Justin was very attentive to my situation and made sure my window was taken care of fast and accurately. They were very professional and the work was done very quickly. My back windshield needed to be replaced. It was intact but had internally shattered completely. But now it looks great, back to new! Thank you guys! I was able to drive back home peacefully.

Justin was a pleasant person to do business with, he is the lowest priced in grants pass, medford and rogue river. And was prompt when returning my call with a quote and Justin and assistant came to the car and performed the quickest replacement I have ever seen on a car. I am very satisfied with the service, as a matter of fact I have had both my cars windshields replaced by flawless in the last 3 months. Justin replaced the windshield on our 96 Tahoe and did an amazing job! It was the original windshield and it looked like an Atlas with all the cracks snaking through it! Now it s safe! I recommend Flawless Auto glass to Everyone!

My windshield got hit by a rock on the freeway. I called Justin and he scheduled me the next day. In what seemed like no time at all, he got me all fixed up and I had a brand new windshield, like it had never happened. He was quick, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Justin and his team for amazing service!

I bought a truck from a guy who had already been given a quote and an appointment to get the windshield replaced. Flawless had no issues with changing the appointment over to me and honored the original quote. (Which was much cheaper than elsewhere!).Installation was a breeze and in about an hour they were done. Amazing service.My driver side window was completely smashed on the freeway on the way home from Seattle. My insurance didn't help and the person they had recommended wanted me to wait 3 weeks.Flawless Glass was the life saver that came through. Justin and his crew did quick work with my windshield replacement, great customer service! There were little shards of glass on the dashboard, gear shifter area and even a few on the seat. Not sure this is normal, but nothing a paper towel and a little vacuum couldn't fix. They had a great price, so worth it. They were so nice I would recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Flawless is FABULOUS! TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE and kind COURTESY (which is lacking these days!)!!! Professional, thorough, on time-no waiting, very reasonably priced compared to everyone else! Quality workmanship! Haven't tested the windshield yet, just installed! So will post further updates! So far, i couldn't b happier!

Justin with Flawless glass was great. I called a couple other companies to get prices for a windshield for my 2017 Ram truck and so many options of what windshield I have does it have this or that who knows. Justin was the only one that asked for the vin # to make sure I got the right one for it. Price was the best around came to my work and installed it i"m very picky with my truck and he did a amazing job looks great it was clean like it never happened. Great guys. Justin got me on the schedule in a few days and when I took it in he was very friendly, thorough and he went above and beyond to get my rear window replaced. They cleaned out all the broken glass and installed the new glass in less that 30 minutes. Very reasonable and competitive price. Worth calling them first. Thank you guys.

Justin from Flawless was exceptional!! The whole experience was truly flawless. I started calling Wednesday afternoon for quotes and was encouraged to look into my deductible from my insurance. Justin was in the middle of a windshield replacement for someone else in the pouring down rain at 4:00 pm and asked if he could call me back afterwards. 5:00 pm came and went and I thought for sure I wouldn't hear from him that evening but was surprised when I got a call from him at 6:00 pm. I started my online insurance claim and Justin went to work checking his inventory and was able to replace my windshield Friday morning. He came to my work, met me in the parking lot, and got busy. The whole process from start to finish was so smooth. Justin went out of his way to get me scheduled after his routine working hours. He was a great commutator and just made the whole process so easy. I will for sure use Flawless Auto anytime I ever find myself needing window replacement.Service: Auto windshield replacement
