I received amazing customer experience from Sam Braaten and the rest of the staff at Grants Pass Toyota. From the moment I inquired, until I drove off the lot in my new Highlander, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Sam was quick to reply to my questions, shared a video introduction of herself while working with me (mostly virtually), and was very friendly. They also honored the trade in value that they quoted me. Great experience and love my new car!

First time buying from Grants Pass Toyota. It was a great experience. Rhianna was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, fun, and absolutely no pressure.I went there to look at a used Tundra. Turned out not to be the right truck for me and my wife. Rhianna helped me review their inventory, and up popped the perfect truck. A 2024 Tundra Limited TRD Off Road. Again, there was no pressure to move to a new truck.Highly recommend and will go back again.

I bought a 2023 Tacoma from here great customer service thanks to Rhianna she was amazing. Got me the truck I wanted, answered any, and all questions I asked. Everyone there was great. 2nd vehicle I've bought from there in 2 years always a great experience. My kid also loves their kids play area.

First time ever buying from a dealership and I can tell you it was a great experience. I was needing a vehicle right away to keep my job and Chris from the Grants Pass location made sure I got just what I needed. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was comfortable and easy as buying from a dealership can be . I highly recommend them if you need or are looking to get a vehicle . Will be going back to them for any future purchases I make .

Justin Alger helped me find the perfect vehicle at a fair price with no pressure. If you need of a vehicle this is the best dealership in Southern Oregon in my opinion. Best price and no bluffing and walking away necessary.

I worked with Jaymen who helped me buy a 2013 Honda Civic. He took great care of me through every step. He was both patient and knowledgeable. GP Toyota also was willing to reimburse me for a small chip in the windshield. I m from out of town and had to be back home later that day, and they told me I could get it fixed at a shop near my home. Overall a great experience!

Just bought Another car from Rhianna!! This time it was for our youngest daughter. I cannot rave enough about Rhianna and the team there. She makes buying a car so easy and painless, goes over all the features of the car and makes sure you are truly happy with your purchase. She does not pressure you, it took us a couple months to make sure this was going to be the car we wanted. And Rhianna was there every step of the way and answered a ton of questions throughout the two months we were deciding. Need to buy a new or used car? Make sure to ask for her you won t be disappointed!

My husband and I recently purchased a Tacoma from Grant's Pass Toyota and from start to finish it was a great, hassle free experience. Our sales associate, Carly, was awesome. She answered all of our questions and was very nice. Omar, our financing consultant, was able to fit our monthly payment easily into our budget. We're very happy with our car buying experience, highly recommend this location.

Had the pleasure of working with Justin Alger.My family and I always purchase cars from Grants Pass Toyota, and no problems with them for the last 15+ years. Went in looking for a Corolla, and Justin sold me on the Hybrid which I didn't even know I needed until then for my Portland commutes.Working with them is quick and painless, with no worries about negotiating and haggling the car price. Always kind and friendly. Would recommend GP Toyota and working with Justin any day 10/10

I ve had good and bad experiences at dealerships but I ve never had great until I worked with Grants Pass Toyota.Steph and Rhi were so helpful in answering all of my questions through it all and really making the process as seamless as possible. These ladies are amazing! Buying a car is never a simple task, but they really made it seem like it and went above and beyond.I needed a vehicle that could handle the snowfall we get in Mount Shasta and they had exactly what I wanted down to the bells and whistles. Thank you guys! I love my 2017 Mazda CX-5 AWD!

First time car buying made so easy at Grant Pass Toyota!I found the RAV4 TRD Off Road I had been looking for on a third party website. I was first in contact with Brittney who answered all the questions I had about the RAV4 I was interested in. Until I was able to make the drive to see the car, Brittney kept me updated on the car and sent videos so I could get a better look.When arriving to the dealership, we then worked with Armando Alvarez, who also owns a RAV4 TRD. He was able to give us the full rundown of all the features this particular RAV 4 had and told us his experiences with his RAV 4. Armando was very knowledgeable about the car and was very transparent through the whole process.I have had my 2024 RAV 4 TRD Off Road for a little over 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and this car! Thank you again Brittney and Armando at Grants Pass Toyota!

