, the predelivery inspection was poor, with the entire left front lighting being disconnected.As well, I would recommend financing elsewhere, as Rogue Credit Union is very difficult to conduct business with (not that this is the dealerships fault, but I would recommend they look into alternatives for their customers).

I just got a car to get me to college. My sales person that was helping me was Robin. Robin is an amazing lady who was like my car genie and knew legit everything. She made the experience the best possible. And I absolutely love my new car!!!

I bought my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder in May of 2019, and it was such an easy buying experience. I knew what I wanted and that's what I was given. No pressure to try other vehicles, and no pressure to buy. I needed my payments to be under a certain amount and that is exactly what I got. Phil worked out numbers for me, Johnny didn't pressure me into buying, and Cedrick was great on the back end. I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

I asked for the best trade-in amount for my car and and Jim Segal offered me a price I thought was quite fair. I then asked for a best price on a 2023 CR-V Hybird Sport Touring. The price measured well against comparisons and so the purchase was done. We are quite happy.

Today, my wife and I came in to finalize transferring our lease to a purchase of our 2020 Honda Pilot. Keaton Jones, a man we have worked with in the past and admire so much, had to miss our meeting due to his sweet little girl keeping him up all night because she was sick. He asked his colleague, Grant, if he could fill in for him. Grant did a wonderful job taking care of us. Then, Bill, the financial officer, finished up the process. Bill was very accommodating and explained the numbers to us very well. Jim Sigel made some good choices, in regards to hiring those guys I just mentioned. We were traveling and had an emergency issue with our vehicle. Called the dealer and were told to bring our vehicle in. The service rep was the one we had talked to he was very helpful and was able to have a technician look at our vehicle. They were able to get address the issue and get us back on the road.

The best dealership maintenance visit we have ever had. Everything was explained step by step from the time we made the appointment to when they saved us over $400 dollars on what turned out to be a warranty repair. Our service consultant Kyle Owen made this such an easy in and out experience I would recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Jim Sigel Automotive. Jim Sifl has been my salesman since I purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue and he held my hand all year when I had questions about all the new technology in my car. Unfortunately, my husband, a disabled Vietnam Vet, recently required the use of a wheelchair and the VA advised I needed a heavier vehicle to tow the chair. I called Jim and he brought a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder to my home to make sure it would fit in my garage and that my husband was comfortable inside. All negotiations were conveniently done over the phone, reasonable trade-in for my Rogue, 0% interest with Nissan Finance and Jim Sigel paid for the hitch and installation and custom floor mats. The VA had a chair lift installed which caused a bit havoc with some of the safety features installed on the Pathfinder. The vehicle would not let me back up because it thought something was blocking my path. I would put it in reverse and move a couple of feet and then it would brake. I called Service and they made an appointment with their Nissan specialist, came in and Bill gave me a ride home. A few hours later Keith called and advised my car was fixed and that Bill was on his way to pick me up. Keith thoroughly explained the issue and the fix and I was happily on my way NO CHARGE. I tell all my friends and family: CAN'T GO WRONG with Jim Siegel Automotive!

Team worked hard to get a very nice car inside my budget. Did not take a bunch of time and they were open and honest throughout the process. I have bought many cars and trucks at Jim Sigel and would not go anywhere else.
