Got fuel on a debit card the other day and forgot to get a receipt. Went back shortly after and to get a receipt. Pump was being used and did not know what to do. A worker named Jacob stopped what he was doing to help me. We had to go into the store and he worked with the attendant to get me a copy of my receipt. Jacob was very helpful when I needed help. Good worker. Glad to see some of the younger generation working hard and helping us old folks!

We were led here for the dump station by multiple sites. The dump station is not at the Chevron bit down a few doors at GP Energy, 730 Redwood Hwy, Grant's Pass.

Gave one star because no option exists for half star. Usually stop in after work around 11 to 12 midnight to buy 2 beers. Cashier asks for birth date several times, then last time says he needs to scan id. The previous customers did not get id scanned, they were much younger than me. Then it took him 5 minutes to ring up customer in front of me who bought 3 beers and 3 packs of smokes. Then he had to finish his conversation with customer. Place is filthy and not convenient anymore. Chicken dry and past it's prime. Dirty counter. No handwashing between money handling and food handling. Wonder if they stock merch with dirty hands? Much better service elsewhere. They really went downhill.

Our gas attendant tonight was amazing. Usually when we get gas the attendant is not friendly only there for the check and overall not ambitious. Tonight my attendant was running from car to car yet still had a smile on his face and took enough time to ask how our day was and make us feel special.

Just stopped while on a trip. First, so nice to have someone pump my gas and clean the windsheilds, don't have that in California. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful with directions. And the bathrooms were spotless.Thanks!

Jason, our attendant, was spectacular. We had a sparkling water explosion in the driver's seat, and Jason immediately handed us several towels through the window. He washed our windshield and was fun to chat with. Thumbs up on service.

I gave them one star because I had to. This is the second time I'm came for propane and got no service while watching the kid do nothing after looking right at me. He did the same to the guy in front of me he also left with no propane. U can tell the owners of this place don't care about there customer service.i don't give Bad reviews But it was just flat rude How they would just look at you and go on their way and not even care that you're sitting there Never will I go back to that gas station ever

The attendant was nice, But I would ve felt much more comfortable if the swastika tattoo he had on his arm wasn t in my face in the side mirror while he was pumping the gas.

Awful service. Employees standing around smoking while customers are waiting to be helped not a care in the word! The Manager should be held accountable for the staffs actions. I manage a buisness and this would never be ok. Will start using Shell across the street.

Easily the worst chevron I ve been to. The guy pumping my gas over filled and spilled gas all over my paint. I drive a brand new Mercedes. The bathroom was also very disgusting.

I could go buy a boat, sail deep out into the ocean, start my own crude oil excavation and distill my very own gas in the amount of time it takes one of these dudes to even make it to my car. For a minute there I thought I was in California and forgot to start pumping my own gas. Save yourself some time and go to the north end of town for your chevron.

Amazing fast and compassionate service. I couldn't ask for more from the 3 sweetest ppl ever!! They got my old vehicle started and fixed, I made it home safely w/ baby ty so much:))))

I used to drive all the way across town for gas and ice every couple days because the gas is so cheap and the people so nice at Arco. But lookee here! I discovered a great pit stop out my end of town! The Chevron/Circle K station is clean and friendly at all hours of the day or night. Low turnover, so there are friendly, familiar faces that remember you too! Pricey gas, but that prime real estate isnt as cheap as it is convenient. Plus car wash, rv dump and astro turf pet relief area! Full service all around!

The rv dump station was closed. The attendants were very nice, but said that the rv dump has been down about a month and no idea when it will re-open.

This Chevron sucks if you re in a rush. They are extremely slow. Only reason why they even got 2 stars was their car wash is touch-less or else I wouldn t come here at all.

Use the center island, as it took the attendant over 10 minutes to even start the gas pump at the cars on the outside islands. I was sure the truck in front of me would be leaving soon and he waited much longer than I did.

Out of all the years I've been going to this place I've never once been refused buying anything Bar Next Door late hours I can understand but I bought and beer at this place at 1:59 in the morning and now all of a sudden this new little b**** Works they're telling me the cutoff time is 145 which I know is b******* will never buy from this place again

This place is the gas station to go to. The crew here are not only friends of mine but there just nice guys and ladies. And there friendly and helpful with anything you may need.

Wasn't open, pumps was shut off, tanker was filling the source so I waited till he left n pumps remained off.....WASTE MY TIME WITH INACCURACIES!! SO NO it is NOT infact 24-7/open all night....

If u need propane, better go with time enough to loose waiting 15-20 minutes before they come..... Its the 2nd time it happens to me
