This is a great location! All the guys working here are very friendly and explain things well. They offer advice but aren t pushy and make you feel like you re valued. I love how you can sit in your car and watch them do the work. My jeep is running so much better now! Thanks guys and I ll see you again soon for those suggested items!

Honestly, I was so surprised that Jiffy Lube was right there all these years and I had never used them for an oil change! I pass it almost daily! The staff was so efficient, very respectful and professional yet also kind and took the time to explain things to me. I am definitely a fan!!!Thank you to the amazing team for informing me of timely repairs on my 2014 Dodge Journey. You showed me what was most important to fix now and what to keep an eye on. I felt the prices were reasonable for convenient, on-the-spot repair. I had my big issues fixed and felt safe driving to Portland the next day plus I was comfortable with the cost I paid for services.I have and will continue to brag on your team! Keep up the great work!

The team at Jiffy Lube was beyond helpful and wonderful! They did the work on my SUV for cheaper, took way less time AND did a superior job. I am absolutely pleased to recommend them to anyone for any repairs!

I love the people who work there. They are kind and care that everything is done well. I trust that they know their job. I like that I can drive in and they are able to take care of my car for other problems. They always check all the systems to make sure it is safe. I refer people to jiffy lube in grants pass.

Great service and quick! Advised me of recommended maintenance items but didn t pressure me on up selling for services I really didn t need. Very pleased Will continue to get all my oil changes there.

Always super friendly, eager to help, and fix any missed things. I went in for a transmission flush, left and realized there was a leak so i took it back and my washer was bad so they fixed it quickly and got me back on my way. They usually have coupons too and let you know what they got deals on which is always awesome.

A 5 star rating for stellar customer service, due to the manager, Austin P. and his crew, who all went above and beyond my expectations. Knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and above all - honest. I had choices in what manufacture recommendations that I wanted to take care of, or wait on. I cannot say enough positive things about this specific Jiffy Lube location in Grants Pass Oregon.

Visited the Grants Pass Jiffy Lube near the end of their shift--needing a fuel filter replaced. They kindly stayed late to get it done and performed a lot of other necessary service. They referred me locally for what they weren't able to do and went above and beyond reasonable expectations to help. They're honest, fast, kind and technically knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

It's not often a visit to the local lube shop is looked forward to. My visit was delightful.The three guys there were in perfect unison juggling back and forth between myself and another car in the bay next to me. I chose to go with a new air filter and new wiper blades while I was there. Never once did I feel like I was being upsold and I left with knowing my 22 Silverado was well maintained.Thanks guys. I'll come back through next time I'm in Grant's Pass.

Great staff, also not sure your aware (I wasn't) they do brakes, tires, tire rotations, ac work, this spot does light mechanical work and oil, they are so friendly, accessable, and quick, will be doing all car work they are able to do through them!Update: I have been going through them a little over a year now, everything I said holds true still. These guys are the only place I'll go for oil changes. The staff is just phenomenal, I believe he's the manager, but the main guy there, really makes this place shine. (Sorry owner) GET THIS MAN A PAY RAISE, his customer service and down to earth genuine attitude can't be measured in money, he makes this location shine. He always is in the bays making sure customers are cared for and appreciated, I prefer to pay local business, rather than business chains, but as long as this man's here, I'll go no where else!

You guys rock I will tell everyone and anyone to come here there reasonable affordable and they keep my vehicle in top shape I appreciate you all very much I plan on returning soon to get the repairs needed also they got my car preference increased and so I'm going to send as many possible clients your way I feel like you're my kind of people very humble to have found this location I feel safe driving knowing that they tighten up few things and 20 other shops failed to see problems or chose to not inform me so happy thanks for all your help today I'll be seeing you guys again soon

Great spot to drop off the car and go for a quick stroll. A1 Market next door, liquor store across the street, and Safeway in perfect view. They looked over my vehicle while doing an oil change, and when I returned they pointed out which fluids were low and what components might need future replacement. Nothing was worked on without express permission. Acceptable pricing. Conscientious staff. Surprisingly organized shelves.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Jiffy Lube will change headlamps!!I rolled in there this morning, it took about 10 minutes for both headlamps to be replaced. The workers were nice & welcoming.
