I was really happy with the service and price to get tires installed on my car. I bought them online and Les Schwab wouldn't put them on for me so I shopped around and they were the least expensive and they didn't try to keep my tires (like Les Schwab does). The guy working there mounted and balanced all 4 tires on less than an hour in 95� heat and only charged me $76. That's a lot less than other places and they were super friendly and they had a comfortable air conditioned place for me to wait. I will definitely go back to them when I need my brakes done.

Mark and Dave are the kind of people it's a pleasure to work with. They have good tires for a good price, and you don't get more locally owned than this. It's a little untidy, but don't let that bother you. I've never had any work done twice or had any mysteries after I left.

I've been going to Mark since I bought my first car 18 years ago. He's never done me, my family, or anybody I've recommended to him wrong. His prices are fair and he gets the job done right and on time.

Mark's da man. He found tires for my 37 year old motorhome. Arrived in 3 day's, 2 tires mounted and balanced and installed: 18 minutes!!! Awesome

Quick service, cheap prices!Not sure what Jeff Hunter was talking about... but, maybe you shouldn't be so scared of loud noises Jeff! You were in a shop after all. If you need someone to kiss your ass, go to Les Schwab. Get your candy ass some popcorn and pay way too much for the same tires...If you want a good deal on good tires head on down to Complete Auto & Tire... That's what I did!

Awesome service and super fast. I needed 2 used tires that are hard to find. They were able to find some that worked and get me out the door in 20 minutes.

It's a small shop the very friendly and quick to help and sometimes he has a cute little dog which I like to bring him snacks. Good place to go if you need some work done, recommended by Minnie and myself, off the beaten path a little bit that still in town

Horrible customer service. I wanted to get 3 different sets of tires for our three cars. I drove over from Medford because I knew they had competitive prices. But when I got there nobody was around even though the place was open. The person working there walked up behind me and threw a trailor hitch down on the ground as if he was mad because I was there. I politely told him the size I was looking for and he mumbled something I didn't understand and walked away. Two other guys had arrived after me that he obviously knew and they started BSing about everything under the sun and he just ignored me. I walked to my truck and left. I was there to buy a brand new set of tires with the money oin my pocket. So I ended up driving down the street a couple of miles. The second tire shop was courteous, answered my questions and I bought three brand new sets of tires from them. I have never been treated with that kind of attitude at a business before that I was at Complete Auto and Tire. The only way I can justify the behavior is that they already have made all the money they want and don't need anymore business

It was fear and good work we would have wait to see if what he did works just find. Service the transmission and spark plugs replaced and diagnosed starting the car and now windows faulty. Very good everything
