Hams Auto is a very reputable shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've had to had work done on my rig twice in a year now and Ham's has come through both times. Kim is frequent with her communications and status updates and Richard is just so easy to work with. We appreciate the professionalism and the great work!

This shop was recommended by friends and my insurance company after I was in a collision. They took great care of my car and their communication was amazing. They have a great relationship with the rental car company and made sure that they were there waiting for me on the first day. After all was said and done my car looked and ran great! Ham's Body Shop did a fine job of repairing and painting my car's front end. The staff did a great job of explaining what was needed and my options. I recommend this body shop!

My daughter was involved in a hit and run. I uploaded a picture and filed a claim with my insurance company (Progressive). They estimated the damage to be $985 after our $1000 deductible and were eager to write us a check and settle the claim. I had seen a Ham s commercial weeks earlier I called Hams and spoke with Frank the Manager, he offered to let me swing by so he could take a look at it because pictures May say a thousand words but they don t tell the whole story. After a quick visual inspection Frank informed me unfortunately the car would be considered a total due to the impact bumper and other extensive repairs not seen in the picture. In addition he encouraged me to get a second opinion. I did this and was so relieved I took his suggestion!! The Second company confirmed his assessment but also suggested some sketchy repairs to get around totaling our car. The insurance company adjuster met at Hams where they were able to properly assess vehicle and we were able the retain the value ($7300) of our car which we just paid off. The honesty and integrity I discovered at Hams is unheard of. The rest of the staff was friendly, efficient and made a stressful time seamless. I have to add that Hams didn t profit at all other than this review for excellent honest customer service!! Thank you Ham s Body shop, Frank and staff at Hams!!

I had a great experience at Hams Auto Body. Frank and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. The quality of their work is superior and I am very impressed with their attention to detail. Frank took care of all the details of the confusing Insurance process. They got my truck finished when they said they would and it s much better than I expected. Had an excellent experience with Ham's. Frank was extremely professional and went the extra mile to protect our interests. Our car was hit while parked and the insured company (State Farm) would not approve replacement parts that were new even though our car was only two years old and still covered under the new car warranty. Our car was repaired in a very timely manner and we were very pleased with the professionalism and care that were taken by Ham's and Frank.

Ham's helped me with a repair. Their customer service was above and beyond. They truly care about their customers and try to save them the most possible. They fixed an extra part on my car for free, and beautifully detailed the car before returning it to me. One of the parts malfunctioned at no fault of the shop and they worked hard to make it right on my tight timeline. I highly recommend this shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took several weeks to get into this shop, but once I was scheduled everything was handled with excellence. We were taken to our car rental, as Enterprise was running behind and not able to pick us up. I received timely phone calls with the progress on my car. I purchased tires from Costco and they took the car to Costco to have the tires and wheels mounted. When the car was finished they drove home to me. This was about 125 miles out of their way. Their manager Frank exceeded all my expectations and the car was beautifully put back together.Thank you Ham's for all your attention to detail

Despite the numerous 5 star reviews, I however had what I can only describe as a 1 star experience. I spoke on the phone with Frank to schedule a 6:30 a.m appraisal of my vehicle which had been hit in a parking lot. I arrived at the body shop 5 minutes before my appointment time to find him not there. I texted to let him know I was there and he called saying he was running 20 minutes late. Normally this would not have been an issue for me but due to the fact that it was 6:30 in the morning and I had scheduled this time around my work schedule it was incredibly inconvenient. I ended up having to take time out of my work day later that morning to get my appraisal done only to have him tell me that the work done in my vehicle would require possible replacement on parts that were no where close to the area of damage. Although I am not a mechanic my internal alarm bells were ringing at this point. I sought a second option and they confirmed that his quote was incorrect. I found the entire experience incredibly incompetent and I was frustrated with the time I had wasted at such an early hour to get the appraisal done. Frank s professionalism was abysmal to say the least. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone based on this experience and instead owe the repairs to my vehicle completely to Mocks Body Shop. Thank goodness!! They were much easier to work with and were able to get my quote done same day (on my lunch hour!) and scheduled my car rental for me! In my opinion, skip Hams and go with Mocks. Your experience will be much better!!

Great people to deal with when you need body work. Our car looks great; was amazed at the detailing of even the inside of the car when we picked it up. They worked with our insurance, and were good about calling us with updates as they went along. Great customer service, and great body work. Thank you, Ham's

I recently got into my first fender bender. I had my car towed to Ham's. A friend had recommended them for their honesty. I have to say I was so impressed with Frank and the rest of the staff. Everything was explained well and Frank went to bat for me. The car ended up totalled. I hope to never need their services again but will head straight to Ham's if it's ever needed.

Overall happy, would recommend. The new manager is getting in a rhythm. My truck is a 2015 GMC Sierra all black, elevation edition. wrecked into the cab corner and side of bed. At the beginning of my experience, Frank (manager) was just running around with his head cut off trying to get things flowing at Hams. My appointment was moved back for no reason and things were moving a little too slow. When I got the call to pick up the truck (weeks later), it had some obvious imperfections. I will say that the paint was feathered in perfectly, outstanding job with the black paint. Some body lines and gaps were off, I took it back and Frank made it right. He even picked me up and dropped me off at my house in the next town over. They then detailed my truck after it went back for the fixes. After all, truck looks new and I would go back. Frank has leadership qualities and he will get the place in order.

