10/10. Price point on tires is unbeatable. Rachel at the desk is very nice and Jeremie as well. No idea how much they make but they need raises !

Jeremy and Rachel went above and beyond to get my daughter s car back up and running. From the moment I walked in they treated me like a friend. They were always honest and open with me and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. I am blessed to have met Jeremy and Rachel and as long as they are a part of Point S I will never go anywhere else for my car maintenance needs. My family appreciates you both.

Amazing customer service. New and great things happening at point S Grant's Pass. Went in for a brake pad swap, after further inspection with Jeremy, we both agreed for safety & to prevent and future damage, replacing rotors was needed, visually inspecting the disk, this was definitely true, not only did he recommend but always wasn't comfortable doing just a pad sawp.. I highly agreed and respected that decision. I was able to order my own high performance parts which they informed me wouldn't be under any warranty but only the labor could be.. Understandable. Only took a few hours and they we're willing and able to give me a ride home despite being busy & given very little notice of my request.. I trust them with all my vehicles and highly value the level of honesty & respect I received & would recommend anyone to utilize any of thier services..

Both the lady manning the counter and the technician (mechanic?) are easy to talk with and were interested in my vehicle. I have been coming there to the Grants Pass store for years and the service keeps getting better and better!

Called to get my kiddo some new tires on their car. The front staff was pleasant and got me scheduled next day. Their service was quick and my kiddos car is running great!

Seriously friendly staff. I went in this morning with a tire emergency and even though they were booked out and technically didn't have the time, they made time and got me handled. I am so so grateful and will absolutely be back for anything I need in the future.

Front desk lady was very rude and yelled at us for us wondering why they said our car wouldn't stay running after buying 2 tires the tech was professional and cleared it up, front desk lady also said insulted our car saying it looked like it had lots of problems when we drove in on a spare which was the entire reason we were buying 2 new tires. Some common sense would be nice! Will not be back

I don't have common tires on my Class A motor coach, but they were able to find them and for much cheaper than Les Schwab. Rachel is very polite and cheerful. Mark knocked one out of the park and got them done in about an hour. This will be my new tire place for the remainder of time. Blessings to you guys!

Helpful and kind group of people! Had a number of personal issues forcing me to reschedule and I so appreciate the flexibility and professionalism. Solve the issue with my vehicle quickly. Can t recommend enough.

Jeremy down at Gill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a LOT of time on my car and fixing it wasn t easy at first due to the issue being caused potentially by several different issues. He did me right and that s what is important to me. Especially when dealing with car maintenance and mechanics. Sometimes it s difficult to find someone that will fix your car and not just throw parts at it at your expense. I would definite recommend this shop to any and engine seeking a real mechanic that s hard working and has integrity. My car is rubbing running smoothly and in great condition! Thank you.

Great services. Took the time to get a single tire on the supply truck coming that day and got me in that day. 15 minutes later I was done and on my way for considerably less than Schwab

They installed 4 tires and the spare on my 4runner and did not complain that I bought them somewhere else. Much cheaper than L.S. And I was happy with the work

We have brought all three of our vehicles in for various repairs. Rachel is so sweet and accommodating at the front desk/on the phone. Jeremy is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very caring. You're not going to get unnecessary repairs or inflated prices here. A real gem.

Horrible, just read.I took my car in for engine work, tune up. Oil change and a brake job. 1110.00 later my brakes lock up with in 5 days. I spoke with Rachel, who by the way is a piece of work, on the phone she asked me a question then cut me of and went on and on and on about how this wasn't their fault. Seriously, do a full brake job with new roters new brake pads but don't replace the old calipers? This was not done with my concent or knowledge. This was the brain child decision of Jeremy. So back to rachel going rabid that this was not their fault. Oh, the self importance of the not quite bright. To shut her up I actually had to hang up. By the way only 571.00 to correct their mistake on the very shoddy work. I contacted les schwab their price 360.00 and a advice that using new brake with old calipers is known to lock up. In addition my cruise control no long works after getting my car back. Again, according to Rachel NOT their fault. When I went to get my car I was speaking with Jeremy and again Rachel' cut me off again and started jacking her jaws. She was still yammering as I walked out. My old calipers failing is not their fault, just ask Rachel, if she'll shut up long enough for you to speak. Her reasons are pure sophistry. I am very disgusted. They are dishonest and would NOT even HONOR their warranty. Because nothing is their fault and they will not take any responsibility for their bad work and bad decisions. After all its not their money their spending it yours. Shame on them.Buyer beware. My advice go elsewhere and save yourself money and headache.

Jeremy was so relaxed and easy to talk to very pleasant and nice The mechanics did a great job on my brakes and Jeremy replaced my windshield wipers without breaking the bank Will continue going their for oil changes and tires, brakes etc

Came in for a simple alignment. They somehow made it pull more then before. So I gave them a call and they got me right back in and took my car on a drive for 20 minutes. By the time they got back they were closing the shop so I had to keep driving my car that way over the weekend. Came back he rotated all 4 of my tires for free for inconvenience and did the alignment again but when I got it back my car was still pulling so went and got my money back. Just a very big hassle and a waste of time for a simple job.

I stopped because of an ad sign on sidewalk for mud tires,buy 3 get the 4th free. I got a great deal on tires and alignment. They were pretty fast and very courteous. When I had an issue with alignment,they were quick to correct it at no charge. When I went for tire rotation I was in and out just as quick. Very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
