I was driving through the mountains and my car broke down, I got towed into Grant s Pass and had no one to help me with much, but Cooper s Automotive drove out to me and immediately started working on my vehicle, taking it apart and putting it back together to find everything wrong with it in a random parking lot in the dead of night. The amount of hospitality and human kindness as well as amazing service is insatiable, for sure the most caring person possible to work on my car. Excellent service.

It is so nice to have an honest and competent auto mechanic in the Merlin area. Kristian initially stopped when my husband, Ferron, was putting fluid into his vehicle on the side of the road. He asked if Ferron needed help and gave Ferron his business card. Ferron wanted a simple assessment. Kristian charged $50 and said the vehicle wasn't worth investing into a major repair. I had a fluid leak in my AC. Kristian fixed it at a reasonable price. He found a couple of other things that needed repair; mind you I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla with 180,000+ miles. Kristian wants to fix a problem and make sure you drive a safe vehicle. He is not out to make extra money or gauge you. I am so happy that he stopped to help out my husband and he is now my my car mechanic, too!

Christian is awesome. He is the only car shop in the area open on weekends, and will bend over backwards to help you. Although he delivered some bad news about my car, the fact that I made it home safely to Portland I credit entirely to him.

Our car broke down on the highway at 4:30 on a Saturday. Cooper s Automotive was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help get us back on the road safely. He ordered the part needed, drove an hour to get it, and installed it on a Sunday. He was smart, friendly, and explained everything (a few times) for us. We got an education, a fixed car, and all for a very fair price. We are grateful for the experience and highly recommend them for any type of car. Kristian and Nigil have been nothing but completely attentive to my Automotive needs from custom Tunes to body work and everything in between Coopers Auto is affordable but not cheap work they are thorough and stand by what they do no shade tree mechanic here there is nothing that has an engine I wouldn't take back here as for customer service I've never received more personalized care thank you Cooper automotive you were and are my wrxs only hope

Car broke down had it towed to their shop received a quick diagnosis and the vehicle was fixed as soon as the parts arrived, great service and quality work
