Wow. Grants Pass Automotive Center went above and beyond! There was a minor issue with my truck when I went to pick it up. Jeff and Mike worked together with the great guys in the shop and got it fixed the next day. They gave me a car to drive home and then delivered my truck to me fixed, and clean ready to go. Thanks to Mitchell for delivering it so I didn t have to make the trip back to town. It s service like this, especially after there has been an issue that really creates customer loyalty. I ve been a customer there for many years and will certainly continue. Highly recommend them in all departments.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My Family & I drove over 5 hours to buy a used truck from Grants Pass Automotive, because they make it so easy to buy from them. Grant, Jimmy, Steve, Ashton and especially Brad made this one of the best buying experiences we ve had in 25+ years. Simple, fast & a great price on both the truck we bought & our trade. Can t ask for anything more! Thank you!! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Working with Grants Pass Automotive and Bryce Metcalf was a wonderful and flawless experience.I reached out on February 26th via email with questions about the vehicle and got a reply the same day. Everything was done through email, text, and a couple phone calls (vehicle walk around videos, credit application, trade in value on my vehicle, financing terms, etc.)On Friday March 1st we drove the 2 1/2 hours to Grants Pass to trade in my Tahoe for a brand new Chevy Traverse Premier Redline Edition! The transaction would have been sooner but I had to work around my employer and the fact we weren t local. Upon arriving we were greeted with a warm welcome. I was able to drive the car and from there we signed everything that we had previously worked out.If I m ever in the market for another new vehicle, I ll be reaching back out to Bryce.I would also like to give a shout out to Sarah Vanlohuizen, Keaton Jones, and Kevin Crocker, they all played a part in this happening as well.Thank you again!!

We had a great experience buying our vehicle at Grants Pass Automotive. Grant Curnow was kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle and vehicle comparisons, understood the loan processes well, and did not do the pressure sales tactic you'll find at most dealerships where commission is king. I'll work with Grant at Grants Pass Automotive for all following automobile purchases.

We had an amazing experience buying our new car! Scott helped us through the process of finding the perfect vehicle for our family. Scott was so knowledgeable, he understood exactly what we were looking for and give us the time to think about such a big purchase without being pushy!!The whole team was patient, took the time to go on multiple test drives with us.It was an easy, seamless process and we couldn't be more happy about our new car!I highly recommend Grants Pass Automotive for buying a used or new car. Will definitely go back in the future!!

I found a truck that seemed to good to be true. After looking at my options I choose the truck I came to look at. The sales team stood by there word and treated me with respect an I didn t once feel pressured to buy. My sales man Andres, was very open and honest. He found the solution I was looking for on the vehicle I wanted to buy. Solid work. Him and his team worked hard to gain my trust an I was in and out in a timely manner. In the future looking to buy a car I will definitely give them another look. Thank you for being good to me and treating me right.

I went in just to look at cars and I ended up finding one that I loved and bought it. Scott, the salesman who helped me, made me less nervous about test driving it and just made the whole process of buying it super easy. I definitely recommend going to grants pass automotive for a car, the people are really friendly, super helpful, and the environment is just amazing.

I just bought a new civic ex here about 3 weeks ago. The salesman, Tobias, was so great, helpful and knowledgeable.But it was kind of a shame to realize that apparently everyone who worked at Jim Sigel was let go when the dealership changed ownership.

Robin Bresley from Grants Pass Automotive took me for a comprehensive test drive and was well informed about the vehicles I was looking at. It took me a month to make a decision but Robin was patient, kind and supportive throughout the entire process and never pushy. I really enjoyed meeting and working with her.I would recommend this dealership without reservation. The price was incredible! and the process was easy and pressure free.My car was prepped and waiting right on schedule. I also look forward to my visits to the dealership for the required service and to pop in and say hi to Robin, as well as toy shopping for the desired accessories I want to buy for my new vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV last week from Grants Pass Automotive. Our salesperson, Keaton Gilbert, was knowledgeable, professional and patient explaining the technology in the vehicle, which is considerable.The sales manager and finance manager were also very professional which made process painless.I highly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new car.

