Just spoke to John ask if any body there is familiar with adj valves? He said no! I said can you ask to see if there is? He said there no! Theres no mechanic's here! I said can you ask anyway? He said no! I said you must be the manager? Huh! It's nice to be Able to speak for ever one! Hung up on me. You lost my business, Iam a mechanic, I'll let it out.

I didn t even want to give it one star. Was treated bad today by some younger guy working there. Alls I wanted to do was return a part I ended up not needing ($87 part and I had spend over $400). He was very short and rude from the get go. Questioning me not using the part then when he went to reimburse me he argued with me about giving me cash back when I had paid cash and had proof on the receipt. Then complained he didn t have the money in his drawer to pay me. Very upset and disappointed in my treatment there. Definitely won t go back!!!

I don't know why, I don't go here first.I always end up here when nobody else has the parts I'm looking for.Going to start coming here first before AutoZone and O'Reilly's.Customer service is good employees are willing to help you figure problems out when OEM parts aren't readily available.Oh the joys of owning an old car.

Very knowledgeable and they get you the right part the first time. The guys and gals are great and they go the extra mile to find what you need and get you on your way. They are very professional manner. And courteous. They might be a little more expensive than AutoZone or O'Reilly's but let me tell you the quality of the part totally out does the cost! Highly highly recommend these guys for your Auto Care needs.

Carquest (will always be Jiffy to me!) is a great place for the best parts at lowest prices, with outstanding service! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly willing to go the extra mile! They have help me and a couple of my buddies so many times with either having parts in stock or quickly ordering them... far better than any others here in town. Save for possibly Quality Auto. Jiffy and Quality Auto in Grants Pass are the places to go for all your major part needs!

Listen I like this place it's local and generally the prices are good. But lately their filter prices are ridiculously high. I bought a cabin filter and an oil filter and a fuel filter for my VW Jetta TDI the bill was at least $100 which is nuts IMHO. I can get Orig. Quality German made Mann fleece filters on eBay $40 for all 3. With Free delivery. I'm all for buying locally but not to the tune of $60 more. I was going on a trip and needed the filters sooner that I could order, so I had to pony up for the filters. "Last time" you'll do that to me. I expect to get abused at a NAPA store not at CarQuest. $54 for a cartridge fuel filter is CRAZY .

Seems to be the right place to get the bright Parts most of the time when I need to find something local that's not specialized needs to be ordered from a catalog from way over gosh knows where good show guys keep it up

The crew at carquest is very knowledgeable and helpful they can get you anything you need in a hurry! I recommend these guys for all parts and automotive needs they have delivered everytime I've needed it I appreciate you guys keep up the excellent work!

Had a "sevice engine soon" light come on, Sam, counter guy checked code, gave me excellent advice as to how to remedy, applied suggested repair and fixed my issue, great service, knowledgeable and personable, highly recommend for any auto repair parts or needs.

Wrong parts 3 times in a row. Bad advice and poor service. They need better trained staff and I won't return there for anything.