We received great service here. Jordan helped us the first time we stopped in to look at a Jeep and we never felt pressured at all. We went back the next day, Rhi stepped in and helped seal the deal. Again, no pressure. Gave me close to what I wanted for trade in and off we went in our Jeep Cherokee! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We had the pleasure of working with Antonio as our sales representative when purchasing our Toyota Tundra. He was congenial, easy to talk to and it was a no pressure environment. He was more then happy to answer any questions we had and showed us exactly what we were asking for. Our finance specialist Trey was also amazing to work with. He fought to get us the best rate possible for our loan. Jennifer the customer care specialist also went out of her way to answer my inquiries before I even set foot on the lot. 10/10 recommend. I would happily purchase from them again.

Had a great experience at Grants Pass Toyota.We started the hunt for a new RAV4 back in Oct, the sales rep Cameron was patient and kind as we worked through our pros and cons. We indicated that we didn t want to compromise on options and would rather wait for the right vehicle. Cameron took the next 12weeks consisting of several phone calls and emails to get us into the perfect vehicle.On the day we went to finalize the purchase Cameron was away on holiday but arranged for Jayman to step in. It was a seamless handoff and Jayman executed the close and made sure I knew how to use all the features of this high tech ride. We ended up financing the vehicle and would also like to mention the finance manager Stephanie was extremely thorough and made sure I understood all aspects of the loan. Lastly, after the purchase we added on the ceramic tint option which was our first experience dealing with the service team, they were very accommodating to to my scheduling needs and worked to move things around to ensure we could get the tint on the Rav and back to me asap.Top notch customer service from the time we walked into the door and continues still to this day beyond the sale.

He also followed up with a call the day after just to make sure everything was working as expected. All the folks a GPT were great to work with. It's a happy place, obviously a great company.

I had an outstanding experience buying my 2017 Ford Escape from Grants Pass Toyota. The salesperson, Michael, helped me understand the vehicle's operations, checked in with me after my purchase to make sure everything was working well, and went out of his way to make good when something was needed. I was treated as a valued customer, and Grants Pass Toyota can be sure I'll return when I need another car, and of course recommend them to my friends!

Let me tell you. This place was amazing. No pressure sales and listened to our needs and wants. ROSE T was the best sales person we have ever had! She went above and beyond for us and even with out kiddos. She was amazing. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful. Again ROSE T for saleswoman of the year! Super personable sales staff! We appreciated not being pressured as we made decisions about our purchase! Matthew and Omar were especially nice to deal with! Their personalities were kind, helpful and patient - they never pressured us. It s refreshing to deal with a sales staff member who makes you feel like you matter. Excellent sales program. No haggle trickery pricing. The sales person, Matt Monthei knew all about the used car I bought even though it wasn't a Toyota. He was very personable. Staff were friendly and respectful.They gave me more for my trade in than expected. My only problem was waiting for over an hour once we had decided. If I knew I would have got something to eat and staved off a headache. I really like the new car I bought. Nice, clean and filled up tank. A very positive experience with the sales person and dealership.

Me & my wife had a great experience here. Were able to lease a corolla hybrid thanks to the help of Diego Nilsen. Diego was extremely helpful in being straightforward with all of the leasing policies, and ran all of the financial numbers and options on different cars until we found something that worked well within our budget! Have not had an experience like this at a dealership before. Will be contacting him when our lease is up to help us with our next one! Definitely ask for him if you come here for a visit. You won't regret it!

Carly was awesome!! I knew exactly the car I wanted, and she was honest and helpful. Everyone advised me not to go to a dealership, since they re known to be pricy, but I actually paid less than I had originally planned. Carly didn t try to talk me into anything I didn t want, and when I had questions about different options she gave me her honest opinion. Appreciate this team!