This place is amazing! Professional and the work is top-notch. Our insurance tried to give us an after market bumper but Frankie (the manager) instantly called us and said that we don t want that. My car looks brand new!! I would not hesitate to recommend them and I know where I ll go for any future auto body needs.

Frank and all the employees at Hams Body Shop were extremely helpful and kind while fielding the many questions I had in dealing with a recently claim. Frank worked with our insurance provider to complete the photo inspection and submit our claim. They were willing to store our car in their lot until the insurance company was ready to pick it up, all free of charge! We will definitely use Hams Body Shop in the future!

Hamms treated me very well. They did a beautiful, professional job on my car. The car looks the best it has ever looked and I am confident It has been repaired correctly with factory parts. I recommend Hamms to anyone needing any kind of body work done on their vehicle. I am very very happy with the car. It looks like new and I know it was done right!

This is a great shop to bring your car in for repairs! Their workmanship is excellent!I have taken my sports car and my Mustang convertible there, and my cars look better than ever when I come and pick them up. They use only factory (brand specific) parts and they have a good warranty policy.Thank you Ham s Body Shop!

I hit a deer in my car. Cracked the front bumper and cracked a few other spots. I took it in to get the estimate and repairs done. They were straight forward about everything. I dropped it off Monday and got it back Wednesday. Cant tell anything was ever wrong! They even detailed the inside and outside for me. Very friendly and professional. After reading reviews online I opted to go with Ham s Body Shop to fix my rear corner panel which suffered body damage. They were friendly and got the work done, as well as dealt with the insurance company. My girl (RAV4) looks good as new and I m glad to have her back.Thank you Frank at Ham s for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for me during trying times.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very fast and thorough job! They took excellent care of me and my vehicle! From asking if I needed a ride when I dropped off my car all the way to the finished product, they went out of their way to take care of me and keep me updated just about everyday! I will definitely going back to them when I m in need!

I could not have taken my car to a more honest or reputable place than Hams! With my vehicle being hit in a parking lot while I was in the store I was frustrated I had to take my vehicle anywhere. Ham's was able to work with me on times and schedule and were able to let me know when the vehicle would be done with constant communication. Aimee was wonderful at the front desk with my multiple phone calls and felt like I had known her forever and was a friend!!! Not only was my car ready before the time Frank had estimated but they had detailed the inside of my vehicle! It looked and smelled amazing! I will only take my vehicle to Hams! They have lifetime customers out of our family!

have needed a big fix and a couple of small fixes to my vehicle over the past year. I am so impressed with Hams body shop. Theyve always been so professional and fair. Every employee has been kind and helpful. I was given rides to and from my destinations while my car was being worked on. I will never use another body shop as Hams is hands down the BEST body shop ive ever been to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Frank and the Team at Hams we re extremely helpful, I hit a deer and when taking it into hams they were on top of things! It only took a 3 days and I heard back from them with an update. Unfortunately the vehicles damage made it a loss! It was totaled. But non the less frank made sure they weren t going to just throw any after market parts on the vehicle if they did try to save it, he would make sure they got it back to exactly how it was before the accident. Anyway thank you to Hams, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for body work!

I could not be more happy with this business. I strongly suggest anyone to go here. They are very professional and get things done! My sons truck got hit by my nephew, So a sticky family situation. Frank was Amazing on being sensitive to our needs and had things done quickly. He definitely made a tough situation Run smooth. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for all your help. Hamm s did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and my experience working with them was truly amazing. From my first encounter with Amy in the office it was apparent that Hamms goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are completely satisfied.Frank the shop manager, communicated all aspects of the process. He informed me he would call every other day to advise me of the status of repairs being preformed. I was pleasantly surprised when he kept his word and called to keep me posted. This is something I find truly amazing as Hamms customers are treated above and beyond any other auto body repair shop I ve dealt with in the past.Dave and his crew ensured my vehicle was safe to drive and even made some adjustments so I could use my vehicle before my repair date. This saved me hundreds in the cost of a rental car. I felt no stress and confident I was in good hands.When my vehicle was ready Frank actually sped things up to accommodate my schedule. Hamms takes no short cuts either. My vehicle was repaired, washed, and basically detailed inside and out. I was more than satisfied and frank went over every detail of the repairs.Hamms is the only auto body shop I will use.Thanks so much

They were quick and very nice. Loved that they called with updates every couple of day. Finished the work on time and it looks brand new and seamless. Really appreciate that they detailed my car as well. Overall very happy and have nothing negative to say :)

The work on our 2014 GMC Sierra 2500 HD could not have been better. Absolutely factory perfect. The customer service was also amazing. Our insurance was giving us resistance on paying the full repair cost but Frank the manager stuck to his position and in the end the insurance company made us whole. It wasn't a huge amount, principal was the real issue and I appreciated his willingness to work with us.