Last week I brought our Nissan Versa Note in to have a battery replaced. As I waited for that work to be done, I walked over to the sales department to ask about what electric vehicles were available to look at. I was introduced to Grant and I told him of my interest. We went out to the lot and I found Grant to be personable and extremely knowledgeable in what I had in mind. Although the new vehicles in stock were out of the price range I had in mind, Grant mentioned that they were getting a used Leaf and I agreed to bring my wife in to test drive it when it arrived. As soon as it arrived we came back, test drove, and ultimately purchased the low-mileage reasonably priced 2020 Leaf 2 days from my first encounter with Grant. We never felt pressured and all our questions and concerns were addressed more than satisfactorily. There have also been some minor follow up issues that Grant has diligently addressed. In over 50 years of purchasing vehicles, I don t think I ve encountered a more hassle-free experience. It wasn t my first experience with Grants Pass Automotive, and likely won t be my last.

We couldn t be happier with our car buying experience here with Tobias. Many places claim to be no-pressure, no-haggle, but GP Auto is the real deal. We d done our research on the car we wanted and fair pricing and walked in and bought the car we wanted like we were grocery shopping.Simple, easy, process with none of the typical dealership games. We ll be back in the future.

We had an awesome experience buying our Chevy Trailblazer. Robin Bresley was a absolutely great help and very patient, as we weren't sure what size of an SUV we really wanted! They are really wonderful at Grants Pass Automotive and even stayed past closing time to finish up our paperwork and show how the OnStar works and get it registered.

At Grants Pass Automotive we met the most personable, friendly and accommodating young man who was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe we ended up buying. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with every part of the buying experience. Clint and I would like to personally thank Keaton Gilbert for his time and attitude.

This was a fantastic experience for my family and I. Andreas the salesman listened to us and showed us the perfect vehicle. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very smooth transaction. No pressure or upselling. Would definitely buy from them again but they sold us a Honda Pilot Black Edition and I don t expect to be buying another car anytime soon But if you are looking this is the place to start.

Scott "The Dog Guy" Lyter and Keaton were awesome! This is the second "Jimmy" we've purchased and the first since change of owners from Jim Siegel. The no-haggle pricing was very fair and so was the pricing on our trade-in. No need to go through the entire dealer lot in the rain to look at inventory, or to move from office to office to do the paperwork. Scott just pulled up all the trucks that met our criteria on the computer screen and had the ones we wanted to see brought to the front door. Keaton then got us a great rate on financing, and we were done. Very easy - and we are very happy with the purchase.

Kevin and Andres were fantastic. Best experience buying a car ever!! I couldn t believe how quick and easy everything went with Kevin on getting prequalified. Andres was so pleasant and helpful explaining all the new technology. I love my new Chevrolet Trax, the experience was stress free and everyone was so friendly.Thanks so much

The staff that we worked with were all kind, courteous, and very helpful. Robin, our salesperson, was wonderful!The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be to streamline the sales paperwork process. It seemed to take a long time and we noticed the same thing with the other purchasers that evening.We would recommend Grants Pass Automotive to family and friends without any hesitation.

My husband found me the perfect car, in his mind. I went to Grants Pass Automotive to see it. Tobias Ketner cheerfully welcomed me and answered my questions while we waited for my husband. When I saw the car he had selected I was not pleased. I walked around the lot back and forth, back and forth checking out other options. Tobias kept up with me and was not frustrated with my indecision. I finally test drove the 2022 Passport my husband was pushing and I knew he had chosen the right car for me. Tobias Ketner made us comfortable as we went through the process of buying the car. Tobias could sense my nervous energy and before I drove away he made sure I was completely at ease with most of the technology in the new vehicle. He even set a radio station for me!! I will be going back to ask a few more questions and see if certain features can be turned off. I know Tobias will be happy to see me and take care of whatever he is able to. Only one thing was not perfect about this experience. The car had only 1/4 tank of gas. It would have been nice to leave with a full tank.

Robin or sales associate was amazing. Went through everything about the car, explained the process completely and entertained our 5 year old grandson while we were signing paperwork. She is by far the best sales associate I have ever dealt with.
